What Are the Key Factors to Consider in Used Cars for Sale
Buying a used car can be a smart and economical decision, allowing you to own a vehicle without the steep price tag associated with new cars. However, the process requires careful consideration to ensure you get the best value for your money.
Unlike new cars, Coffs Harbour used cars for sale vehicles come with a history, and understanding the key factors to consider will help you make an informed decision. In this blog, we’ll explore the critical aspects to evaluate when looking for used cars for sale.
Determine Your Budget
The first step in purchasing a used car is to set a clear budget. Consider not just the purchase price, but also the ongoing costs such as insurance, maintenance, fuel, and potential repairs. It's essential to balance what you can afford with what you need. When setting your budget, include a buffer for unexpected expenses, as used cars may require more maintenance than new ones.
Research the Market
Once you’ve established your budget, it's time to research the market. This involves looking at different makes and models that fit your price range and needs. Online platforms, dealerships, and private sellers are good places to start.
Understanding the average price for the type of car you’re interested in can help you spot a good deal when you see one. Additionally, some cars hold their value better than others, so consider resale value as part of your research.
Check the Vehicle History Report
Tumblr media
Inspect the Car’s Condition
A thorough inspection of the car’s physical condition is vital. Look for signs of wear and tear, rust, or damage. Pay close attention to the exterior, interior, and under the hood. Here are some key areas to inspect:
Exterior: Check for dents, scratches, rust, and uneven paint. Ensure the doors, trunk, and hood close properly.
Interior: Examine the seats, dashboard, and carpets for wear, stains, or damage. Test all electronics, including lights, air conditioning, and the sound system.
Engine: Look for any signs of leaks, corrosion, or worn belts. The engine should be free of strange noises when running.
Tyres and Brakes: Ensure the tyres have even wear and sufficient tread. Test the brakes for any grinding noises or vibrations.
If you’re not confident in assessing these areas yourself, consider hiring a professional mechanic to conduct a pre-purchase inspection.
Take a Test Drive
A test drive is essential to evaluate the car’s performance and comfort. During the drive, pay attention to how the car handles, accelerates, and brakes. Listen for any unusual noises, such as clunking or squealing, and check how smoothly the transmission shifts. Test the Coffs Harbour used cars for sale on various road types—highways, city streets, and rougher terrains—to get a full sense of its capabilities.
Check the Mileage
Mileage is a significant factor in determining a used car's value and lifespan. While modern vehicles can last well over 100,000 miles with proper maintenance, lower mileage is generally preferable as it indicates less wear and tear. However, don’t dismiss a higher-mileage car if it has been well-maintained and comes at a lower price point.
Evaluate the Car’s Maintenance Records
Ask the seller for the car’s maintenance records. A well-maintained car is likely to have fewer issues in the future. Regular oil changes, tyre rotations, and other routine services indicate that the previous owner took good care of the vehicle. Be cautious of cars without any service history, as this may signal neglect.
Understand the Ownership Costs
Before finalising your purchase, consider the total cost of Coffs Harbour car dealers ownership. This includes insurance, taxes, registration, fuel efficiency, and potential repair costs. Some used cars may have higher maintenance costs due to their age, rarity, or condition. It’s also wise to research the car’s fuel economy, as this will affect your ongoing expenses.
Negotiate the Price
Once you’ve done your research and inspected the car, you’ll be in a strong position to negotiate. Use the information you’ve gathered on the car’s condition, market value, and any potential repair costs to make a fair offer. Don’t be afraid to walk away if the seller isn’t willing to meet your price—there are plenty of other cars on the market.
Consider Financing Options
If you’re not paying for the car outright, explore your financing options. Some dealerships offer in-house financing, but it’s often beneficial to secure a loan through a bank or credit union, where you might get better terms. Make sure you understand the loan’s interest rate, term, and any additional fees.
Summing Up
Buying Coffs Harbour used cars for sale requires careful consideration and research. By taking the time to evaluate your options, inspect the vehicle thoroughly, and understand the total cost of ownership, you can find a reliable car that fits your budget and needs. Remember, patience and due diligence are your best allies in making a smart purchase that you’ll be happy with for years to come.

Coast to Coast
With the international borders closed, my choices for holiday were severely limited. Reminded again by management that my leave was approaching unacceptably high levels, it was with a great relief that my mother suggested a trip up north - towards the border New South Wales shares with Queensland. I was glad for any excuse to go. Particularly as several celebrities had made their home up on the northern coast.
