Noah’s having a super shitty day. Not only did one of his important clients make an appearance today, and no one was ready. He also had a very bitchy client who keeps backing out and coming back into a business deal and it was getting on his last nerve.

“I……I know but. All this can go to hell, I’m just worried about you and them….”

It was true Noah puts in over time even if he’s the CEO! He wants to make sure you and your baby were set, worry for nothing and overall just happy and safe and healthy He’s bought everything needed, the nursery is set, he even has preschools selected for when the time comes. He even cleared out the extra office off to the side of his own in case if he had to bring your son with him to work

He was ready….maybe overly ready

But he’s worked all this way and time for him…then he married you, then you announced you were pregnant and his world flipped on its axis in the best way possible

Now everyday he comes into work dreading what he would have to deal with, he looks at thew sonogram on his desk and knows that his role as your husband and father of your baby he MUST do more.

The Miys, Ch. 144

After much demand, Kink Night at the Undine has arrived. This chapter is really fun, was informative to write, but if you need to skip it, you won’t miss out on the overall story. So, trigger warnings on this chapter for:

- Bondage (mentions of)

- Pegging (possible mention of?)

- Impact play (discussed, both done wrongly and demonstrated correctly)

- Topping and bottoming

To be clear: These are all mentioned from the perspective of a non-participant, non-voyeur. I would probably overall rate this chapter appropriate for 14 years and older, but your mileage may vary. However, kink in general can be very healthy if done correctly, and this chapter was double beta-read, not only by @baelpenrose but also by @charlylimph-blog for accuracy of the scene.  This actually prevented a PROFOUND mistake from making it to queueing, so I am super grateful for their help.

Once I was released from medical after an unnecessarily long lecture from Noah, I found I had a message waiting from Charly with a date and time to meet at the Undine.  Right below that was a message from Sebastian with a uniform-slash-dresscode of sorts.

Aw nuggets. I had forgotten what night it was. 

There wasn’t time to grab clothes from my quarters, but my office was on the way to the bar, so I stopped by to change.  Socks and shoes were a bit of a challenge, since I generally didn’t wear either, so I had to find a vendor to help me fill in the gaps.  Granted, shoes weren’t specified in Sebastian’s list.  However, there was exactly a zero percent chance that I was going to lend a hand at a kink party while barefoot. Just… no. Nope. Not happening.

I wiped my palms nervously against my slacks when I arrived, not sure exactly what to expect.  Charly and I had talked about it, but none of that knowledge wanted to make its presence known at the moment, apparently.  Instead, my mind kept drifting to what in the actual hell she had roped Arthur into doing.  The door opened entirely too soon to reveal a smiling Charly, who grabbed my arm and dragged me behind her to the small group already gathered.

All of my nerves were forced from my body by the sputtering laughter I fell victim to when I saw Arthur - I still had no idea what he would be doing, but he looked like someone took a post-apocalyptic movie hero and hit a button labelled ‘make him a villain’ a few too many times.  The leather jacket and motorcycle pants were fairly innocuous, since I knew he actually owned both and neither were terribly uncommon on the Ark.  Same thing held for the boots - they were just practical in the After and several people held on to that preference with a death grip.

“Cloak’s a nice touch,” I snorted, trying desperately to ignore the campier bits of his outfit.

I was dangerously close to losing it when he scowled and adjusted the laurel crown - I mean, really? - resting on his head. “I knew I shouldn’t have cut my hair this morning,” he muttered. “Damned thing won’t sit right anymore.”

Charly clapped her hands to get everyone’s attention. “Okay, one more run through of what everyone will be doing!”

Sebastian nodded seriously and flicked a towel over his shoulder before handing me an apron. “Sophia has kindly agreed to prep the snacks, while I serve and clean behind people. She’ll clear any dishes in between batches, and one or the other of us will do a lap of the floor every fifteen minutes to ensure everyone is hydrated and there’s no need for medical attention.” He winked at the relief on my face.

Cooking, clearing plates, and momming people into staying hydrated. I could do that.

Arthur brushed off his pauldrons, only forcing me to confront the fact that they were shaped like skulls again, before straightening with aplomb. “I will be Dungeon Master, keeping an eye on everything from there,” he pointed to a scaffold that had been put into place over the bartop, “And intervening as needed if things get out of hand.” Without so much as a twitch of question from me, he explained. “Charly and Coffey can’t be everywhere at once, so I get to perch on high, look ridiculous, and play bouncer if Coffey can’t get there first.”

