Thinking about weight and BMI:
I think BMIs really, very stupid, it’s a really, very stupid concept. I weighed myself on a special scale last week that told me my body composition which encompass 22% body fat and 66% skeletal muscle. I haven’t been able to stop thinking about these numbers and how they relate to me, and how others may perceive me, and how I may perceive myself. I am 169 pounds last time I checked and after a six day workout routine, I’m hopefully down in body fat percentage. I hope to reach my goal of being 16% to 18% body fat composition. I have also been changing up my diet and then consuming less fat, and less processed foods while consuming more grains and protein. Even though I have been working out since I was two years old, I’m still learning how to work out in different stages of my life. The stage happens to be weightlifting so I can get back in the kickboxing, MMA, hiking, spartan races, and rock climbing.
So, for my schedule has looked like
cardio 250 calories
 3x15 biceps
3x15 triceps
3x15 squats
3x15 dead lifts
A similar routine would would be done for 3 days starting, then, 4 days next week, then, 5 days, then I reached 6 days. Until the trainers started giving me looks and asked me when my rest day would be. I got the hint that some thing I was doing was wrong so I asked them how to improve.
So the one trainer told me only run three days a week (which I will now do 3 miles three days a week)
The next thing she told me to do would be
1: push
2:hinge
3:pull
4:squat
So Monday (run)
Tuesday (rest)
Wednesday (lift, kickboxing)
Thursday(run)
Friday(strength, kickboxing)
Saturday (strength)
I’ll stop there because that actually seems like a decent amount to accomplish now after changing up my strength training.

so everybody suggest me for Gym but I do not have time for gym. So finally I found the best answer which I am going to share In this video 14 exercises which can build your body without any gym and without any equipment. If you are a beginner so do not start so hard. As a beginner you can do 2 push or whatever number suit to you. Just in case you cannot do all 14 exercises so it's ok you can start with 3 to 4 exercise.
