LAMBORGHINI HURACAN EVO RWD SPYDER LAUNCHED IN INDIA ON JUNE 8

Speed gives you wings!! A convertible version of the rear-wheel-drive variant of the Evo was showcased in May 2020 and to make Indians feel the power of speed, Lamborghini launched Huracan Evo Rear Wheel Drive Spyder on June 8.

With a max speed of 324 km/h it can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 3.5sec and 0-200 km/h in 9.6 sec. With a mileage of 7.25km/l, that’s a hell lot of speed!

Apart from speed, another important part of a supercar is the way it looks. And RWD Spyder won’t disappoint you. It has an impressively sharply sculpted wedge, shark-like nose, a new front splitter for larger air intake, vertical fins, and a unique twin rear diffuser. The interior is designed such that the sports car can be easily used for everyday chores too.

The exterior body is made up of Aluminium and synthetic material which rests on a hybrid chassis constructed from Aluminium and Carbon Fiber making the car weigh 1509 kgs.

You can drive this two-seater beast with the roof either open or closed and it would take you only 17seconds to go from ‘roof’ to ‘no roof’. Depending on the throttle position, the engine makes one of the best sounds a supercar makes, strong enough to get your adrenaline rushing.

The carbon-fiber sport seats,  8.4-inch touchscreen system with Apple Carplay provide an exceptional onboard experience. And for your safety, airbags are present on Driver, Passenger, and Side Front

Let’s get into the technical details of this beauty.

The car is deployed with a V10, 90°, MPI (Multi-Point Injection), and DSI (Direct Stratified Injection) powerful engine which produces a max torque of 560 Nm @ 6500 rpm and max power of 449kW @8000 rpm.

What’s more important in sports or high-speed cars is not only the speed but also the braking mechanism. It has cast iron brakes with fixed monoblock calipers with 8 pistons in front and 4 in the rear in aluminum, iron disks which allow it to decelerate itself from 100-0 km/h in a short distance of 32.2m.

The Electro-mechanical Power Steering (EPS) with Double wishbone fully independent suspension are the other features of the car. The Electronic Stability Control System used in the car doesn’t allow the car to skid. It’s also embedded with a 7-speed Lamborghini Dual Clutch which allows the clutch to work as instantaneously and seamlessly as possible.

Performance Traction Control (P-TCS) mechanism is implemented to maximize the performance of the car by delivering better torque in different conditions. This control works in three different modes

Strada Mode: P-TCS improves the effectiveness of the tyres on surfaces with low friction like on water, snow or ice.

Sport Mode:  P-TCS maximizes the fun to drive element as the rear wheels can easily slide and skate and you can drift the car without putting anyone to danger

Corsa Mode: P-TCS enhances vehicle traction and sharpness at corner exit.

This magnificent beauty is available 14 colours: Nero Granatus, Blu Sideris, Verde Selvans, Nero Nemesis, Grigio Lynx, Grigio Titans, Giallo Inti, Verde Mantis, Rosso Mars, Grigio Nimbus, Bianco Icarus, Bianco Monocerus, Bianco Canopus and Arancio Borealis.

The price of the Lamborghini Huracan EVO RWD in New Delhi is Rs 3.21 Cr (Ex-showroom).

Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza is all set to debut in early 2022. The first clear images of the new model were recently leaked on the web revealing interesting exterior and interior details. According to a fresh media report, the automaker will remove the prefix ‘Vitara’ from its name and the model will be named new 2022 Maruti Brezza. South Korean carmaker Kia — which has scripted success in the Indian market with SUVs Sonet and Seltos — is looking at accelerating sales here as it readies a seven-seater utility vehicle, internally called Kia KY and aimed at the family buyers.The vehicle, which is speculated to be called Kia Carens upon launch, will go on sale in the first quarter of 2022. Honda Cars India Rolls Out Festive Offers Ranging Up To Rs 53,500 On Its Model Line-up

Honda Cars India on Wednesday said it has rolled out festive offers, ranging up to Rs 53,500, on its entire model line-up till the end of this month.

With the onset of the auspicious period of ‘Navratri, customers can avail a host of attractive offers while purchasing Honda cars across all authorised company dealerships till October 31, 2021.

The special offers for customers will be in the form of cash discounts, accessories, loyalty bonus and special exchange benefits, the automaker said in a statement.

The company is offering festive offers worth Rs 53,500 on the 5th Generation City, up to Rs 22,000 on 4th Generation City, up to Rs 18,000 on Amaze, up to Rs 40,100 on WR-V and up to Rs 45,900 on Jazz, it added.

“Festivals give us a reason to celebrate and always have a special place in our lives. This festive season we are delighted to provide exciting offers and promotions for our entire Honda product line to make car purchase more rewarding bringing the much-needed joy during these times,” Honda Cars India Senior Vice President and Director (Marketing & Sales) Rajesh Goel noted.

The improvement in consumer sentiment and the current sales momentum have proven that there is a good demand for the company’s products in the market, he added.

“We are hopeful that festive fervor will give the necessary boost to the overall auto industry,” Goel stated.
