Starting at 10lbs and adding only 2 lbs. per workout cycle worked really well for the weighted backpack. I kept up with my normal routine and actually lasted longer on some things like like planks and wall sits. I even held 5 lb weights straight out on my chairdips for a counter balance to not move my shins from being straight up from the ground while I was wearing the backpack. Super tired though. Gonna go to bed early and wake up early
