jayce had already been very familiar with what it was like for viktor to constantly push himself over the edge, especially when it came to his work

it would start with small gestures: viktor would wake up in his lab with a soft blanket draped over his back, or swear that he could feel a firm hand running gently over his scruffy hair.

there was a small, warm feeling of knowing that there was someone looking out for him but would shrug it off in pursuit of his research

jayce, on the other hand, had always been too upfront about his feelings; he couldn't identify the word for it. he knew that taking care of viktor was something that always weighed on his mind. he thought of viktor's well-being, his shared goals and motivations, just him.

it would take for viktor to truly break in front of jayce for him to realize just how deeply his companion has neglected himself, and that it were necessary to intervene

viktor shot out of bed, his heart racing against the heaviness of his breath. it was another nightmare, the mutation screeching for him to save her. wires and tubes sucking out her very life force, as he could only watch in horror. "the mutation must survive." the scene's perspective were too large for it to be the height he were at now. no, it were a memory of the past. 

the scientist grabbed his chest, gasping for air. his eyes were still adjusting to the world around him, yet nothing made sense. there was a subconscious frustration to his fear, he hadn't made any progress with the hexcore, and he was running out of time. 

his small frame shook inside the empty room from the overwhelming feelings. frustration welled in his throat, choking back the tears the best that they could.

when his eyes followed up to the picture of rio that he drew during his youth, he crumbled under the surface. 

jayce was already on his way to do his nightly check-up, hearing soft sniffles from inside the tall lacquered door, he nearly tore it off its hinges. 

he could hear... babbling? unintelligible sobs as the frail frame of the man before him rose and fell with each wave of emotion.

he let viktor feel everything that he needed to, asking consent to touch his shoulder and bending down to eye level.

it would take a while before the heavy breath steadied and the world around him came into view

jayce gave him all the time he needed, waiting for a moment of silence to ask him what troubled him so deeply.

viktor would only explain in the briefest of details; jayce had his own problems, he was a councilor, after all, and it was silly to concern him with things that have long since been. 

instead of falling into the habit of prying for answers, jayce tugged viktor into an embrace

viktor felt the compacted frame of jayce's body against his own. it was comforting and strong. jayce could hold the whole weight of his problems in his arms, and he fell into the touch.

for the rest of the night viktor was not to move a muscle, jayce fluffed his pillows, made him a warm drink, and propped himself into a chair.

the councilor's hands glided over the pages of his journal, speaking over each event of the day; he discussed the meetings, the piltover citizens he met, and the orders to the enforcers that he gave.

viktor propped himself upright into his bed, tilting the ceramic mug and swirled it in his palms to combine its contents, he couldn't help but look into its murky reflection. this time, seeing himself, he couldn't help but notice the difference in feeling. there was no disgust, there was no frustration. it was just indifferent to him.

there were no thoughts plaguing him, his mind too foggy to differentiate, it was only recognition to the feeling that he was tired. it was time to sleep. 

the younger of the two was satisfied to witness the success in his methods to calm his companion, a sigh of relief to see the delicate hand slowly release his lock on the mug. jayce would slowly pull the nightcap away and help viktor into the embrace of his pillows, smirking at the peaceful expression that remained.

at first, upon exiting the room, he contemplated the events of the night. the incoherent noises muttered, and the relaxed state that viktor was in was unlike anything that he had seen before. it was almost child-like in nature, and the way he was completely accepting of jayce's care brought his own warm feeling into his chest.

being able to spoil viktor like he did helped jayce to keep his mind off of the endless responsibilities that clouded his mind. jayce believed that it was beneficial for the two of them to continue a similar nightly routine. for now, he would not be the trigger for another abrupt awakening, they would just have to discuss it in the morning.

