THE BACKSTORY: 

Emerson Gatina is the oldest child of Rachel Gatina, a result of a one night stand her mother had. Her mother wanted nothing to do with her at the time and her father wasn’t capable of supporting her, which is how Emerson ended up in foster care for most of her life. It wasn’t the best situation, but it wasn’t nearly as bad as some people she knew. When she was 6, Emerson was placed in the care of a very wealthy, very nice family who couldn’t have children of their own. They had two adopted children, fraternal twins that were two years older than she was. She attended school in Charlotte with them and they grew to be her family. Emerson had asked questions about her parents throughout her teen years, but no one really seemed to have the answers that she wanted. She wasn’t thrilled at the idea of her parents abandoning her, but she understood that it was probably better for her this way than it would have been had they decided to keep her.

Emerson is everything her mother was not, her polar opposite in every way. She loved school and found it very easy, even managed to graduate with the twins - two years before she was supposed to. She had lots of scholarship offers because of her 4.0 GPA and test scores, but she didn’t really want to venture out too far from Charlotte, so she ended up accepting a full scholarship to Tree Hill University. She graduated with Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry. She wasn’t really sure what she wanted to do next, so she decided to take some time off to explore Tree Hill. She found that she really enjoyed the quaint little town and all the people in it. Currently, Emerson works in Human Resources at Tree Hill’s Hospital.

Jamie Scott, Dre Fields, Nathan Smith, & Madison Landry:  Chuck's friend group has become her friend group. She's not really mad about it either. Madison is actually the first person that Emmerson tells about the Rachel situation.

Michael Gatina: Had Emmerson really known that her biological mother was in Tree Hill, she probably would've picked another town to explore. Considering she worked at the hospital, it was really only a matter of time before she bumped into Rachel.  The plot twist though, was finding out that she had a younger brother too - one that got to live with their mother.

MADISON COLEEN LANDRY

Elle est née le 23 Aout 2006 à Tree Hill et connait Jamie et Chuck depuis le jardin d'enfant mais est l'amoureuse du premier depuis pour ainsi dire toujours. Jamie et elle se mettent en couple dés leur entrer au collège. Enfant elle était un vrai garçon manqué et la seule fille de l'équipe de Basket « mini Ravens » ce qui lui valait de nombreuses convoitises auprès des garçons de l'équipe. C'est également une petite très intelligente et un vrai rat de bibliothèque. En grandissant Madison s'est extrêmement bien féminisé, devenu une belle et élégante jeune femme elle devient même la capitaine de l'équipe des pompon girl du lycée pendant 3 ans où elle sort également major de sa promotion. A l'époque elle formais avec Jamie "le couple goal" dont on parle encore quelques années après leur passage sur les banc du bahut. Alors que Jamie tentais de devenir basketteur professionnel, Madison quant a elle est parti s'installer à New York avec le meilleur ami de son copain Chuck. Le couple sera donc deux ans sans ce voir beaucoup mais resteront quand même ensemble. Et finalement après avoir abandonné le basket James rejoindra Madison et Chuck à New York et tout les trois deviendront colocataire. Aujourd'hui, Madison a terminée ses études et tente de devenir journaliste de mode mais n'est qu'assistante pour le moment. Elle vit toujours avec James et Chuck. Une entente parfaite mais un moment d'égarement et un secret caché pourrait bien venir tout bouleverser.

CHARLES (CHUCK) DANIEL SCOLNIK

Il est né le 12 Mars 2006, dans un environnement instable entre une mère alcoolique et un père absent et souvent violent. De son vécu il en ressortira un caractère violent qui sera calmé par son amitié avec James Scott et sa forte relation avec Chase Adams qu'il considère comme son grand frère encore aujourd'hui. A l'âge de 10 ans il est maltraité et violenté par son père Wade ; il s'en sortira avec l'aide de Chase et enverra son père en prison. A la suite de ça il reste un garçon plutôt excentrique et a toujours des excès de violences qui lui porteront préjudice au lycée. Il manquera plusieurs fois de se faire renvoyer mais avec des facilité en math et en économie il obtiendra grâce à l'aide précieuse de Madison Landry en tutorat son diplôme et une bourse pour l'université de New York dans le département Finances et économie. Il part y vivre en même temps que la petite amie de son meilleur ami et se rapprochera dangereusement d'elle pendant l'absence de Jamie. Aujourd'hui son diplôme en poche, il rêve de travailler à Wall Street le centre de la finance et des affaires. Il vit en colocation avec Madison et Jamie dans un loft de Brooklyn. En grandissant Chuck est devenu un très charismatique jeune homme ambitieux qui sait parfois se montrer bon manipulateur quand il veut quelque chose. Il se plait à vouloir porter des costumes pour faire plus sérieux. Il n'a pas de petite amie mais beaucoup de conquête, criant être un cœur de prendre est ce vraiment le cas?

THE BACKSTORY: 

Nathan Smith is the eldest son to Tim Smith and Bevin Mirskey. His parents divorced when he was three and Nathan spent all of his adolescent years bouncing between their houses. It wasn’t an ideal situation, but it was just something he had to deal with. When  Nathan was six his mother started dating Skills Taylor, which Nathan had no problems with. He liked Skills, they didn’t fight all the time like his parents had and that was definitely something Nathan could get on board with.

Nathan played basketball with Jamie and Dre, but he didn’t love the game the way that Jamie and Dre did. Nathan held odd jobs all throughout high school, doing whatever he could do to keep himself busy. Once he graduated high school, Nathan ended up at Tree Hill University and earned his ASE certification to be a mechanic. He currently manages the body shop in Tree Hill.