The first day of our trip dawned with heavy clouds. Departing a little later than anticipated, we, which encompassed my mum as well as my grandmother, made good time until we hit Turramurra and the start of the Pacific Highway. It was here that the heavens decided to unleash a torrent of rain as we drove onto the slipway.
I’ll admit, there was a brief moment that I thought we would fishtail wildly as we hydroplaned across a slick part of the bitumen. Fortunately, disaster was not in the cards and we maintained control. Not long after, we were safely out of the storm and eager to speed north.
Tumblr media
We stopped for a short break, just after Gosford, and grew a little concerned that the battery for the access key to our smart car was running low. What if it stopped working? How would we start the car when we were several hundred kilometres away from civilisation? With these worries in mind, we next stopped just out of Newcastle for a couple of pies at Heatherbrae’s: Diggers, teak and kidney, and steak and mushroom. We also got a caramel tart to sweeten the deal. Bellies full, mum zipped back to a local Bunnings Warehouse to DIY the battery for the access key.
Almost an hour later, we were back on the road, a little grouchy and saddled with plenty of problems to complain about. Fuel running low, we stopped again at another service station to fill up. And then I switched with my mum - taking up the mantle of driver for the last leg of our journey for the day.
Unfortunately, during the drive up to Coffs Harbour, we entered another storm front and I slowed down drastically to make sure that we made it safely to the hotel. After all, we had just experienced a terrifying experience of what it was like to break suddenly while the road was covered in water just several hours ago. In any case, it’s must better to be late than to never arrive at all.
Our accommodations at Coffs Harbour were humble, serving its purpose as a functional place to stop and sleep. Though we had driven upwards of 500 kilometres, we had arrived with plenty of time for dinner and soak in the ambiance. As such, we headed to the Mermaid Beach House, which had only opened quite recently. Although it didn’t have a view of the water, the food was delicious and the menu finely curated to match the strengths of the chef and owner. It was also incredibly close to where we were staying and we would have plenty of time to stop in at a local Aldi or Coles to pick up additional supplies for our more domestic trip.
Friday dawned bright and early and with plenty of sun. After breakfast, our bags packed, we were determined to have a day full of adventure as we made our way up to Byron Bay. Our first stop, however, was to the Pacific Plaza. Why? Because Bravely Default II had just been released and I needed to pick it up. I even brought my Nintendo Switch along to try the game out and make sure that my cartridge worked (spoilers, it did).
Tumblr media
Game in hand, we hit the road once more, stopping at the iconic BIG BANANA before detouring to the Forest Sky Pier for a view of Coffs Harbour in its entirety from on high. Woolgoolga was our next stop and we took a gander at the impressive Sikh temple and museum located there. By now, it was lunch time and my grandmother was desperate for Chinese. As such, we stopped at the RSL club at Maclean. As we were in a small country town rather than the big city, the wanton soup my grandmother ordered was disappointing to say the least. In my wisdom, I just got a bit of fried rice and salt and pepper pork.
Still, we managed to survive lunch and headed towards Ballina. The reason? To snap a photo of a huge prawn (that’s shrimp for you Americans out there) sculpture sitting outside the entrance of the Bunnings Warehouse. That done, it was nearly four by the time we limped into Byron Bay.
After checking into our holiday apartments, my mother and I further stocked up on important vittles and set out, far too early, to the local lighthouse for the moonrise. Granted, the website I initially looked up was completely wrong. But how was I supposed to know that? Still, after hanging around for an hour or two, we did get to see the moon - a somewhat lacklustre experience compared to the setting of the sun.
And so ended a quiet Friday. I’m sure the next day, I’ll be able to catch a glimpse of the Hemsworth family and possibly Zac Efron and Matt Damon...

AUSTRALIA IS ON FIRE
Tumblr media
[Image Source] Caption: Two firefighters retrieve hose from yellow firetruck. They are standing in a field of dry grass with flames blazing behind them.
What’s happening?
Queensland and New South Wales are in the midst of some of the worst bush fires ever recorded, signally a very early start to a very intense fire season. Neither state has seen significant rain in a very long time, and the “worst drought in living memory” has left everything exceptionally dry, and therefore easily burned.
