Great things happen to those who work their asses off.

You don't get shit by sitting there, wishing and hoping for a change. You get up off your ass and work hard for that change. Everything is worth a sacrifice if it means living a better & healthier lifestyle. I've done too much sitting, wishing and hoping. Now it's time to shape up.
