Can you write number 25 and 86 from your prompt list whit Mat Barzal please ?
25. "Kiss me" and 86. "I love waking up next to you" with Mathew Barzal
Claudia's Debut Season of Heartfirst Writing
Tumblr media
Quiet Sunday mornings were always a happy welcome when they came. When they happened during the season, you were always grateful when they happened. During the off-season, though, you had quiet Sunday mornings every week. No alarms, no distractions, just you and Mat.
It was nine in the morning when Mat's stroking your shoulder woke you up. You buried your head in his chest, not yet ready to wake up. You pull the blanket further around you and close your eyes harder. It was a Sunday morning, so why was Mat waking you up?
"Stop," you grumble, pushing Mat away from you.
"Come on; let's go get some breakfast," Mat prods, not stopping his stroking.
"Dude, no," you continue. "You can get breakfast, but let me sleep. I'm not ready to wake up yet."
"Even if we don't go to that coffee shop a few blocks down that you love?"
"I'm going to punch you in the face if you keep talking to me and making me less sleepy," you rumble.
"I love waking up next to you," Mat teases, pulling you closer to his chest.
"Good, now don't make me wake up."
"Oh, please? I'm really hungry," Mat prods, a smirk on his face.
Groaning, you push yourself off of Mat and sit up, resting against the headboard. "I'm awake now with no sign of falling asleep; you happy now?"
"Yes," you grumble.
"Kiss me?" Mat asks, a pout on his face.
Angrily, you peck Mat's lips. "Are you done pestering me now?"
"Mhm, all done," Mat tells you, a proud smile on his face.
"Great, I'm going to go shower, and you can get breakfast for us." You stop off towards the bathroom.
"Wait, we're not going together?"
"Of course not; you woke me up from my precious sleep."
Mat shakes his head with a small chuckle. He'd never get tired of this banter with you.

The minute he walked out of the room, Matthew knew he made a mistake. It was wrong for him to say anything he said, and although you made some hurting remarks, Matthew knows he's the real one to blame. You wouldn't have said anything if Matthew didn't start the argument first.
"As my partner, it's expected that you'd move with me wherever I'm traded," Matthew recalls yelling at you. As the words he said echo through his mind, he's cringing. How could he have been so stupid? So callous? So idiotic?
It's not expected. He never expected that of you, but for one fleeting moment, Matthew thought you were going to leave him. He thought you were going to abandon him because you'd realize moving to Florida wouldn't be worth it.
Matthew would rather self-sabotage the relationship rather than let you realize he wasn't good enough.
Now, though, Matthew screwed things up into oblivion that he doesn't know if there's ever a chance of going back.
His heart nearly breaks when he hears you lock the door to your shared bedroom. Yeah, he'd do the same if he were in your position.
For the next two hours, Matthew's sitting on the couch, praying and hoping that you're going to come out. Were you waiting for him to leave? Did you want him to leave? Were you done with him? Was this your way of telling him to pack up his belongings and leave? Was this your way of ensuring that the message got across?
Did this mark the end of you loving him?
Matthew wouldn't blame you if you came to that condition. Right about now, Matthew's about ready to stop loving himself.
By some miracle, though, you unlock the door. Four hours after you locked that door, you opened the door and take a seat next to Matthew.
"I'm sorry," you whisper, wrapping your arms around Matthew.
"You're sorry?" Matthew asks, astonished. "What do you have to be sorry for? I'm the one who fucked everything up."
"I said some not nice things, too."
"Yeah, but I started it. I was the one who caused the argument. I'm the one who said the worst thing ever. I'm sorry. You have nothing to be sorry for."
"I know you're sorry," you say. "I accept your apology. As much as it hurt to hear you say it, I knew the minute you said it that you regretted it."
"I'd do anything to take it all back. Anything."
You nod.
"I was wrong to immediately assume that you were going to move to Florida with me," Matthew tells you, wanting to make sure his entire apology is let out. He can't say the worst thing to you and not try everything to make it right.
"You're not entirely misplaced in your statement, Matthew," you admit. "If I got a job in a different country, I'd expect you to want to think about moving with me, too, regardless of your job."
"Probably wouldn't have said it the way I did."
You laugh, a sign to Matthew that meant that you were both moving forward. "Can we try that conversation over again?"
"Please," Matthew begs.
"Great," you respond with a smile. Staying, that's what made everything work out.

