Okay but literally in the chapter before, this is said about Connor: “to keep this city safe, he’d killed, tortured, maimed, and then gone back out and done it again before the moon had even set.”

So when humans kill the creatures who see them as prey/dumpster fodder, they use horrid things to kill. When a wolf shifter tortures and maims, he’s doing his job and is so hot!

You know I am really surprised no one in the fandom really talks about Nesta and Elain's time when they were kidnapped by Hybern. Like I am pretty sure they were tortured. Like I seriously doubt Hybern would have left the sisters of the girl who killed his General alone.

(esp since they say Feyre went through torture while Nesta/Elain haven't)

That’s the problem with only having Feyre’s pov.

What’s the time frame between their kidnapping and being put into the cauldron?

What happened to the soldiers rhysand vowed to post there and the one that would come to the living room every day in case they changed their mind?

What did the villagers/Graysen think happened to them?

What went down with those sisters in those weeks that Feyre was in spring?

Currently getting mad at Cassian for my writing and since you've said you want to take a swing at him too, I thought I could share the angry energy.

1) Remember when he granted every other woman in his life grace and understanding and yet was needless cruel to a depressed Nesta?

2) Remember when he didn't let her have sweets or sugar in the House of Wind despite the fact that she was malnourished and even if she got a little heavier she was training so really there was no harm in her having sweets?

3) Remember when he stole her away from the dance with Eris but when he had her alone at solstice all he did was hang with Mor?

4) Remember when he got mad at her and yelled that he was shackled to her after she finally opened up to him about the bond and being fae?"

5) Remember the hike from hell when he should've instead stood up to Rhysand for her?"

And this one is mostly fanon/ trope in fic but I'm counting it.

6) Remember when he gets jealous of her being flirted at by any powerful man (Eris, Helion, Lanthys) beacuse of his own insecurities yet never tries to speak to her about it calmly and instead keeps on being the absolute worst?

Amarantha’s daemati is actually Rhysand’s secret super evil twin brother, Rhycardo. The reveal will be very ✨ dramatic ✨ with Rhys walking in on Rhycardo and Feyre kissing because he’s pretending to be Rhys. And! He reveals he’s Nyx’s real daddy.

And then Feyre shape-shifts and reveals there was never a mortal girl… it has been Tamlin all along!

Azriel and Nesta end up in Lunathion and Nesta convinces him to try and dance on this but Azriel is extremely competitive and they can always be found dancing in sync with completely focussed expressions

Is it just me or are humans who don't like the fae are villianized with SJM. Especially the ones that don't like fae. like humans have been systematically targeted by the fae. Then you have self righteous fae who expect the humans to be grateful they are doing the right thing, like 😭

it is so weird. I'm re-reading cc1 and there's a throwaway line about humans being there first then the "crossing" happens and vanir takec control. I got to where they interview briggs and they remark that humans are treated worse where he is from. they're basically just there to be used and discarded, so they understand why the humans are pushing back but their methods are EVIL!!!!!!! nevermind what's being done to them. No pushback allowed.
