I wanted to make some custom billboards with my model Edith! I did two that are Calvin Klein (One with Edith and Min-Joon) and then I did two as CC creators @pralinesims and @simandy for those who don't want irl bands in their game. If you guys like the idea I'll do more like it

Please note previews taken with custom in game lighting with reshade and outside on a sunny day. Please also note if they are placed inside they'll be bright and hard to see the photos (They have a fixed lighting)

OBELIA'S JEWELS | CUSTOM EYE COLOURS

Custom TS4 eye colours inspired Athanasia's jeweled eyes from the Korean webcomic "Who Made Me A Princess" by Spoon (스푼), based on the web novel by Plutus (플루토스).

As seen in the swatches, all of the colours are based on gemstones. Included are ruby, citrine, peridot, emerald, tourmaline, aquamarine, topaz, tanzanite, sapphire, amethyst, morganite, diamond, rainbow moonstone, smoky topaz, and onyx.

The colours are enabled for all life stages, including infant.

Healthcare Information Technology Trends

Throughout history, technological advancements have appeared for one purpose before finding applications elsewhere that lead to spikes in its usage and development. The internet, for example, was originally developed to share research before becoming a staple of work and entertainment. But technology—new and repurposed—will undoubtedly continue to be a driver of healthcare information. Informaticists often stay tuned to trends to monitor what the next new technology will be or how the next new idea for applying existing technology can benefit outcomes. In this Discussion, you will reflect on your healthcare organization’s use of technology and offer a technology trend you observe in your environment. To Prepare: - Reflect on the Resources related to digital information tools and technologies. - Consider your healthcare organization’s use of healthcare technologies to manage and distribute information. - Reflect on current and potential future trends, such as use of social media and mobile applications/telehealth, Internet of Things (IoT)-enabled asset tracking, or expert systems/artificial intelligence, and how they may impact nursing practice and healthcare delivery. Post a brief description of general healthcare technology trends, particularly related to data/information you have observed in use in your healthcare organization or nursing practice. Describe any potential challenges or risks that may be inherent in the technologies associated with these trends you described. ! This is a save file of wisteriabryan’s Hogwarts world, you must download it here (x)

INFO:  1. I rebuilt 1st part of the castle with Great Hall, Clock Tower and two bridges - Wooden and Stone. Original lots had terrible bug and were sinking.

2. Hogsmeade settlement. I used lots from vssdgames’s Hogwarts Wizarding World. Only The Shrieking Shack is made by me. Lots are a bit modified, partially funrnished. Commercial lots are: 

city hall (with police station), theatre, nectary, hospital, art gallery,science center, library, bookstore and spa, food store, consigment store, military base, stadium, school and graveyard.

Settlement features 10 houses for your sims.

3. Most CC comes with world file, I added some new to list (included in rar.) 4. Honeydukes, Hog’s Head and Zonko made by vera_j (modthesims)