Hi! Can you please do 51 from the prompt list with jay halstead?
51. “You’re cold, take my jacket.” (I changed this slightly, but it's the same premise.)
Claudia's Debut Season of Heartfirst Writing
Tumblr media
If there were one thing you retained from your childhood, then it's the fact that if someone tells you that you'd be cold and should bring a jacket and you ignore them, then you won't admit you're cold. Was it petty? Sure, but that was the way you were raised, and you refused to change that because at the end of the day, not proving someone right is far more gratifying than acquiescing. You refused to conform.
Which was the exact reason why Jay was annoyed at you right now.
Currently, you and Jay were standing at a park, trying to observe an exchange going down. It was frantic and rushed as you got the Intel, so you forgot to grab your coat on the way out. When Jay noticed you weren't wearing a jacket, he mentioned it, but you replied that you'd be fine. He gave you a look of question, but now that you voiced that you'd be fine, you weren't turning back
Which brings you to this moment where you're absolutely, extraordinarily freezing, but you won't do anything about it.
"I'm sure you could run to the truck and grab a hoodie that I keep in case of emergencies," Jay proposes, noticing how far deep into your pant pockets your hands are shoved.
It was cold, unusually cold, even for Jay in his winter jacket and sweater and scarf and gloves. He can only imagine how cold you are in your sweater and jeans with a thin cardigan.
"Jay, we're here to work, so let's just work and not worry about anything else," you tell your partner.
"I can see your breath, thats how cold you are," Jay points out.
"I can see your breath, so that's how cold it is in general."
He sighs. "Why won't you just let me get the hoodie for you?"
"Because I'm not cold," you say, bitter, through your teeth clattering. You were cold, and you wished you didn't have your stubborn tendencies.
"Fine," Jay says, eyes scanning the park. "I'm going to make a small loop around the park to see if I see anything. Keep your radio on."
You nod and keep your position in tact. Stealthily, your eyes follow Jay as he walks away before you lose sight of him as he walks amongst some trees. You turn your head away and let a shiver run through your body.
It's a few minutes later, and you still haven't seen your suspect, but you jump when you feel a jacket drape over your shoulders with two large hands grip your shoulders.
"Put it on," Jay commands.
"Jay, I'm fine."
"I don't care. Put it on. I'm tired of watching you shiver. Stop being stubborn and put on the hoodie."
You don't say anything as you slip it on and let the warmth encapsulate you. "Thank you."
"Your stubbornness is going to be the death of me," Jay mutters but doesn't notice your confused look.
You'd figure out what that means another time.

Jay Halstead Prompt #30 "marry me?"
Can you do it where the reader and Jay are talking and just hanging out like normal (they're dating lol) and Jay blurts out "marry me"
She'll look at him shocked and he'll be all I've been thinking about it a while type deal... Sorry if that's to much or not enough...And thank you!
Oh, I love this idea! Here's the first blurb; requests are still open!
30. Marry Me
Claudia's Debut Season of Heartfirst Writing
"You will not believe what happened to me!" you exclaim as you slam the door shut to Jay's apartment. Angrily, you shove off your shoes and jacket and throw your keys on the counter. "Like, honestly, people are the worst sometimes."
Jay's eyes sparkled with amusement as he watched you, undoubtedly, overreact. "Hey, baby."
Plopping down next to Jay, you give him a kiss on his forehead and say, "hi."
"Tell me about why you suddenly lost faith in humamity," Jay requests, a teasing tone in his voice. You glare at him before diving into your tale.
"This guy completely cut me off while I was merging onto the highway! He was two lanes over and then the minute I turned on my blinker, he was right there, and it almost caused an accident!"
Jay's not listening to your story. As you emphatically express every mishap from your drive home, Jay's watching you. He's watching the fury in your eyes, the motions of your hands, the smooth tone of your voice. It's at that moment that Jay realizes he never wants to have another evening just like this where you're not by his side as you recount your day. This, this is all he ever wants, and suddenly, it all made sense.
"And for, like, five miles, this guy was on my tail, like what the h---"
"Marry me," Jay bursts out. Those words stop you.
"What?"
"That was not how I meant to ask you, but it's how I feel," Jay quickly explains. "You're all I want. I've been thinking about it for a while, and I know we haven't really discussed much about our future, but I know for a fact that I want you right there next to me, and I want to be there right next to you."
When you don't say anything, Jay's eyes sink to floor. In a matter of seconds, Jay has ruined your relationship and his entire future with you.
"Yes, I'll marry you," you say, a wide smile on your face, all your anger smoothed out and gone. "I only want you."
Jay smiles and pulls you against his body. "I love you."
You lean your head against his forehead. "I love you, too, but just so you know, I'm expecting a ring."
Jay chuckles. "I'm at your service, anything you want."

oh I think song 143 and matthew tkachuk could be really good. 💜
143. You All Over Me (Taylor's Version) with Matthew Tkachuk Requests are now closed!
Tumblr media
Once upon a time, Matthew used to love the smell of your perfume. The sweet smell of jasmine and lilac were the smells that set his heart aflame. The smell was the one that lingered on his clothes over the course of a long road trip. The smell was the one that wafted in his air when you went home. The smell replaced the smells of his family home. You were his home.
That was until you left.
He couldn't blame you. Your life really wasn't in Calgary. High school sweethearts turned you-in-college-with-him-in-Calgary. After a few years in St. Louis, you moved to Calgary to be with Matthew.
Then you moved back and left Matthew. You weren't comfortable in Calgary, and adjusting to life was difficult.
He loved you more than words could tell, so when you moved back to St. Louis to be closer to family and for a new job opportunity, he supported it fully.
Matthew was okay with it until you were everywhere in his now-empty apartment. Well, semi-empty. You weren't there anymore, so it felt empty. it didn't matter if he lived there. As long as you weren't in his apartment with him, there was no home. He had no home, so when he first smelled your scent after nineteen days, his entire heart collapsed through his chest.
It was a smell that comforted him after every bad loss. It was a smell that relaxed him after a tough day at practice. It was a smell that made everything worth it because you were worth it.
Matthew couldn't take the smell. It was sickening, intoxicating, stomach-churning, abominating. He'd rather take a punch in the gut over and over again than keep smelling the faint scent of your perfume.
So, he washed all his sweatshirts, towels, and bedsheets over and over again. It took a while, but he got the smell out. Anything that would work to get it out.
He still loved you but couldn't have you anymore, so he worked to forget you.