“Yep,” Charly nodded seriously. For all that she normally seemed built out of chaos and energy, this was Boss Lady Charly. “Let’s keep it safe, sane, and consensual across the board. Speaking of!” She pulled two badges from seemingly nowhere. “Soph, Bash, these are for you.” I took one and immediately grinned when I read it. Staff Only - I Do Not Consent. “If either of you want to play, go for it, but otherwise, probably wear those.  Sexy librarian and millionaire CEO are tropes that exist, so ya know - no confusion for anyone.  Any questions, concerns, cries for help?” When we all shook our heads, she clapped again. “Okay, off you go! Thanks everyone.”

Sebastian tilted his head toward the kitchen and I followed, wiping my hands on my legs again. “Thank you for agreeing to help with snacks.  I know Charly already told you, but I am not the greatest at finger foods that don’t make a mess or won’t be too heavy.”

I hummed for a second before making a few suggestions. “Macaroni and cheese bites, they’re about this big.” I made a circle about an inch and a half across with my fingers. “Just pop and go. Pigs in blankets, the kind with cocktail sausages… meatballs, but probably with lamb instead of beef.  Dumplings.” I shrugged. “Charly swears people actually bring food to these, so once that stuff starts coming in, it would just be portioning it and sending it back out.  We shouldn’t have too much actual cooking to do.”

He nodded and started grabbing ingredients. “So that leaves drinks, plates, and utensils.” When I reached for a rack of glasses, he stopped me. “No.  If one of us drops anything that can break, people can get injured.  I’ve been stocking up on fiber-based plates, forks, and spoons.  Drinks are going to be in those corn-starch gel pouches.”

“Dude,” I groaned. “Those things get so gummy.”

“Straws are real and do exist.”

“Besides, I can already tell someone is going to find alternative uses for those,” Arthur called from behind us. I swear, I could hear him smirking. “You can’t put humans, sex, and flavored liquid in the same room and not expect that.”

I shook my head with a smile, but he had a point. Once we shooed him away, work on the snacks went pretty quick.  Judging by the sounds coming from the main room, it was a good thing, too - furniture being dragged, then Arthur’s voice ringing out to welcome everyone.  Soon, Sebastian was swinging out of the kitchen door with the first trays, and true to Charly’s word, he came back carrying a plate of neatly stacked fudge, followed by Arthur carrying a covered container.

“Scratch the meatballs, someone brought an actual mountain of sausage balls,” Arthur grunted as he slammed the container on a flat surface before retreating.

“Not even a joke?” I mused.

“Must be slipping,” Sebastian grinned. “I mean, he said ‘balls’ twice…”

“Low hanging fruit!” a voice called from the main room.  It must have seemed entirely out of context to the crowd, but Sebastian and I were laughing as we started plating so he could carry more food out to the spots Charly had designated.

A timer went off, so I took the mac and cheese bites out of the oven, snagged a tray of drink-blobs, shoved a fistful of straws into my apron and took off to do my lap of the event.  There were already people taking a break, reaching gratefully for hydration.  Several times, someone would reach for one and pour it in a partner’s  mouth, and on one occasion, a woman offered it up like a gift to a bound man, both biting into it and drinking greedily.

I almost stepped on someone before I realized there was an actual pile of people on the floor. I diverted my eyes quickly from what I thought was an all-out orgy before my brain registered that I wasn’t hearing sex noises - just whispers.  Snapping my eyes back up, it took a moment to figure out that I had nearly stepped on the largest cuddle pile I had seen since my apartment on Insert Winter Holiday.  Crouching, I balanced what was left of the drink blobs on one hand while holding out the straws with another.  In no time at all, the tray was empty and I was heading back for more.

This time, food on one hand, drinks on the other, I exited the kitchen to see Charly wrapping up her rope-bondage safety lecture before starting to demonstrate different knots on a volunteer, with Charly in the role of the top for this scenario. Watching her calmly contort and restrain another human being while calmly explaining the psychology behind it was… kind of terrifying.  I had to constantly remind myself that this person volunteered and that Charly was experienced on both ends of the rope.  

One more sweep of the room landed me with only a dozen or so drinks left on top of a pile of empty trays.  I backed into the kitchen to sanitize and re-load the trays, only to hear Sebastian swearing. “Who the hell brought chili!?”

“Apparently someone thought it was a good idea,” I shrugged, baffled. I mean, it didn’t seem like a good idea to me, but this wasn’t exactly my area of expertise.  “Maybe we put it in bowls, set up a little station in one of the break areas, with toppings? Let people help themselves?”

“Bondage potlucks and chili…” He shook his head. “Trying to remind myself that I’ve seen weirder things, but…”

“I can promise you, they are having fun. And they’re hydrated!” I shook my mostly empty platter of blobs at him.

