meet another Captain oc, Captain Kad’la of he scuba bois. Has a ridiculous amount of hair that he normally keeps in two french braids. Partly for efficiency, partly to show of the shark skin pattern he colours into the sides. He’s the owner of the Sparks (space shark army) and a very good, if unique, strategist.