The possibilities are endless. He can also just call himself Jayce, whatever will make his little one happy! - Loves to carry his little around. On his back, his shoulders, doesn’t matter. Will hold them like a koala, even. - Also loves having his little sit on his lap, while he’s working, reading, sketching.. Doesn’t matter. The reassurance that his little is there is all that matters. - Doesn’t have a preference or a care about what age you regress. - Loves loves feeding his little if they’ll let him!! - Being a caregiver helps him. Often needs help from someone else (Jayce). - When regressing by himself, needs like an entire day where he’s certain he won’t get bothered by anyone. - Really only lets Jayce take care of him, as he trusts Jayce not to see him differently or lesser because he regresses,,, though that entire process telling Jayce he regresses is long. - Loves simple pacifiers.. And stuffed animals. He really enjoys naps as well. - Also loves building/tinkering obv!! Anything to do with his hands. Puzzles, plasma balls, blocks. - Regresses at a fairly young age, perhaps toddler. - Loves milk!!! Already canon. That is one BIIIG Milestone reached, so even if you can't complete the full game, you're definitely ready to upload a fully fledged demo👌be proud yourself, you definitely deserved it bro, and about length, I think it's a good amount, considering the short timeframe you had to work on it.

Also don't even worry about character arcs, as long as your story has Beginning/Build Up/Climax/End you're good to go 👍. Sometimes it's better when you don't have everyone's backstory explained to you ya know?

For example Michael Myers, like yeah, we saw him stabbing his sister as a kid, but we sure as hell don't know why exactly he did it and what he went through during his stay at Smith's Grove Sanitarium, yet he still managed to be one of the biggest horror icons today. (I'm strictly speaking about the OG Movie btw, idk shit about what they did to him in the sequels)

Sometimes, just some cool shit happening is enough for a story, it's not like we're expecting a full on 24 episode Anime in LN form either 🤷‍♀️ also considering that it IS a Yandere Story, having sympathy for the LIs falls a bit short, when they're probably gonna go full sicko mode on us somewhere in their routes 0_0"

Honestly the most gentle cg ever. His preference would be a slightly older regressor, maybe around 8 since he'd be busy really often, and would feel bad if his little one needs him a lot. That isn't to say he's bad around younger regressors, though. He'd just have to get a younger regressor a babysitter.

Is really, really good at making cool stuff for you. He likes making you neat little inventions, most of them are similar to fidgets or are wind up toys. If you have anything specific you want made, just ask him and he'll get to work. He loves making you smile more than anything.

Viktor wishes he could pick you up, and though he isn't the touchy feely type, he makes up for it by often cuddling with you. He'll get you both wrapped in blankets, and if you're stressed/sad, he's good at making you feel relaxed. He likes to softly hum to you and play with your hair.

Honestly, Viktor has the hardest time being firm or strict with you. The only time he really crosses is a line is when he's REALLY busy, especially if it's something strictly Hextech related, or it's dangerous for you to be around. It's physically impossible for this man to raise his voice at you though.

If it's not something dangerous though, he'll usually work on it at home and with you close by, playing with the toys he probably made you. He'll occasionally glance at you and smile, before turning back to his work.

It'll take a while for him to be more on the goofy and lighthearted side, but after a while he becomes a lot less quiet and more affectionate. He's a pro at playing pretend and hosting little tea parties now.

Often likes to color with you. He finds it relaxing, and he knows you enjoy it too. He will put each and every one of your colorings on the fridge door.

Your quirks, antics, and laugh are enough to make his day. He loves seeing the excitement on your face when he finds a book you like, or a game to play. He wants to be a fun caregiver, even if it's a little difficult for him at first since it's hard for him to become fully relaxed.

Has a hard time remembering to eat and hydrate, so either you'll remind him often, or if you have the same issue, he'll think he's being a bad example and will force himself to remember food and water exists for the sake of both of you.

Is the worst at cooking, but he will buy a bunch of books and will even beg Jayce to teach him. Though he will probably not be that great at it, he will learn the basics and your favorites. Probably does make some good smoothies and shakes though.