67. I want to start a family of our own
Claudia's Debut Season of Heartfirst Writing
Tumblr media
Walking out of the locker room after the Game 6 loss, Tyson's head was hung low. He believed in this group and thought that, maybe, just maybe, this would have been the year where all his dreams came true. Unfortunately, when the buzzer sounded, and the Wild were behind, Tyson knew it wasn't this year.
Most of the other players on the team, they were having similar reactions. However, when the majority of them saw their partners in that familiar playoff jacket and kids in matching jackets or jerseys, their eyes lit up. This, seeing one's family on the other side of the locker room doors is what playing hockey was all about. Being able to put on a show, provide for their families, and share their dreams with someone was what they all played in the NHL for.
The partners all made the trip to St. Louis for Game 6. Normally, you weren't able to make it to the few road trips that the partners attended, but this time, you managed to convince your boss to give you a few days off, and you were in St. Louis for the game.
Eyes darting around, Tyson saw your familiar head of hair and rushed over to you. At first, you didn't notice him as you were talking to another partner and their child. You were holding a baby in your arms, your playoff-jacket-lined arms were holding the baby close to you, securely. That's when Tyson's world stopped. That's when Tyson realized that it didn't matter if they didn't make it to the next round of playoffs. He had you, and he knew what the next step was for you two—a family.
Tyson walks over to you and wraps an arm around your waist. Noticing the touch, you turn your head and smile at Tyson. In a few smooth motions, you hand the baby back to their parent and wrap Tyson in a hug. Your arms are around his neck with one hand at the bottom of his hair, creeping up, and massaging his scalp. As the seconds get longer, your embrace of Tyson grows tighter and stronger, almost as if you know that you had to get closer to Tyson but it wasn't physically possible.
"Win or lose," you begin, mumbling into his ear. "I'm proud of you. No matter what, I'm always going to be your biggest fan."
"I want to start a family of our own," Tyson mumbles into your ear. Needless to say, you were shocked. You didn't think the first thing Tyson said to you after being eliminated from the Stanley Cup playoffs would be about starting a family, but alas, this is where you're at.
"What makes you say that?" you ask, still embracing Tyson.
"Seeing you out here in your playoff jacket holding a baby made me realize that I want to take the next step. I want a baby. I want our own little small family that after a game, we can escape into our own little bubbles and ignore everyone like my teammates. I want our own little family that I can love and cherish and take care of. I want everything with you. I want to have a baby."
Slowly, you pull your head back and rest it on Tyson's forehead. "I guess now that your season is over, we can start planning for that."
Tyson smiles, ecstatic that you're on the same page as him. "Wow, way to rub it in that we just got eliminated."
"I'm sorry! I didn't mean—"
"I'm only teasing," Tyson interrupts, playfully. "Maybe next year, with some dad strength, we can go all the way."
You hum. "Maybe."
Tyson smiles. He didn't need a Stanley Cup (although that'd be nice). He already has everything he needs in life, and that was you and the prospect of your family that you'd build together.

5. "Let me bandage you up." for will halstead please 🥰🥺 (thank youuu💞)
5. Let me bandage you up.
Claudia's Debut Season of Heartfirst Writing
Will heard the crash from his apartment. Knowing it didn't come from his apartment, he walked out the door into the hallway to see what happened. It didn't take long for Will to realize where the crash came from.
"Are you okay?" Will asks when he sees you staring at the ground that's filled with spilled and broken bottles of wine.
"Does it look like I'm okay?" you snap. "I just spend a ridiculous amount of money on wine for a family get-together, and I just dropped it all."
"Is there anything I can do?" Will asks.
"Can you grab paper towels, a dustpan, and a trash can? I'd go into my apartment, but I'm currently surrounded by broken glass and spilled wine."
Will doesn't hesitate to run back into his apartment to grab the supplies. In a matter of seconds, you're both hovering on the ground cleaning up the mess. Of all the ways to spend his Thursday night, Will never thought he'd be spending it with his cute neighbor. Jay and Hailey have been pressing Will to ask you out, but Will hasn't had a natural chance to do so. Now, though, maybe Will could ask you out.
Roughly twenty minutes later, you and Will have finally finished cleaning up the mess.
"Thank you so much," you reply. "Honestly, if you didn't come out here, I probably would have just stood here for the rest of my life."
Will chuckles. He's looking down at your hands as you wipe the wine off them. That's when he notices you have a cut on your arm. His eyes furrowed in worry.
"Is everything okay?" you ask, noticing Will's wince.
"You're bleeding," he mentions. Will grabs your other arm and gently tugs you towards his apartment. "Let me bandage you up."
"No, Will, it's fine," you insist. "I can do it myself."
"Humor me," Will says as he grabs the first aid kit. "After all, I am a doctor."
"Wow! Free health care? In this country?" you tease as Will ushers you to a seat at his kitchen table. He chuckles as he cleans and bandages up the cut on your arm.
"Now, if you start to get a fever or the wounded site starts to look infected, please call me, okay?" Will explains when he finishes dressing the wound.
"Yes, Doctor," you tease. A few moments of awkward silence pass as you both wonder what to do next. "I guess I should head back to my place now."
"I guess so," Will says. You begin to walk towards Will's door, him following you. You stop, though, and turn to Will.
"Can I buy you a drink?" you ask, hesitantly. "You know, as a thank you?"
Will smiles. "I'd like that a lot."