Queensland’s worst fires are in Stanthorpe and the Gold Coast Hinterland (both evacuation level). As at this morning, there were 87 fires burning through the state, from as far North as Cairns, and crossing South to NSW. [Live map of QLD fires.]
Stanthorpe is especially hard-hit, since residents have been on 100L/day water restrictions for a while, due to local water resources being so depleted (which are expected to completely run-out by Christmas)- and the town will rely on trucked-in water.
Further, strong heavy winds (up to 90km/h) have grounded air-based firefighting craft. These same winds, have aided in spreading the fire, and the dust and smoke pollution.
The last count, saw 65 fires burning across NSW. The fires across NSW are not as critical, but nevertheless still causing exceptional damage. The most severe are Drake (East of Tenterfield), Shark Creek (East of Grafton), and Bees Nest (between Armidale & Coffs Harbour). [Live map of NSW fires.]
The damage:
There have not yet been any deaths, and only one serious injury which was obtained by a volunteer firefighter, Neville Smith, who was working in Tenterfield, who is in critical but stable conditional at RBH.
At least 47 QLD properties are damaged, 15 of which were destroyed . Farms and agribusiness have sustained significant damages. Rural properties have empty tanks and dams, and have already been struggling with drought.  Damage on rural properties to fences has also resulted in lost livestock. Another loss was the heritage-listed Binna Burra Lodge.
In NSW, 5 homes have been destroyed and 5 damaged, over 20 outbuildings damaged, 3 business destroyed (2 car yards and a pistol club).
Although residents are suffering greatly either from: damaged property, stress of evacuating and pollution - most people will recover. Insurance companies have set up hotlines and are arranging community meetings for affected people to get information. The Department of Housing is assisting at evacuation centres to organise emergency housing, and help people with claiming for hardship allowances.
The biggest problem is the drought, and how it effects farmers. They can’t grow feed for their stock, they barely have water for their stock, and crops wont grow. The water limits are only going to be imposed more strictly as the drought continues and worsens, and farmers- the backbone of the Australian economy- whom we rely on for most of our produce, will suffer.
What to do if you might be affected:
The ABC has a handy guide on how to prepare for a fire & evacuation.

Like on Facebook: QLD Fire  |  NSW Fire
Fire Services regularly post to keep you informed, but if you’re like many Australians and don’t have data access due to poor coverage and the internet is lost to fire damage - tune into local radio to stay updated.
What else?
One of the biggest causes of bush fires is unattended or improperly extinguished campfires. Just burying the fire isn’t enough. If the ground is still hot: it’s still a threat.
Bush fire season really seems to inspire a lot of drugged up teens to commit arson: if you see someone joking about it, or messing with fire-  report it (either to the police, or security if applicable).
Also “fire bans” are a legit thing- you might think your casual backyard bonfire is fine, but when someone reports you and you get slapped with a $5-6000 fine, you won’t be so chill about it.
How to help:
http://givit.org.au/disasters - is partnered with QLD government and is providing aid in both QLD & NSW - simply select the campaign > view list of needed items and you can either agree to drop-off/post the item, or donate money so that the item can be purchased. At the moment people are mostly chasing grocery vouchers.
Donate to the Rural Fire Brigade! The rural fire brigade is run by volunteers, so they really benefit from support.
For QLD go [here] to donate to the RQFBA or [here] to direct to a certain Brigade/Town. Coomera Valley & Mudgeeraba Brigades at Gold Coast are seeking donations, and are directly aiding at evacuation centres. Other brigades battling fires in QLD are: Ballandean, Stanthorpe, Cambooya, Beechmont, Lower Beechmont, Tallebudgera Valley, Numinbah Valley, Clagiraba, Fernvale, Marburg, Woodlea, Taromeo, South Nanango, Guanaba, Gold Coast Rural, Landsborough, Doonan, Palmwoods, Kureelpa, Maroochy River, Eumundi, Montville, Glastonbury, Burrum Heads, and Lowmead.
For NSW: to donate to any brigade go [here] and to specify, you need to donate directly to that brigade, if they accept donations. Or simply attach a note like “FOR TENTERFIELD”, and hopefully they’ll take the hint. Towns actively battling fires at the moment include: Tenterfield, Shark Creek and Ebor (Armidale).
Donate to Blaze Aid: a registered charity that helps people recover from disaster, mostly by actively sending in volunteer crewmen to repair damages. They accept item donations (they have a wish list of things they need- building equipment and resources, etc.) or money donations. You’ll also receive a tax-deductible receipt.