BIOGRAPHIE

James Lucas Scott surnommé Jamie, Jimmy Jam, J-Luke, J-Man, J-Scott ou encore Jam est le fils de Nathan Scott et Haley James et le grand frère de Lydia Scott et le filleul de Lucas Scott et Brooke Davis. Son prénom lui vient du nom de sa mère et son deuxième prénom lui vient de son oncle et parrain, Lucas Scott. Sa mère tombe enceinte alors qu'elle est encore en dernière année de lycée, elle a du mal à l'annoncer au père de Jamie, Nathan, elle finit par lui annoncer alors qu'il vient d'obtenir une bourse pour la prestigieuse Université de Duke. Nathan le prend d'abord très mal, sentant ses rêves s'envoler, puis il finit par l'accepter et être content, et il déclare lors de la conférence de presse annonciatrice de sa décision d'aller à Duke que ce jour est le plus beau de sa vie car il a appris qu'il allait être papa. Le jour de la finale d'état de basket, Haley apprend qu'elle est enceinte d'un petit garçon, ce qu'elle annonce à Nathan qui est très content. Le même soir, Haley manque de perdre Jamie en se faisant renverser par une voiture, finalement les deux survivent. Il est né le jour de la remise de diplome lycéen de ses parents à quelques jours d'écart de la cousine de son père, Lily Scott. Ses parents le nomment James Lucas, James en hommage au nom de famille de sa mère et Lucas en honneur à son oncle paternel et son parrain, Lucas Scott . Pendant les 4 premières années de sa vie, Jamie est élevé à l'Université de Gilmore par son père, sa mère et son oncle, puis à l'Université de Maryland, il revient finalement à Tree Hill avec ses parents. Son père traverse alors une forte dépression, dépression de laquelle Jamie l'aidera à sortir. Lors de son enfance, Jamie se lie d'amitié avec plusieurs personnes, Quentin Fields, un adolescent de 17 ans qu'il admirera mais qui sera assassiné dans une station essence, il se liera ensuite d'amitié avec le petit frère de Quentin, Andre Fields, qui a le même âge que lui, ensemble, ils surmonteront le décès de Quentin. Après des débuts difficile (une bagarre et des insultes), il deviendra le meilleur ami de Chuck Scolnik. Il tombe amoureux de Madison Landry qui devient sa petite amie, après une courte séparation, ils se remettent ensemble. Vers l'âge de 8 ans, il devient grand frère avec la naissance de la petite Lydia. Bien que voulant un petit frère au début pour avoir une relation comme Nathan et Lucas, il accepte bien le fait d'avoir une soeur et est extrêmement protecteur avec elle. Tout les amis de Nathan et Haley sont proche de Jamie et prennent soin de lui, de son côté, il les considère tous comme ses oncles et tantes, il est particulièrement proche de Antwon Taylor, Lucas Scott, Brooke Davis, Quinn James et Clayton Evans. Jamie s'excusera plus tard auprès de son grand-père. Lorsque Dan est mourant à l'hôpital, Jamie vit très mal la situation, et avoue à son grand père qu'il ne se sent pas courageux et qu'il ne veut pas le voir partir, Dan le rassure en lui disant que lui non plus ne se sent pas courageux. Dan s'éteint dans son sommeil en la présence de Jamie, son ex-femme Deborah Lee, Nathan et Haley. Jamie est content de voir que son père a enfin pardonné à Dan. Suite au décès de son grand-père, Jamie décide de se consacrer au basketball, expliquant à son père que vue que Dan et Nathan étaient très fort, les gens attendent que Jamie le soit aussi. Nathan fait alors promettre a son fils de ne pas se mettre la pression comme lui l'a fait, et qu'il joue uniquement pour son plaisir et pas pour les autres. Jamie avoue aussi a sa mère qu'il a un objectif; battre les records de son père. Jamie accueil aussi dans sa famille son cousin adoptif, Logan Evans, qu'il semble accepter très bien. Aujourd'hui, Jamie a intégré l'équipe des Ravens et il a battu les records de Nathan pour le plus grand bonheur de ce dernier, il porte le numéro 12 (numéro que portait Nathan en D-League et en NBA) et son numéro est déjà retiré au côté de ceux de son père (23), du coach Whitey Durham (le 1) et de celui de Quentin Fields (le 44) ancien joueur des Ravens, et ami de Jamie, assassiné dans une station essence. C'est un très bon élève principalement grâce à sa mère et les encouragements de son père.

28. Mom. Singer.

After leaving for tour heartbroken and angry, Jenny found out she was pregnant with a little girl. She hid her pregnancy from the world for a long while and even after she had the baby, Juliette, she tried to hide her as well as she could to keep her from being in the spotlight. A few people from Tree Hill knew she was pregnant and figured Jamie was the father. But she never told Jamie until it was revealed by a scummy photographer when Juliette was a year and a half, that he was a father… That didn’t start nor end well….Now a few years later; Jenny has decided to semi-retire back to Tree Hill so her 4ish year old could have a normal life. She bought a small two bedroom home and does her best to co-parent with Jamie but things are still awkward.

Chuck Scolnik–Austin Butler

Chuck and Jamie never regained the friendship they once had. After being looked at as the bad guy for so long, he decided it wasn’t even worth trying to get in their good graces. He forged a new path, writing for Jenny and many other artists while he grew close with Scarlett Gatina. Many people that he grew up with hated the girl, but they somehow just worked.