can i also request prompt list 42 with jamie oleksiak?
42. "I remember when we first met..." with Jamie Oleksiak (this one's a bit painful)
Claudia's Debut Season of Heartfirst Writing
Tumblr media
With a shaky breath, you begin to leaf through the photo album sitting on the table. It was sitting amongst other photo albums and picture frames, on top of a white table cloth. A gold sign in fancy script sits in the middle. It says "Becoming the Oleksiaks."
Your eyes fill with tears as you see all the photos of Jamie from his childhood to now. It's all there from his kindergarten graduation to his first day of high school to his first NHL game. Every moment of his life is captured in this photo album.
Next, you go to the other album dedicated to Jamie's life. As you flip through each page, your heartbeat quickens as you remember many of the memories. Growing up with Jamie, you were there for every step of his first twenty-three years.
Your hand stops flipping through the pages when it lands on the photo of your senior prom, Jamie as your date. You still remember that corsage he pinned onto your dress that his mother eventually had to help pin. You remember how Jamie called you every night for two weeks to discuss the color and make of your dress. You refused to tell him anything, but you finally relented when Jamie told you he need to at least know to color in order to have a matching tie.
"I remember that night," Jamie says from behind you, his deep voice sending vibrations down your spine.
"It was a fun night," you reply, keeping your voice low.
"Are you enjoying yourself?" Jamie asks. You're looking into his eyes and wondering if he knows just how much your heart is breaking right now.
No, I want nothing to do with this, you think to yourself, but you can't. This was the day before the happiest day of Jamie's life, so you couldn't ruin it for him. "Yeah, it's a lovely party."
He nods. "How was your trip out here?"
So, it was going to be small talk. You try to hide how much your heart hurt listening to him ask you that. Before everything happened, you and Jamie were thick as thieves. You told each other everything. Now, though, that connection was in shambles, and you and Jamie could barely muster any small talk.
"Don't," you say. "You don't have to pretend that you want me here. We both know that your mother invited me and basically forced me to be here. Let's just pretend I'm not here." With that, you turn back to the photo album. You flip to a photo of you and Jamie at age five eating popsicles.
"I remember when we first met," Jamie murmurs, taking a few steps closer to you. How could he possibly remember? The two of you were babies. "Well, at least the first memory I have of you. I think it was the first time I realized I loved you, too. It was at the kiddie pool you had growing up. We spent hours there, and that's when I fell in love with you. Well, as much that a four-year-old can. I don't think I ever stopped lo—"
"Stop," you interrupt, knowing exactly where this was going. "For the sake of your fiance, don't tell another person that you love them the night before you get married."
"Don't do this, please," Jamie says. "If you say the word, I'll call this all off, and we can—"
"Jamie, you broke up with me, so you don't get to do this to me."
"I was an idiot! Please, it's always been you. I've only ever lo—"
"I'm leaving," you interrupt. "Congrats on the marriage, if you decide to go through with it."
At that, you walk away knowing that you love Jamie as much as he loves you.