Buy a bale! Help rural farmers and communities by donating to purchase “a bale of hay” ($20). Other options include: diesel, water, hampers, a truck of hay, or cash donations (to be donated where needed). Buy a bale assist mostly with drought, but also with floods and fires, and provide feed, water, financial assistance and volunteer aid.

Easter adventures: Part 1
Our blog posts are like buses - none for ages and then two will come together! It’s been an adventure filled few weeks so apologies for the delay!
Since our last update I have finished my 6 months of oncology. It was a bittersweet departure – it was the longest I’ve ever worked on one job so had developed some lovely relationships and was sad to leave such a great team of skilled and fantastic humans. It was an emotionally challenging job at times and I think we all really helped each other through that. However, it was time for pastures new and other challenges! Before that though, Tom and I both had some time off to enjoy!
For Easter Sunday, we had planned a roast lunch together at home between my cathedral commitments but in a last minute change of events (last minute being at 11.30 after the morning service) with the rest of the my choir friends in a dilemma of where to go out for lunch, I ended up (after a quick call home to Tom) inviting them all over for lunch at ours! We all went via the glorious Harris Farm market en route and each picked up some hot roast chickens, salads, drinks and cheese and it ended up being the easiest Easter lunch ever and was very lovely to spend time with them all!
First thing on the Monday, we packed up the car and headed north up to Coffs Harbour; a fairly long drive made pain-free with lots of podcasts and digestive biscuits! When we arrived we did a lovely walk out to Muttonbird Island and saw some of the last remaining very fluffy Wedge-tailed Shearwater chicks which the island is known for. There was an organisation there who had put up posters about what to do if you found a chick in the city – sadly the chicks would mistake the city lights for the moon and fly in the wrong direction when they were ready to leave, so there were volunteers who collected the lost and returned them back to the island in the evening for another go!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Day 2:
Breakfast on the beach in Coffs followed by quick detour to see the famous ‘Big Banana’! We had decided to drive inland a little along the Waterfall Way to Dorrigo National Park – a very lush rainforest in the clouds and much colder than Coffs. As we walked out to a lookout point we saw a python in the tree right next to the walkway; our first snake encounter since arriving and thankfully an uneventful one! We did a beautiful walk through really lush rainforest, with eerie mist between the trees! The walk was steep downhill to a waterfall – now unfortunately we have been spoiled by the enormous grandiose waterfalls of Iceland and so on arrival Tom was fairly underwhelmed to have walked all this way (with a steep uphill climb back imminent) for a fairly small waterfall! Still, it was a beautiful walk and certainly the most ‘rainforest-y rainforest’ we’ve seen since arriving here! Was then a short drive down to South West Rocks for night number 2!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Day 3: An early start to go diving at Fish Rock Cave! It was to be a 40 minute boat ride out, and two dives with an hour on the boat in between. Since our recent boat dives have ended up with both of us bringing up our breakfast, we had come armed with sea sickness tablets but thankfully the wind and swell were much more manageable than previously! We’d also heard news that divers had seen a whale shark there 2 days prior so we were eager to get in the water!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(At this point I probably advise both our mothers to close their eyes and scroll down a bit to Day 4).
The first dive was amongst 7 or 8 grey nurse sharks, about 30 wobbygongs and lots of fish. I wasn’t sure what my reaction would be to the sharks but it was absolutely mesmerizing to look down and watch them swimming up and down between the rocks so gracefully! We even saw a guitar shark up close which the dive club not seen for a while. Managed to find myself a lost shark tooth on the bottom to keep as a memo!
Our GoPro decided not to work on the first dive so this is obviously not my photo but we were on top of the rock crevice seen here, looking down on a scene not dissimilar!
Tumblr media
The surface interval was spent refuelling with a cup of tea and some biscuits. Tom had a few issues with getting the dive centre to give him the weight he needed which led to a bit of an uncomfortable and floaty first dive so we tried to add a bit more for dive 2. This one was Fish Rock Cave, which is Australia’s only true ocean cave and was about 125 metres long. It was pitch black in there so torches definitely needed and for about half the length was space for single-file only, including a vertical ‘chimney’ to swim up! We saw a snoozing turtle, lots wobbygongs, crayfish, eels and again a whole host of different fish! One of my favourite parts was when the cave started to open out and there was just this bright blue glow ahead filled with the profiles of the marine life swimming around! We were very lucky with the conditions that day and the visibility was about 15 metres, which made the dives even more fantastic! Tom has put together some footage from the second dive in the video below to give you an idea!

