The Land I Lost:

- This is the only story I already read (I got the audiobook narrated by the gorgeous Melissa Fumero)so I already know a little. Can’t wait to revisit it tho

- Alec Lightwood Is fulled by love for Magnus and spite. You gotta respect a petty gay

- My biggest stupidest pet peeve in this series is how the international Shadowhunter names don’t follow the pattern of the English ones. Like, it’s established that Shadowhunter names are pretty much two words conjoined together, like Lightwood or Fairchild. Meanwhile, we have Rosales, Mendoza, Romero, etc! those are just regular surnames! Idk! It just really bothers me!