love your writing so much, can I please request #13 from the prompt list with jt compher? thank you so much 💗
"I saw you looking at it last time we were in the store together, so I got it for you" with JT Compher
Requests are now closed!
Tumblr media
Bouncing his knee up and down, he waited for you to come home from work. He's not normally this nervous, waiting for you, but he had a surprise for you. It wasn't that he thought you weren't going to like it, but it could be the surprise that changed everything. It could be the surprise that showed it all.
It could be the one thing that finally conveyed to you how much JT loves you.
You gave him the key to your apartment for emergencies, and while this didn't qualify as an emergency, JT didn't feel like waiting in the hallway. He texted you to let you know he was at your apartment, so you know, but it isn't stopping his heart from hammering.
"Hey," you say, announcing your presence as you walk in the door. "I got caught up in a last-minute meeting, so I'm sorry I'm a bit late."
He nods and swallows. No greeting leaves his mouth. He didn't even realize you were running late. As far as JT was concerned, he'd wait for you no matter how long you took.
"Let me just change into some comfier clothes, and I'll be right there," you continue, choosing to ignore JT's confusing behavior.
"Okay," he breathes out, knowing that you're onto his awkwardness.
By the time you emerge from your bedroom in leggings and a sweatshirt—his sweatshirt, which didn't go unnoticed by him—JT's pretending he's okay.
"Did you want to order dinner or something? There's this new Vietnamese place around the corner that I ordered from earlier this week, and it was really, really good, so I think you need to try it."
"Oh, yeah, sure, sounds good," JT replies. His plans of surprising you were just thrown out the window.
"Great," you respond, bouncing up from the couch to find the menu and place the order.
For the next hour or so, JT's returned to his normal behaviors, for the most part. His mind is still trying to figure out just how to tell you about his surprise.
Thankfully, the moment seems to make itself available.
"I got something for you," he tells you as you reach for the remote.
"Oh, yeah?" you ask, a small smile on your face.
"Remember when we went to the jewelry store to buy my mom a birthday gift?" JT begins, walking to where his jacket is hanging on a chair. He reaches for a small box. "This is for you."
Your face goes warm as his hand gently brushes against yours as he places the box in your hand. Slowly, you open the box and gasp at the necklace inside. Hanging on a dainty gold chain is a pendant with JT's initials and a small heart with a tiny diamond.
"I saw you looking at it last time we were in the store together, so I got it for you," JT explains.
"It's so pretty!" you exclaim, jumping from where you were sitting into JT's lap and wrapping him in a hug. You hold him tightly and feel yourself mold perfectly against his body. Slowly, you pull away and look intently into his eyes. "Thank you so much; I love it."
"Yeah?"
"Yeah." Slowly, you close the gap between your and JT's lips. You softly kiss and hope he's not freaked out because it would break your heart if he were freaked out. He's not, though, as his hands go to cup your face, and he deepens the kiss. When you both slowly pull away, you're both warm with love and excitement. "You have no idea how much I love you."
JT laughs. "I don't think you know how much I love you."
You playfully roll your eyes and lean in for another kiss because, after all, the best way to show someone how you feel is by showing them.

79. I Want It That Way by the Backstreet Boys with Frederik Andersen
Requests are closed!
Tumblr media
When the familiar scene starts to play out on the TV, you rewind and pause. A small smile covers your face as you call out for Freddie. He rushes in from the kitchen and takes a seat next to you on the couch.
"Mm, what's up?" he asks.
"I need your undivided attention for the night fourish minutes," you tell him, extreme seriousness tinged in your voice.
"You know," he begins, "you always have my undivided attention, so there's nothing to worry about that."
His words warm your chest, and suddenly, you forget why you asked for him. You're staring deep into his eyes as you let the words soak in. Who lets this man be this sweet to you? Who lets this man turn your insides warm and fuzzy with just one sentence? Who lets this man distract you like this with just one sentence?
"So, what did you need me for?" Freddie asks, knowing exactly the effect he has on you.
"I have to show you this scene from one of my favorite shows," you tell him. "You've never seen the show, so I'm going to one-by-one show you all the best scenes."
"What's the show?"
"Brooklyn-Nine-Nine," you tell him. "Now, sh. No talking, and no breathing loudly."
"I'm not even—"
"Shhh." You stop him and turn back to the TV. You press play and watch the familiar opening to the Cold Open.
"So, do you recognize any of these men?" Jake Peralta on your screen says, launching into one of the greatest Cold Opens of all time. Freddie chuckles when each of the men begins to nervously and confusedly sing the song. A loud chuckle leaves his body when the group begins to sing the chorus together.
"It was number five," the woman on the screen says. "Number five killed my brother."
When the show cuts to the beginning theme, you pause the show and turn back to Freddie.
"Funny?" you ask. "There's only one right answer, so be careful."
"It was funny," Freddie answers correctly with a smile on his face.
"So, has that convinced you to watch the show with me?"
"You could have just asked me, and I'd watch it with you."
"Yeah?" you ask for confirmation.
"Mhm," he responds. "So, are we starting from episode one?"
"Oh, yeah, and you're not leaving this couch unless you absolutely have to."
Freddie chuckles. "I could never imagine disobeying that order."

Can you write prompt 68 with Elias Pettersson please
68. "Your back is intense. Would you like a massage?" with Elias Pettersson
Requests are closed!
It was always known that wedding planning was stressful. There was no doubt about it that it could cause a strain in the relationship, but it would all be worth it on the day of the wedding.
You tried to remind yourself of those two sentences, but it was hard to destress when the wedding planning has barely started. It was only your engagement party.
Elias was standing at the bar with a few friends who he planned to ask to be part of the wedding party. You were standing to the side, away from everyone else. The questions you were getting were constant. Everyone had questions about the wedding colors, the cake, the dress, the tuxedo, the venue, the date, and more. Everything!
He proposed halfway through the hockey season, so you and Elias discussed on having the wedding not the upcoming summer but the following summer. This way, Elias' parents decided to throw the engagement party for you two in the summer. It would mark the start of you and Elias planning the wedding.
Just because you and Elias were engaged didn't mean anything. Sure, you've been putting together a Pinterest board with ideas, and you and Elias have bounced around colors and themes, but nothing is concrete. All these questions were stressing you out because it felt like you were so behind. Were you behind? Should you have all these questions figured out before the engagement party? Would nothing be available anymore for next summer? Did you and Elias ruin the hopes of having your dream wedding because you both procrastinated and waited instead of beginning planning? Would rates go up because the wedding was getting closer? Would—
"You back is intense," Elias says, appearing out of nowhere. "Would you like a massage?"
"Please," you answer. You let Elias take your hand and lead you towards a chair. First, Elias sits; then, he pulls you onto his lap. In moments, he begins to massage your shoulders, kneading out the knots. Every now and then, Elias places soft kisses on your neck, relaxing you further.
With Elias relaxing you and calming your thoughts, you realize it would be okay. You and Elias would figure it all out, and at the end of the day, you and Elias were going to start your forever together, regardless of how expensive or nice the wedding is.
Worse comes to worst, you and Elias could always elope, but it would all work out.

