Back to making pixel art of Count Duckula. The plan was to improve his old version from 2019 and be able to make my Cassandra with that base. But in the end I ended up drawing this whole scenario for the two of them.

I was going to post them yesterday but I was busy because it was my birthday. I went to the Planetarium and it was very fun and exciting.

I leave you these four practice drawings using references taken from different places. I was supposed to do more but I couldn't. I think that when I make more, I will choose some to clean up.

Casandra Venancio 2024 vs 2019

A redraw of my vampire duckling 💙🦇🦆

It doesn't cross my mind how much my character changed by trying other styles when drawing ducklings. And also the wardrobe changes he had afterwards. He doesn't look that much like the first version of him anymore, except for a few details. I think he has evolved for the better, but I am still fond of the first digital drawing of him.

For those who don't know, Kassandra is my Oc in Count Duckula's universe. She is the daughter of Don Diego Venancio, Duckula's Spanish cousin who appears in the second episode of the series.

In my story, Casandra flees her father's castle and hides in the old Duckula castle. The count does not accept at first, until his new cousin offered him monetary help in exchange for accommodation (and Patula is very broke haha). Although at first it is for convenience, they gradually begin to get to know each other better and get along.

These days I had an idea floating in my head, about what my Oc Casandra would look like in the style of the Count Duckula series. Use the character sheets that are online and use them as a guide to give him that look. Although also look for some episode scenes to see the colors.

I feel like she looks kind of funny, compared to the other styles I've used to draw her. Then I want to try to make a fake screenshot and see how it turns out.

AND I BRING YOU MORE DUCKS!

Since today is Worker's Day, I was lucky enough to rest this day. So I took advantage of moving forward with my drawing of ducklings.

I hadn't planned to make a background but I got carried away, I actually wanted to do something else but I'll leave it for another drawing. The complicated thing was figuring out how to make that old TV effect, I need tutorials well people.

"Both vampire cousins have accepted an invitation to a big gala, but time has taken the rhythm out of their feathers. So they have both agreed to practice before the big night. Let's see who has both left feet."

Since one of my nieces made me some cute stickers of my Ocs, one was my vampire duck. The desire to draw ducks came back to me. Here I bring you Don Diego Venancio, Spanish cousin of Count Duckula. A crazy and evil vampire duck, who has an entire village in his power and is an arsonist.

Casandra Venacio (my Oc), is the daughter of Don Diego. Although she doesn't have the same madness as her father, she does share his love of setting things on fire. She also turns out to be a cruel vampire, who has no problem getting her hands dirty.

She likes to spend time with her cousin Duckula, and you should occasionally bother him to have fun.

I will continue practicing a little with the ducklings, they still don't look quite the way I would like but let's see what happens.

Since my niece made me those cute stickers, I've had the desire to see Count Duckula again. And to draw my vampire duck Casandra again, with his father Don Diego.

I have to share these stickers made by my niece Josefa. After my vacation, they gave me a letter from her with some small gifts for me.

It came with a letter and some kawaii stickers (so to speak), but these three are the ones I loved the most.

The first is my spider-demon Igor, an Oc that I made for BATIM. The second is my Vampire Duck Casandra, Count Duckula's cousin. And the third is me! She drew me as a crow artist, since my nickname says "Sweetcrow".

This has been a great surprise and some nice gifts.

I join the collab made by cutesy.callie (instagram) It's rainy season in Transylvania, so Cassandra has decided to take a little walk in another country. But being a vampire, he can't be exposed to direct sunlight. So she comes out prepared with her umbrella, she ready to have a good time with someone. I've tried to imitate the Ducktales style a bit, it's not the best but it's decent.

The first digital drawing I made of my FC Casandra. I have affection for this drawing, because I feel very proud of how the result was. The bad thing is that things this beautiful have not come out again, inspiration comes and goes.

I did not think to upload this drawing so soon, because I still have older drawings. But the circumstances warrant it.