Sebastian went out to retrieve more food from the people who brought it, and I kept rolling sausages in dough.  “More fudge!” he crowed. “I snagged a piece of the first batch, and it was amazing.”

“You clearly do not see the irony,” I muttered where he couldn’t hear me. “Oh, heavens, no chili! But fudge… fudge is fine…”

The next time I was able to break free and take my designated lap, a slight bit more chaos had descended as everyone had gotten more comfortable.  Several of the more experienced were examining and complimenting each other on their knots and arrangements of their subs. Ivan and Jokul were doing…. Something… that involved Ivan in a gorgeous evening gown and Jokul with a gag in his mouth.  I was almost done with my circuit when a thud reverberated behind me and a black cloak whipped by.

“For the love of…” Arthur growled. I thought he was going to dribble the cowering man he was glaring at like a basketball, but instead he brandished a marker and made two quick X’s on a bare pair of buttocks. “Here and here. Only here and here.” With an irritated flourish, he wrote NOT HERE across the small of the attached back. “This will give someone kidney damage.  Specifically you if I catch you doing it again.” Ducking around to the face of the person he had just used as a whiteboard, he shook his finger. “And I’m not even going to apologize, because you have a safeword and you need to use it. First, last, and only warning, you two. If that hit had been any more than a nervous first tap, you wouldn’t even be getting that.”  Without a word, he snagged the cane sitting on the table nearby and took it with him. “They aren’t getting anywhere near the cane, fucking idiots. Gotta talk to Charly about those two…” he muttered as he blew back past me, so angry he didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there.

I almost dropped the stack of empty platters when the Imperial March started playing while Arthur stomped back into his position over the bar. “Attention, Deviants!  Courtesy of some poor practices I’ve seen, I would like to invite Sir Coffey and his pet fae Charly to give us a tutorial on safe and proper impact play!”  Applause started as he beckoned them forward, Sebastian theatrically adjusting the lights to center in front of the stage.

I ducked back into the kitchen as Coffey’s voice rang out over the crowd, explaining yet again safewords and consent before launching into what toys were used how and where.  A little public humiliation never hurt anyone, I joked with myself. At least not for some of the people out there.

Noah Crawford was a surprise pregnancy born to Edward Crawford, a bank-teller, and Khristina, a native Russian nurse that moved to London upon finishing college, the couple and their then seven years old son Nathaniel being a middle-class family. The couple made all the efforts and endured all the sacrifices to ensure that they would keep going up the work ladder while raising their sons and give them the best opportunities. 

By the time Noah walked into his teenage phase his father was the LLoyds Bank CEO and his mother a Chief Nurse, having the two Crawford siblings in the best schools and moving to the best areas of London. Noah’s older brother would come to love the posh London life with all the parties and his crazy college year and privileges while Noah had never quite fit into the scenario  and was always the quiet kid despite the fact that being the youngest would make it easier for him to adapt to the wealth he was nearly born into.

Growing up was rather easy for Noah, though a bit of an introvert as a kid, he grew out of it as a teenager and always studied to achieve impeccable results, granting him a place in Oxford University. Noah is someone that has always known he wanted to get into medicine, the birth of his niece when he was still sixteen made him want to be a paediatrician as he proved to be rather great with kids when his brother seemed to have ditched the child to be raised by her grandparents, neglecting his supposed responsibility as a father.

Noah was only thirty-three when he got an opportunity in Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston which he could never refuse despite knowing he would be forever homesick as someone that only left London for family visits in Moscow and/or summer holidays. He’s moved to Springhill, New Jersey, three months ago to work in yet another opportunity. 

Personality wise, Noah radiates positive vibes, always with a smile and endless patience. You will rarely see him angry at anyone, although he is a human being so he has his limits like everyone else.

Here is a list of new shows coming to television or streaming services this month:

Pam & Tommy - Lily James is Pamela Anderson and Sebastian Stan is Tommy Lee in this upcoming mini-series about the infamous unauthorized release of their sex tape in the mid-1990s. (Coming to Hulu on February 2nd)

Murderville - Will Arnett stars as a homicide detective in this murder-mystery comedy. The key to this series is that in each episode Arnett is teamed-up with a celebrity trainee who doesn’t have a script but must help him solve the case. (Coming to Netflix on February 3rd)

Suspicion - Uma Thurman stars alongside Kunal Nayyar, Noah Emmerich, and Elizabeth Henstridge in this upcoming thriller based on the Israeli series False Flag.  (Coming to AppleTV+ on February 4th)

Reacher - Forget Tom Cruise as Jack Reacher, Alan Ritchson (Titans and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire) is the new titular hero created by Lee Child in this upcoming crime series. (Coming to Amazon Prime on February 4th)

