Don’t let others misjudge you

Yes, you know the title already. It was hard to do this actually. I am on the midst of having a fever and arguing with my mother for a simple damn thing. All and foremost, to tell you I am not a daughter that everyone thinks I am. I am misjudged by my actions, I am not an affectionate as well, I don’t say ‘I LOVE YOU’ to anyone that easily even to my parents. My love language is different. 

To make it simple at it looks: I don’t pay attention to people asking for a request. Since I am getting old, I learn that I need to be super specific on the things or people who are asking for a request like going to the bank even tho you have feet to do it why bother others time to do it for you?. If you can do it yourself and you have time, do it on your own. I don’t care if it is about my parents -sisters (aunts). It is the same. We are not children anymore. 

I don’t also care for others why? It doesn’t make sense to me why I need to care for others if I don’t know how to handle mine?. I have my own problems that I am trying to figure out how to solve it without my parents #adulthoodproblem, why bother adding some problems from others?. IDC if they have sick or they are going to die, it is how you handle your life. I need to learn things on my own, I need to see things on my own perspective. I don’t need other peoples opinion on mine. My life needs to move on with or without them. I have one kid to feed and give attention too. Why bother adding some from others?.

If you know what I mean. It is very hard to do things for others especially if it will kill your time that you needed to do for yourself and to your work as well. So who will adjust? 

I don’t mind if my mother don’t talk to me like a year because she already did that my entire childhood life. So I don’t care already. By the way, don’t give your kids toys, and money just to say that you love them. LEARN TO KNOW YOUR CHILDS LOVE LANGUAGE. It is easier to do and to know than giving them things that they don’t need. 

For all OFW who are working for your family, always think differently, yes money can solve your poverty but remember that your priority is your child you need to be with them too. Even you are far away from doing things, they also need to feel that you are there whatever happens to them. 

I made my own mistakes for almost what 21 years of my life. but those years I learned a lot and one of them is not giving a f*** to anyone even to your parents, relatives, and friends. Learn to choose the things that you need to say YES and to say NO. 

P.S. I don’t mind if my relatives and parents especially my mother call me rude and arrogant. I don’t care what they think of me. We both give ways on the things that we are doing. I also don’t care on the word: “utang na loob” everyone has their own fair share in this world or in your family. It is how you respect other peoples decision. Even it is your children, parent, or relatives. RESPECT what they want. as they respect yours.

Two days ago a family of 5 took a Louvre tour and their 11 year old girl had a question - why is this old man holding a gun? This is one of those things #oneofthosethings that make you happy to be a guide - fresh perspective and genuine, uninhibited curiosity our young (and sometimes old) tour goers give us. Our guide explained it was a book, not a gun (in itself a topic for a juicy discussion); next to the explanation that handguns of this shape didn’t yet exist in Europe of that time, it did indeed look like one. Picture Three - Beast of Immortality

From a child's perspective, this is the seven deadly sins in animal form. This coloring book has the Latin words for each sin and the animal that symbolizes the sin. This was an easy project to create but there was a lot of thought that was put into this one.