Can you do Bucky Barnes with Prompt #91 #67
And do it where Bucky wants to start a family, but the reader just questions and is like "are you sure you ready?" Because he knows about his trauma, but Bucky just talks about how he wants to start a family with her, because he wants to hold a little her... basically just giving off reasons about why he wants a baby with her.
67. "I want to start a family of our own" and 91. "Are you sure you're ready?" with Bucky Barnes
Claudia's Debut Season of Heartfirst Writing
Tumblr media
Sunday brunches at your parents' house were one of the biggest traditions your family practiced. It was one of the reasons why, after college, you moved back home. Well, relatively back home. Within a two-hour radius of your parents so that you could drive home on Sundays.
When you first started dating Bucky, you'd leave early on Sunday mornings and return in the evening with leftovers. You'd share the stories of playing with your nieces and nephews and relay stories your aunts and uncles told. It was one of the best days of the week. You know that he wanted to join you, but he never asked. Even after he met your parents, Bucky never asked or forced you to bring him. As much as you wanted to bring Bucky with you, you weren't going to ask. Given everything he's been through in his life, you were going to let Bucky dictate if he would go with you.
Slowly, Bucky warmed himself up to go with you to Sunday brunch, and on a Wednesday in a cafe, while on a small date, Bucky finally asked if he could join you. A wide smile emerged on your face, so on the following Sunday, Bucky joined you in the car.
From there, Bucky always had a spot at the table during brunch.
One particular afternoon, however, had Bucky's gears spinning. He spent the majority of the brunches talking with your cousins and aunts and uncles. Sometimes you were there, but most of the time, you were with your young cousins and nieces and nephews. He always watched you from his peripheral. This one day, though, sent Bucky into a daze.
He wanted to have children with you.
You were so good with children, and you always had a different smile on your face when you played with them. Your laugh was lighter, and you were just so happy around kids. He wanted to be able to give you that kind of happiness all the time. Mostly, though, he wanted to build something with you. He wanted to build a family with you.
The thought of starting a family with you sat in his brain for the rest of the day, and as you were driving home, Bucky decided to broach the topic with you.
Gripping the steering wheel tightly, Bucky says, "I want to start a family with you."
Shocked, you whip your head towards Bucky. "Come again?"
He chuckles, nervously. "I'm serious. I want to take the next step, and I want to build something with you. I want to have our own little ones running around at brunch, and I want to create our own little bubble of happiness, love, and joy."
Taking in his words, you nod but don't say anything. Bucky's life story is coursing through your mind. How would you explain to your little kid why their father had a metal arm? How would you explain why their father was born in the early twentieth century? What would happen if what Hydra did to his brain wasn't really gone? What happened if another Thanos-like threat appeared and Bucky had to go fight and didn't come home? What if...?
"Are you sure you're ready?" you ask, shakily. "You know, given everything you've gone through?"
"I am ready; I want to be ready, and I think I am," Bucky tells you. "I've never been more sure of anything except for the fact that I want to spend the rest of my life with you."
You took in his words. Despite all your fears, you know that Bucky would make an amazing father, and you wouldn't want to have children with anyone else.
"I think I'm ready, too."
Bucky glances over at you for a second, a wide smile on his face. "Well, then we should get started once we get home."
It would all work out because it was you and Bucky, together.