Inventing Anna - Shonda Rhimes is behind this upcoming mini-series starring Julia Garner as the faux-socialite Anna Delvey. (Coming to Netflix on February 11th)

Bel-Air - As I wrote in the 2022 preview, normally a reboot of a beloved 1990′s sitcom wouldn’t be that interesting. However, with Bel-Air there is a twist, this show is a darker, dramatic reimagining of the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. (Coming to Peacock on February 13th)

Severance - Adam Scott stars in this upcoming thriller that puts a strict wall between work and home. (Coming to AppleTV+ on February 18th)

From - It is a Lost reunion of sorts, as Harold Perrineau leads an ensemble cast in this science-fiction horror series that has Jack Bender directing the first four episodes. (Coming to Epix on February 20th)

Vikings: Valhalla - A century after the events of History Channel’s Vikings comes this new spin-off to the historical drama. (Coming to Netflix on February 25th)

Super Pumped: The Battle for Uber - Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Kyle Chandler, and Elisabeth Shue star in the first installment of a new anthology drama series. The first season chronicles the rise and fall of former Uber CEO Travis Kalanick, played by Gordon-Levitt. (Coming to Showtime on February 27th)

No CEO Noah being the man that he is has a well-known reputation that goes around, which means a lot of women know about him and once they do see his face, they are foaming at the mouth, but do they know that this man wants nothing to do with any other woman except for you

So they want to invest into their business only to walk into his office in a giant portrait of you looking down on

Attempt, and usually when they do, he denies their request for a business loan 

Whenever it comes to business designs and colors, he calls you for approvals and suggestions. Listen to them when he has you???? M he could be having the worst day at the office and all it will take is for you to walk in with that pretty smile of yours and his day just feels so much better

Man is literally stressing anyone that comes to his office. He tells him to just get out but as soon as he sees your head pop in 

Like I said when it comes to you, this man is a big baby. He talks to you in a baby boy even though he’s this very 6’3 CEO that’s basically a Doberman in human form. But then he gets all bright and bushy tails once you appear.

Literally buys you everything and anything you want and that includes anything that you just look at or pick up out of interest and put it back.

He does pay attention to things like your shoes and your make up so whenever they start to run low or wear out, he replaces them without telling you and you been a lot longer than you anticipated.

Did you ever have to make any speeches that event that he has to the first person he always thinks is you because you’re literally his motivation and reason as a CEO and stay in business and perform to 100%.

He has had cases where his employees try to hit on you and knowing that you’re his wife. Two things happen, either they get fired within the hour or they get a load of work then no one wants to touch and has put a side for months.

You may be his wife and they may all understand that you’re his but sometimes he needs to remind them that is your presence because he worked and still works to be a man worthy of you

Many of his foundations and any kind of charities or organizations that he has created or named after you or named after a pet name he has given you

Every month he does donate to charity of your choice. And he asked you how much you want to donate.

It may be his business and his work that he started from the ground up. But at the end of the day, you’re the whole reason he keeps going.

What I have learnt this year: I’m out of step with what a lot of people around me like and love, which is fine, but nevertheless remains true. There are a LOT of ridiculous romance novels on there, mostly because I’m still slowly moving through the books I’ve been stacking up on my kindle for years.  It turns out that a good percentage of them are pretty forgettable. There are a few titles on that list that I’m pretty sure I’ve never heard of, let alone read. There are also some really great reads - I’d recommend Katie McGarry and Hannah Johnson. There are also some good fake Christmas boyfriends in A Family for Christmas by Jay Northcote. After hating The Charioteer the first time I read it, I bloody loved it this time, and the same thing happened with Rivers of London, so it’s worth giving things a second go. As always, I want to roll around in Lois McMaster Bujold forever. Forever.

At first, Puck was very much opposed to the Glee Club, deeming it “gay” and a group of “losers.” Shortly after Quinn Fabray joins the club, Puck discovers that she has become pregnant with his baby, and joins the glee club as a way of being closer to her. But, in the end, Puck begins to enjoy Glee Club and find his passion for singing.

Puck is, at first glance, the stereotypical bullying jock. Arrogant, rude, and judgmental, Puck is the unwavering belief that because he is good at sports, he is better than everyone else. He is also a bit “gangster,” as he has even been sent to juvie due to his delinquent behavior. He was always causing trouble. And because of his supposed superiority, he believed that allowed him to mistreat anyone else who he felt was different from him. Puck also has a very easily provoked temper and would attack friends and enemies at the drop of a hat if pushed.