For the sake of both of you, will make healthy food often. If you complain that it's too gross or icky, he'll use a reward system if you do eat your veggies.

Calls you by your name most the time, but also calls you a variety of Czech terms of endearment, but is really fond of calling you zlatíčko which translates to sweetie.

He has hard times trusting anyone else to take care of or babysit you, but if he's super busy, he leaves you in Jayce or Heimerdinger's care. He apologizes profusely afterwards, even if you like being in the two's care.

Viktor has a soft spot probably for being called both Papa, Dad, or Daddy. I don't think he'd lean towards any, as long as it's coming from you, it makes his heart melt.

Takes you to the aquarium often, or whatever similar to that they have in Piltover. He might get all scientific with the fish or creatures he's familiar with, but in a way that keeps you fascinated and not bored. Makes you hold onto his hand basically the entire time, but that's really any time you both go anywhere, since he has a fear of you getting lost.

Will almost always tuck you in and will let you choose a storybook you want him to read. As long as it's PG, he really doesn't mind whatever you choose. As he reads, he'll do funny voices and speak more softly than usual. Most the time, he'll wrap an arm around you or let you lay your head in his lap.

- Jayce is also babie, though he tends to regress to more of a middle space (about 6-11) loves being able to run around and explore! Also very cuddly, he wants hugs or any physical touch every second of the day xD

- Mel is a carer, specifically for Jayce ;w; She loves to do arts n' crafts with her tiny ones! Also loves to read to her tiny ones, could be a book, could just be news articles, she just knows to have a soft voice that comforts♡

This is Kendo Club Senpai, and his full name: Jayce-senpai! He is the childhood friend of Hinata and Sousuke, and a friend to Soujiro and Hajime. He is a very excitable boy who started kendo when he was young, but fell out of practice when he studied overseas during his middle school years. Hinata and Sousuke say he has come back far more mature than he was as a child. 

His birthday is May 16th, and his height is 178 cm/5′9″. Jayce is dedicated to practicing to get back to where he used to be by joining the kendo club at school, saying that he “lost a few years on Sousuke’s archery”.

His note is a match sheet from his younger years, saying that you should come watch him practice at some point. His CG is of him in a match, where you are returning from a delivery to the fencing club. You hear the sounds of another match, and, unable to stay away, look inside. You see two people standing before each other, silently watching and barely moving. You hold your breath, with no idea of what’s to come. Suddenly, the one student lashes out, moving to swing at the other’s head. You gasp and watch as the other person doesn’t react, and the sensei calls a point for the boy who got hit. You’re puzzled, but they pull off masks and you recognize one of their faces. Jayce has been to the café before, and when he sees you in the door, he calls you over and asks why you’re around, and what you think of kendo, before saying you should come to some matches. 

Jayce gives off an air of maturity and seniorship, but he’s actually a little temperamental and easily excited. He jokes that he puts “all his focus into staying calm in kendo”, which is why he is often childish outside of matches and club work. He often tells stories of Hinata and Sousuke’s younger years and the embarrassing things they did, and in return, the twins tell you of all his failed pranks. They treat him as a very good friend, in the way that Soujiro and Hajime are close to each other. He doesn’t mind getting a little dirty for a prank, but usually finds himself getting caught by Touru-senpai or his homeroom teacher, Kyouya-sensei.

The warm glow of morning shone through the still air of the scientist's lab. Papers scattered endlessly around the scuffed desk, and resting atop them was none other than the main resident of his second home. His body rose and fell to the soft whirrs of the hexcore, filling in the gaps of silence around the overbearing steel walls, the foreign object rotating seamlessly above him. The unsure creak of a door alerted Viktor to wake to an alarmed position, his head whirring around instinctually before his mind could register the intruder's identification.

