y’know i started talking about brnine/gucci as a joke but now im actually so so serious about it

#they both lost their best friends #(albeit in VERY different ways but neither of them is ever going to get what they once had back)#so like OF COURSE they’ve gravitated to one another #brnine is nothing like clem except for in the ways they are #and gucci is nothing like valence except for the ways she is #and because of this they are each other’s five year long horrible nightmare rebounds #they both want to move on so bad but they aren’t allowed to #Brnine literally lives in the ship that Valence got for them (the ship they got for Brnine instead of fulfilling their own drive clock)#and Gucci still has to be in contact with Clem semi regularly because she’s the leader of a major group on Palisade!!!!#I refuse to believe Gucci has let go of clem #like that’s her childhood best friend #like sure people cut ties with people they were close with all the time #but that’s frankly boring and too easy to me #I want to see the conflict this creates in gucci #I wanna see how to complicates her ability to command in a revolution #pls ignore me these are the ramblings of a mad man (I had a BIG coffee and now I’m vibrating and scared)

Every time I find something about this comic book it never fails to feel like a kick in the face.

Don’t have anything distinctly Halloween-y to post today but I have been picking at a Halloween AU for a certain set of characters all month, and made it a goal to draw them before the month was out. Against all odds I made it! Life’s been crazy but doodle time still happened.

It’s pretty straightforward: Hollis is a recently turned werewolf, Clem a vampire, Aimee (Amity but I’ve been trying to rename her) is a Master’s student that would just really like to finish and be free but now everything is chaos.

Gonna be my silly little project for NaNoWriMo this year!

Clem's mom, Orenda works as a beekeeper for Ambrosia and she looks after special bee breed that is able to turn raw nectar into royal nectar/honey, that is then in turn mixed with carbonated water and flavors to create the drink so many spirits crave!