Once we’d changed, fed and watered ourselves, we made a quick trip to Trial Gaol, one of the prisons used for deported convicts in the 1800s - a fairly thought provoking visit made slightly more light-hearted by lots of kangaroos hopping around the place!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
We then drove down to Port Macquarie for the last part of our short trip! We were staying just outside of Port in a slightly more rural place called Sancrox. The night sky was unbelievably clear so it was an excuse to attempt some long exposure shots of the stars which I don’t think came out too badly!
Tumblr media
Day 4: ANZAC day. We didn’t quite make it to the 5am dawn service after post-dive exhaustion but we made our way into town for the 10am procession and service in the town square by the cenotaph. The procession involved cadets, marching bands, veterans but also schools, scouts and girl guides. We had a good position right next to the memorial and it was an expectedly moving ceremony with a playing of The Last Post and a young boy singing the New Zealand and Australian National Anthems.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
We did a couple of short walks along the coastline before starting the drive back to Newcastle in time for me to get things washed and packed before heading off on my solo adventure the next day! More of that to come...!

The Benefits of Buying Used Cars in Coffs Harbour
When purchasing a vehicle, buying used can be a smart financial choice.
Coffs Harbour offers a variety of options for those looking for cars for sale Coffs Harbour used.
Whether you're a resident or new to the area, there are numerous benefits to consider when opting for a pre-owned vehicle.
In this blog, we’ll explore the advantages of buying used cars in Coffs Harbour and why it might be the best choice for your next car purchase.
Why Choose Used Cars?
Buying a used car has become increasingly popular for various reasons. The most obvious benefit is the cost savings.
New cars depreciate quickly, losing a significant portion of their value in the first few years.
In contrast, used cars have already undergone this initial depreciation, allowing buyers to purchase a vehicle at a much lower price.
For many, this makes buying used cars in Coffs Harbour an attractive option.
Cost Savings
One of the primary benefits of purchasing cars for sale Coffs Harbour used is the cost savings.
When you choose a used car, you’re generally looking at a lower price than a new vehicle.
This means you can often afford a higher-end model or additional features that might be out of your budget if you buy new.
Additionally, used cars often have lower insurance premiums, reducing the overall ownership cost.
Less Depreciation
Depreciation is a significant concern for new car buyers. A new vehicle can lose up to 20% of its value in the first year alone and up to 60% by the fifth year.
When you buy a used car, much depreciation has already occurred. This means that the value of your vehicle will decrease at a slower rate than that of a new car.
If you sell your used car later, you may retain a higher percentage of its original value.
Certified Pre-Owned Programs
Many dealerships in Coffs Harbour offer certified pre-owned (CPO) programs. These programs ensure that your used car has been thoroughly inspected and meets specific quality standards.
CPO vehicles often come with extended warranties and additional benefits, offering peace of mind that you might not get with a typical used car purchase.
This can be especially reassuring for buyers looking for a reliable vehicle without the new price tag.
Variety of Options
Coffs Harbour is home to various dealerships and private sellers offering a diverse selection of used cars.
Whether you're looking for a reliable family sedan, a rugged SUV, or a sporty hatchback, you'll find plenty of options to suit your needs and preferences.
Tumblr media
The variety available allows you to compare different models, makes, and price points to find the perfect vehicle.
Lower Registration Fees
In many regions, including Coffs Harbour, the registration fees for used cars are generally lower than for new cars.
This is because registration fees are often based on the vehicle’s age and value. Choosing a used car can reduce registration costs, making it a more affordable choice overall.
Reduced Sales Tax
Another financial benefit of buying used cars in Coffs Harbour is the potential for lower sales tax. In many areas, sales tax is calculated based on the vehicle's purchase price.
Since used cars typically cost less than new cars, the sales tax you’ll pay is also reduced. This can result in additional savings when you make your purchase.
Environmental Impact
Opting for a used car can also be a more environmentally friendly choice. Manufacturing new vehicles requires significant resources and energy, contributing to environmental pollution.
By purchasing a used car, you help reduce the demand for new car production, which in turn lowers the environmental impact associated with vehicle manufacturing.
Improved Vehicle Knowledge
When buying a used car, you can research and gather information about the vehicle’s history.