22 from the prompt list with Josty? - @ahockeywrites 🥰
22. "Give me a brush. I'll fix your hair for you" with Tyson Jost Claudia's Debut Season of Heartfirst Writing
You hadn't meant to fall asleep.
After you came home from the hair salon, with your hair freshly straightened, you sat on the couch and immediately began to flip through Netflix to find something to watch There were still a few hours before you needed to get changed for the photo shoot, so you figured that taking a couple hours to start a new show would be okay.
But then you fell asleep.
You were woken by Tyson who was gently stroking and prodding your arm. "Hey, beautiful, you have to wake up."
Suddenly, you shot up, confused. Tyson couldn't help but burst out into laughter.
"You have to get changed so we can leave for our engagement photos," he tells you, taking you out of your confusion.
Still trying to wake up, you stand and walk towards your bedroom. After changing, you head to the bathroom to brush your teeth and do your makeup. When you see your hair and what taking a nap made it look like, you scream. Instantly, Tyson rushes into the bathroom.
"What's wrong? If it's a spider, then we need to have another discussion about whether it's appropriate to scream like that."
"My hair," you say, your voice wobbly. Sure, it wasn't that big of a deal considering you could spray some detangler and brush it, but you were a tad bit cranky and not quite fully awake. As of right now, this was the biggest issue, and it felt like the catalyst to you and Tyson's upcoming nuptials failing. "It's ruined."
Tyson wants to tease you, but when he sees the expression on your face, he refrains. "Hey, let me help you."
"No, Tys, I can't take our engagement photos looking like this."
"Yes, sweetheart, you can," he says, sweetly. "Give me a brush. I'll fix your hair for you."
Slowly, you grab the brush and detangler and push them towards Tyson. He sprays a few sprits in your hair before gently combing and brushing out the knots. Slowly, your hair starts to look like it did when you came home from the hair salon.
Releasing a deep breath, you say, "thanks, Tys. I don't know what would have happened without you here."
"Overreacted and not realize that this was an easily fixable situation?" he teases, amusement on his face.
You glare at him which only makes Tyson laugh. "It's not funny."
"You're right; it's not," Tyson mockingly agrees, trying to suppress his laughter.
"Tyson!"
"I'm sorry! You screamed like a mad person because your hair was messy. It's funny!"
All you do is roll your eyes. "I'm using this as ammunition one day."
"No, you won't. I will. My spouse scared the living shit out of me because their hair was messy."
"Tyson!"
"I'm sorry; I'm sorry. I won't bring it up ever again."
"Good," you proclaim, starting your makeup.
And he didn't. He never brought it up again.

hi! can you please do 48 from the prompt list with pettersson
48. "I'll help bring in the groceries" with Elias Pettersson Claudia's Debut Season of Heartfirst Writing
I'm combining this with an ask from @2manytabsopen because you both had the same request.
Tumblr media
Elias fucked up. He fucked up big time. If he could take back everything he said the other night, he would. If it cost him his soul or fifty years off of his life, Elias would do it. He'd do anything to take back what he said so that your face wouldn't have had such a hurt look on it.
Normally, if Elias screwed up this bad, then he'd call and text and email all of his apologies before going in person. He'd make sure that said person was comfortable with seeing him. This time, though, Elias knows that he can't leave this up to a text message. He needed to apologize and tell you what really happened.
So, enter Elias's current situation. He was sitting on the porch of the tiny condo you inherited from your grandmother. Your car wasn't parked in the driveway, so he assumed you were out.
It was roughly forty-five minutes before you came home. Immediately when Elias heard a car pull up, he stood upright, waiting for you.
From his position on the porch, Elias could see you roll your eyes. Yeah, you were less than pleased with seeing him standing on your doorstep.
"Go away, Elias," you yell as you get out of your car and head to the trunk.
"Can we just talk? I really need to explain what happened and apologize."
"No," you shout, beginning to grab your bags of groceries. Elias immediately sprints to you and grabs the bags out of your hands.
"I'll help bring in the groceries."
"'Lias, no, it's just two bags," you counter, voice softening. Elias' heart lurches when he hears you use his nickname—a nickname reserved for you only. That had to mean something, right?
"You know that nothing you say will convince me not to help you."
You sigh. "Fine."
Elias follows you into your condo and into the kitchen. He takes a step back and lets you put away his groceries because if Elias wants this conversation to go well, he knows he can't overstep with helping put away the groceries.
When you've finished, you stand and glare at Elias. "What do you want?"
"Look, I'm sorry for the other night. I don't why I said it."
"You don't know why you told our friends that you could never love me?" you ask, exasperated.
"For the past few years, they would always ask when I'd ask you out because apparently we're meant to be together—"
"'Lias—"
"No, wait," he says, composing himself. "I always said we were just friends, but then somewhere over the past few months I fucking fell in love with you—" Elias heard your breath hitch at that "—and when they asked me that the other night, it's just so ingrained in my mind to say I don't love you romantically. I don't even know why I said it. I could have said literally anything else, but I chose to lie and say I didn't love you even though I love you more than I can put into words."
"Okay," you say, visibly flustered. That definitely wasn't the explanation you thought you'd get.
"You don't have to forgive me, although I'd love it if you could, but thanks for listening. I'll head out now." Elias starts to walk out of your kitchen.
"Do you want to stay for lunch?" you ask, sounding hopeful and nervous at the same time.
Elias turns his head and smiles. He nods. "Yeah, I'd love to."