Puck’s arrogant behavior has made it to where he often doesn’t consider the consequences of his actions and behavior, and how it might affect others. Puck’s arrogance not only relates to school politics but also in regards to girls. Although crude, Puck is nonetheless handsome and knows it. As such, he feels any and all women are fair game for his sexual prowess. He’s shown himself to be particularly fond of older women. In truth, however, Puck is willing to have sex with any woman who is available, even his best friend’s girl. He also seems to revel in the chase and the conquest. Because he has a lot of sex, he thinks he is a sex master.

However, although Puck rarely shows it, he does have several surprising good qualities. He is sensitive about being liked and popular, and finds the idea of being an outsider or bullied unnerving and has been shown to feel guilty for behaving that way towards others so much so that he seems to have stopped his bullying streak since joining the glee club. He knows that his actions are wrong and owns up to that. Puck also finds family very important, as he has a regular family event in which his mother, sister and himself will watch Schindler’s List.

After high school, Puck found his way to the army, and soon enough, he was one of the best in there. He spent all his time working out, and doing his best for everyone to see that he really wanted to be there. He was not going to mess this up like in high school. The army was where he felt at home for the first time. He felt like he had a family again after leaving high school and his friends behind. He knew he had found his place! But, after four years, he wanted more and more, and that was why he decided to transfer for the American Air Force. He also served his country outside of America, and he couldn’t be prouder of himself. He really was finding his way and no longer was the same ‘lost boy’ from high school.

Last year, Puck decided to become a business man too. And now, he owns his own beer company. Homemade beer, to be honest. Everything started as a joke, but soon enough, Puck started to receive requests from people asking him to sell his beer, and well, Puck, as always, was looking for money and more ways to make money to spend on his motorcycle, and well, he decided to let himself go, and get into this crazy world of business. He is now looking for ways to make his beer company grow. He really fell in love with this industry, and not just with the beer.

After leaving the Air Force, he made amends with Shelby and has always given 50% of his income to her and Beth. It took well over a year before Shelby agreed to joint custody with the two of them. Puck now gets to see on weekends and his place in NJ has a bedroom for Beth to stay in. His favorite memory is the two of them painting her room together.

He knows he was never the best son, but now, now that he is older and finally he is settling down in his life, he is sure that he can make his mom proud now. Embora ninguém soubesse que o garoto não era filho da esposa de seu pai, era notório como a mesma o tratava, sempre com negligência, muitas vezes não dando a ele os mesmos direitos que seus filhos biológicos tinham, o que fez com que Zachary desenvolvesse um certo ódio por mulheres, embora ainda desejasse as fuder. O passado do mesmo nunca foi divulgado, já que o pai do mesmo molhou a mão da polícia para que ela não divulgasse sobre a traição, mas é fato que o serial killer não destruiu somente a popularidade da família e o sobrenome Le'Black, mas também qualquer esperança dos “pais” ficarem juntos, já que após o mesmo ser preso, os dois mergulharam de cabeça no mundo do sexo fora do casamento e da bebida.

Betty This new HBO series is a spin-off of Skate Kitchen, a 2018 film about a group of female skateboarders in New York City. The story is inspired by a real-life group of teenage skaters, some of whom starred in both the film and the upcoming series. Focusing on the group’s efforts to stand out in New York’s predominantly male world of skateboarding, the series stars Dede Lovelace, Kabrina “Moonbear” Adams, Nina Moran, Ajani Russell and Rachelle Vinberg. Ramy: Season 2 Created by and starring comedian Ramy Youssef, who won a Golden Globe for his performance earlier this year, the show about an Egyptian-American family in New Jersey returns for its second season. Based on a true story, Hustlers is adapted from a New York magazine article from 2015. In addition to Lopez, the film stars Constance Wu, Lili Reinhart, Keke Palmer and Julia Stiles, as well as Cardi B and Lizzo in cameo roles. Available May 1

The Great This satirical drama follows the rise of Catherine the Great from outsider to the longest reigning female ruler in Russia’s history. Elle Fanning plays the lead role, with Nicholas Hoult, Phoebe Fox, Gwilym Lee and Sebastian de Souza as co-stars. “Sort of” based on historical facts, according to the trailer, the series is written by Tony McNamara, who was nominated for a screenwriting Oscar for The Favourite at the 2019 Academy Awards. Homecoming: Season 2 The first season of this critically-acclaimed psychological thriller was adapted from a hit podcast, and featured Stephan James, Julia Roberts, Hong Chau and Bobby Canavale. The show returns for its second season with a new mystery revolving around veterans at the secretive Homecoming facility, and features James and Chau from the first season along with new stars Janelle Monáe, Joan Cusack and Chris Cooper.
