Starter for @cardinneverloses​!

A week or so have passed since Trivia had her encounter with Cardin. When the woman went back to her room with food and water and noticed that he was gone, there was a part of her that really sunk inside her chest.

There was a voice in her head that would repeat ‘told you so’- that already expected for him to be like the rest. The promise that Cardin made when they were kids was but another lie, like the ones her parents or the servants liked to tell her.

And she was starting to get tired.

The vampire was starting to listen to that voice more. Whom she labeled as her ‘best friend’ or ‘imaginary friend’, but Neopolitan would’ve been nothing but supportive with her, almost as if she always knew at anytime what Trivia really wanted.

And so, Neo convinced her to sneak out at night.

Her parents were throwing another pedantic party to invite the nearest nobles to their home, something about her father closing an important deal that would increase the riches of the Vanille house. And of course, Trivia wasn’t invited.

They were ashamed of her. And presenting herself to human guests only meant that she couldn’t use her powers, not even to communicate, so her muteness and heterochromia only fed the possible fear and rejection that she received from the ignorant people she was surrounded by.

Possessed, she has heard. Many thought that she was a devil’s child, and even if at this point they weren’t all that far off, that didn’t mean it didn’t hurt.

So she was better out here.

Wearing a hooded cape and with her appearance changed -thanks to her powers-, Trivia entered the old bar of the town under the mansion’s hill, looking around herself and acting as if she was merely a traveler that passed by.

She wouldn’t have expected that tonight was going to be more interesting than whatever party she was missing.

Aesthetic appreciation of others, internally or verbalized. He's going to appreciate a person's feature regardless of their gender. Pretty eyes, nice hair, attractive muscles are attractive regardless of which gender the person is.

🫐 Give us a song that describes something about their sexuality.

🍉 Do you try to stick to a canon muse's OG sexuality, or switch it up?

Canonically it's only been implied that Mercury is attracted to women/afab people, so I guess the case can be made that I switched it up. But I say queer rights with all characters, therefore unless I'm told otherwise, Mercury is Bi.

I don't know you, but I like witnessing a character like Cardin getting treated with so much enthusiasm and care. He's interesting and I wish I had literally any idea for interaction

I'm really touched when I think how caring you are. Also I'm super excited and thankful for a good reason to plan so far ahead for the first time in a few years <3

I'm excited each time I see either of your blogs or muses on the dash. I can't really explain, I just am, even double so for each interaction

To be fair, there's always something good to find in someone. Just like there always is something bad, but fuck that, there's already too much of this one. Sometimes I feel too repetitive and feel unsure about it, but then I reason - would "I love you" be tiring to hear? It could, but that's not the point and would require specific circumstances- Anyway, in my experience everyone could use a little more of "I see and hear you", "I care for you", "You're good" and such in their life. So why not, since it doesn't cost me anything and I feel a little better too? Sometimes I don't have energy for it, so leave it for the time when I do, because well, I gotta care for myself too.

And hey, so many blogs are inactive that I have like 7 mutuals left on the list to pester now 😂Spoiler alert, I'll come at them with or without the meme at this point lmao

I love the idea of Cardin and Ruby also having a leader heart to heart the way Ruby did with Jaune.

She was wasted. Utterly plastered. There was no other reason why she had been so easily talked into such an unsanitary activity. The alcohol was completely to blame. Right?

However, as her shoulders pressed into the harsh metal of the graffitied bathroom stall, his lips on her neck, and rough hands greedily tugging her leather skirt upward… Blake was finding it a lot harder to care about how, exactly, they had ended up here. Instead, her fingers buried themselves in his hair, mouth falling open on a shaky, heavy breath. She should have known it would end up like this, teasing him all night the way she had. But living the possibility was a whole other experience. One she was quickly becoming overwhelmed with.

“Hurry…” she mumbled, head tipping back against the cool metal, “People will start asking questions.”

@cardinneverloses we've been writing on both my emerald && blake && this poor man just shoves his foot in this mouth. not literally. the threads are a lot of fun && it's great seeing a minor character get the love && attention / development they didn't get in the show. not the shows fault, minor characters exist everywhere. but seeing people develop them is really cool && the threads are fun. they're also really nice ooc!

Something in his eyes dies each time he thinks or speaks about the Fall, but it wouldn't be fair to have nothing but a cold shoulder for a kid that survived this hell.

Who knew a guy could use so many products? She wasn't one to talk though considering how many she used, she had been try to read one of the bottle but she ended up bumping her head against the closest door.

"....surprise?" She smiled sheepishly from where she sat in her knees on the floor of the closet, she felt like she just got caught doing something bad. She technically did, but she didn't see it that way. Had she been enjoying the view of Cardin's muscle...yeah, but that's a different topic. She stared up at him as he glared dagger at her.

"I can't. I have...." She paused looking at the small watch she had paired with her outfit. "35ish more minutes still." She responded, looking back up at him.