ooooh prompt lists!! fun fun fun!!
may i please request prompt number 29 (“You’re family”) with anthony beauvillier? thank you and happy writing!!!
29. You're family.
Claudia's Debut Season of Heartfirst Writing
Tumblr media
As Anthony made the turn down his childhood home's street, you read the street sign and began to panic. You weren't ready for this. Were you really going to be spending two weeks with Anthony's family that you were going to be meeting for the first time today?
Out of nervous habit, you begin to bounce your leg up and down. From the corner of your eye, you notice that Anthony has noticed your nervous tick. He places his hand on your thigh to calm you down.
It doesn't.
If anything, it reminds you of how you're spending the next two weeks.
The season ended about a month-and-a-half ago, but because you weren't able to get time off of work, Anthony waited until you were available to make the trip back home to his suburban Canadian home. Once the next two weeks were up, you'd fly back to New York for work and wait until Anthony returned in the fall.
You've never met Anthony's family before. They weren't able to come down to New York for a game, and you weren't able to go up to Montreal when the Isles were playing there, so it just hasn't happened yet. Now, though, there are no excuses. You can't let your nerves get in the way.
When Anthony pulls into the driveway, your heart begins to beat through your chest. Were you doing the right thing? At this point, you and Anthony have been dating for seven months. Was it too soon to meet the parents?
Thankfully, Anthony looks at you which partially brings you out of your trance. "What's wrong?"
"I'm scared of meeting your family," you admit, running your hand up and down your thigh—another nervous tick.
"But you're family," Anthony says, confused. Why were you nervous about meeting yourself?
"I'm being serious."
"Me, too!" he insists. "Look, I know they'll love you. Do you want to know how I know that?"
You shake your head.
"Because you're my family, so they have no choice but to love you," Anthony explains. "I'm crazy about you, so I know they will be, too. There's nothing to be nervous about."
"Easy for you to say; it's your family."
"Babe—"
"I know; I know," you reply, taking a deep breath. "I can meet your family. It's no big deal."
Anthony smiles. "They'll love you; I know they will."
You smile nervously. Let's hope they do.

Hello. For the story requests. No:81 from the song list and no:25 from the prompt list for Matthew Tkachuk. I hope that you are having a lovely weekend.
81. Sucker by the Jonas Brothers 25. "Kiss me."
Claudia's Debut Season of Heartfirst Writing
Tumblr media
Enamored. Matthew Tkachuk was enamored and hopelessly in love with you. Just one look at you, and Matthew knew that you were the only person for him. He'd climb mountains, swim across oceans, walk through tornadoes, and go through blizzards. He'd do it all for you. He'd give you the sun, moon, and stars if it meant he got even one minute with you.
Was this what love felt like?
When Matthew came home from his season in Calgary, he saw an unfamiliar head of hair sitting on the couch with Taryn and Brady. He stood there, awestruck and confused.
Noticing Matthew's confusion, Chantal explained that you—the friend—were spending the summer with the Tkachuks in St. Louis. "They're a friend of Taryn's, so be nice, okay?"
"Yeah, nice, okay," Matthew nods, still staring at you.
"Matthew's home!" Chantal announces, and all three heads turn towards the door. Immediately, Brady and Taryn jumped from their seats to greet their brother. You, though, hang back, watching the reunion.
Matthew gave his siblings half-assed hugs as he was still captivated by you. Taryn, noticing Matthew's gaze, calls you over and introduces you.
You hold out your hand to Matthew. "Nice to meet you."
He nods with a small, nervous smile. "Pleasures all mine."
Brady snorts. "Since when do you say, 'pleasures all mine.'"
"Shut up, Brady," Matthew growls. He turns to you and says, "ignore him. He's an idiot."
The next month followed with Taryn showing you all her favorite parts of her hometown and preparing for the following school year. You and Matthew didn't interact often as he was out training and preparing for the next season.
The times, though, that you and Matthew did interact, it was awkward. Matthew could barely string together a sentence, and it didn't help that Matthew's siblings were teasing him. They caught on to Matthew's feelings.
He didn't even know why he was acting like this. He barely knows you, but Matthew is 100% sure he's falling for you. No, he's 100% falling for you.
One afternoon, the Tkachuk's house was quiet except for you and Matthew. You were sitting on the couch reading a book when Matthew walked into the living room. He thought he was alone, but the minute he saw you, he froze. His foot was in midair when he saw you, so, slowly, he put his foot down, but when his foot landed on the floorboard, he landed on the one floorboard that creaks, and of course, you heard.
You turn your head and smile. "Hey."
"Hi," Matthew mumbles, head hung low. He takes a seat on the opposite couch and begins to scroll through his phone.
Your heart falls at his actions. Maybe you read things differently. Head hung low, you return to your book.
"What are you reading?" Matthew finally gets out after a long period of contemplating his words, thinking about what to say, and getting his voice to the proper tone.
"Oh, I'm reading Jane Eyre," you explain. "Well, more like re-reading, but—"
"Kiss me," Matthew blurts out.
Your eyes go wide.
"I'm sorry," Matthew apologized. "I probably shouldn't have said what I was thinking."
"Um, maybe," you begin, "you should take me on a date, and then we can circle back to your first proposition."
Matthew nods. "Okay, then. We will circle back."
You smile at Matthew's actions. "I guess we will."
And if you and Matthew got married ten years later, then let's just say, everything turned out just how it was supposed to. And did Taryn take credit for your relationship? Maybe she did, but at the end of the day, Matthew was hopelessly in love with you.
