Cranberries contain substances known as proanthocyanidins, chemical compounds that can keep bacteria from sticking to the bladder walls. A review in 2023 found that cranberry products may be helpful for some groups of people in preventing recurring UTI’s. It works for the women in my family so we just take cranberry supplements and tend to chug cranberry juice if we think we’re getting an UTI.

Week 1 Assignment - Research Question

The topic I have selected is on Tobacco Use and Dependence.    In today’s society, smoking is prohibited in many public places.   Smokers usually gathered and smoked at designated smoking areas.   Some smokers considered quitting/cutting down.   However, they were afraid of the side-effects presented to them in course of it.  

I would like to find out from the survey results the common side-effects.  We could look at the profile of those experiencing less side-effects.  

Variables to look for age, types of tobacco used, frequency, quantity, duration, withdrawal symptoms. etc.

I was looking at some reference of the nicotine replacement therapy sessions available.

La causa de tantas lágrimas y noches con el insomnio por acompañante, aquel que ahora solo provocaba una gran indiferencia porque si algo aprendí es que las personas cambian mucho cuando las dejas de ver con los ojos llenos de amor, cuando volví a escuchar tu voz y no sentí el torbellino en mi estómago me di cuenta de que el sentimiento había muerto, no te veía como alguien necesario en mi vida, y ya no me sentía bien a tu lado.

Intente culparme de todo ello pero una vez disipe ese miedo ilógico a perder algo que nunca fue mío no vi más que tu carcasa vacía, y como consejo te diré que esa herida que tienes no sanará si no hasta que la trates como es debido.

Lo escribí todo, desde nuestro color tan distintivo hasta la primer sonrisa que ella me robo, llegaste mientras te esperaba sin saberlo.