Many used car dealers in Coffs Harbour provide detailed reports on the vehicle’s past, including any accidents, service records, and previous ownership.
This information can help you make an informed decision and ensure your chosen vehicle is in good condition.
Conclusion
In conclusion, there are numerous benefits to buying cars for sale Coffs Harbour used. From
significant cost savings and reduced depreciation to lower registration fees and the environmental impact, opting for a pre-owned vehicle can be a smart choice for many buyers.
With a wide variety of options and the potential for certified pre-owned programs, you can find a reliable and affordable car that meets your needs.
Consider these advantages to make a well-informed decision and enjoy the benefits of owning a used car in Coffs Harbour.

mobile auto electrical service in canberra
Over the last couple of weeks I've eluded to some troubles I've had with my car. It's been very interesting and is worth talking about because of the way I handled it and I've had surprising feedback from friends and the people involved with fixing it.
As I was driving back to Canberra from Brisbane, I stopped for a comfort stop north of Grafton. When I got back into the car it was sluggish to start, I didn't worry too much and continued my journey. I stopped again in Coffs Harbour where, once again, it was slow to start. It seemed like battery problem, so across the road to a battery shop, where I had my battery replaced. Cool, I'm on the road again, free as the wind.
The following day on the outskirts of Sydney, I noticed the battery light on the dashboard flash on a couple of times. All was okay until I got to a service station on the freeway not far from Mittagong. Real challenge now because the car wouldn't start at all, so I called the Canberra Auto Electrical (motor club).
I didn't stress too much, after all there wasn't much I could do except wait and it was here that I decided to monitor my decision making skills and my stress levels. And I'm pleased that I did because a sequence of events started the repair process involving the Canberra Auto Electrical, a tow truck company, an auto electrician, a motel, car hire company, the local General Motors distributor and repairer, a Canberra tow company and my local repaired here in Canberra.
I didn't get to see my car running again for 9 days and the episode cost me over $2,000.
Okay, you might say, cars are expensive and crap happens.
True, but what's important is how we react to events like this in our lives because I think it's one of the best things to happen to me this year.
You see, I met some really fantastic people, although there is one in particular who I will not choose to do business with again, but all the others were awesome professionals. Moreover, I learnt some interesting things about the electrical systems in modern cars.
You see, everyone I dealt with were highly professional and I treated them with the utmost of respect and friendliness. One even became a client.
 So what did I do?
I realized I had a major car problem and that it was totally out of my control. I had to rely on others and I had to ask for help.
 That was my first decision.
My second decision was to be the person I always am. That is, enthusiastic and optimistic, happy and with joy in my life. You see, Yes, I had a problem with my car but I choose to still have an amazing life. It was a set back that I had to deal with.
 My third decision?
I learnt something amazing about myself.
Let me explain. I've always thought of my self as a good organiser, good at logistics, to be on the ball with what's going on with people and events. Well, not any more, now days I really have to work at it and the events of the last couple of weeks brought this home to me in no uncertain terms.
Now, stay with me on this, I know this is a longer bulletin but it's important.
Years ago as a manager, I was great at logistics, I'd be able to keep track of numerous people in the field, finances, and other resources all at once. I could easily keep up with the science, technology and changes in my work and in the earth sciences industry.
I can't do that now, I've changed, I really struggle with logistical challenges. Do I worry about this? No. I don't try to get this skill back, I adapt and I evolve.
And what I do most of all is monitor myself by identifying what's happening to me emotionally, mentally and physically. I investigate the key elements to what's happening to me and then use those elements to inspire myself to evolve to be the person I want to be.
Look, this stuff is actually easy. Unfortunately, most of us don't bother, we don't work on it, and we don't work on ourselves. And when we don't work on ourselves, it's even easier to slip into a negative, drama filled space and give up and go and retire!
 Action Plan!
We all have things happen to us in our lives. From the relatively minor stuff I've just talked about through to chronic illnesses, separations and even death. It's up to us how we deal with those things. If you're going through a challenging time do the following:
 1. Ask for help, you don't have to suffer alone.
2. Monitor yourself. If you've got a pain in the stomach or your chest is heavy, go into the feeling, don't ignore it; and,
2. Be yourself, don't put on an act, be the person you need to be.
I know this has been a longer bullitin. Thanks for staying with me.
 Have the best outstanding day,
 Andrew