An endearing effort, nonetheless it was near impossible not to wake Viktor; He was truly the lightest sleeper in Piltover. Growing up in the undercity developed a skill to wake at the drop of a pin to danger, and though moving to a city like Piltover would be no cause for such concerns, some habits never left him. You can take the boy out of the city, but you can never take the city from the boy. Letting the foggy images clear, his shoulders relaxed, exhaling at the presence of Jayce with you in hand and rubbing your eyes with a soft yawn. "Oh. Good morning, you two." The scientists' voice was hoarse, dropping his guard he released the scalpel from his grasp. "I assume you both had an eventful night?" Viktor stood up from his spinning chair, walking over to see the dark circles under your eyes that reflected his own. "Jayce, don't tell me you made my little one stay up too late." Jayce rubbed his neck and chuckled, it wasn't rocket science for your caregiver to guess how late your adventures turned out. "Sorry Vik, they just couldn't fall back asleep and I didn't know what else to do. We spent the night making a pillow fort and playing blimp captain." You quickly waddled over to Viktor, widening your arms to embrace your papa. He sighed, closing you in for a gentle hug. "What am I going to do with you poklad.." Viktor patted you along towards your designated corner of the room filled with toys, coloring books, and sensory items. Jayce was the first to close the distance, waiting until you were out of distance to make his comment to the other. "They really missed you, y'know. I get that they're not allowed in the lab while you're working with the Hexcore, but they were really worried when you didn't show up."

There was an audible exhale when Viktor shook his head. It pained him to even ponder the fact that you were alone and frightened for him. "I know, I just-'" If he had been honest there were more than a few times where he wouldn't have been able to return to your arms again. "I would never want them to be here in case something were to happen to me." Jayce instinctively reached out to console his companion. "Of course. But it won't happen. Not as long as we're together." He pulled the corner of his lip in a small smile, rubbing Viktor's shoulder in confidence. "But make sure they get some sleep. I'm supposed to keep my reputation as the fun one here." Nodding, Viktor watched the broad figure walk himself out of the office. He let the air settle, exhaling with a small wheeze. You were able to catch his attention, weepy eyes to the contrasting brightness. His eyes would widen to the sight of you grasping at the air towards him. With every attempt to stand, your knees would buckle to exhaustion; further frustrating you in your need to be held. "Hmm." Viktor's throat rumbled. If not for himself he would at least allow his body to recharge for you. "I think we've been up long enough myška. Let's have a rest, shall we?" Lifting himself in unsteady movements he hobbled towards you, his head gesturing towards the door leading to the bedroom. You lifted yourself onto the bed, watching as Viktor dragged the drapes slowly. You couldn't help but giggle as your caregiver playfully joined your side with a chuckle, curling yourself against his slender stature. Grunting, you could feel his aching body move to turn on the lamp and grab the journal off of the nightstand. You looked at your caregiver's notes, each observation recorded with their own key for additional thoughts. Viktor tilted the journal so you could see it better. "I think we're making real progress, there's just- something missing." He rambled on about what adjustments he would be able to make once the two of you were awake. But for you, the feeling of his body with the rumble of his voice was safe, and sleep would begin to make your eyes grow heavy from exhaustion.

He would definitely spoil little Viktor so much, buy him anything that he wanted— He would sit in his lab alone late at night, fidgeting around with his large hands, attempting to making lil Viktor something to chew on or play with.

Would totally buy Viktor cow themed stuff or sea life stuff. I also feel like if Viktor was being small in public, he would go nonverbal and Jayce would wheel him around in a wheelchair. Bring him to a park, the library, or Viktors favorite place, the aquarium.

Once they get home and Viktor in his jammies, they end up cuddling up next to each other while Viktor fights the urge to suck his thumb or chew on fingers, while Jayce reads him a big boy book.

Nd then pick you up and hold you n continue walking. And he’ll keep holding you until you’re ready to walk again, or you can stay in his arms.

Nd i think if you’re grocery shopping and he notices you eyeing certain treats he’ll either

Pick them up n put them in the basket with a knowing but kind smile

Or gently asks if you want insert item, then say “its okay little one, we can get this”, n grab it
