• Hello hello! For the past month, I’ve been working on this since I know I’ll be pretty darn busy once it’s actually May… (I don’t even know if I can make Epel art in time 😭😭)

• Compared to last year, I do think it’d be neat if I can actually make a groovy in time for the day- but that’ll depend on if I have the time/energy- The last couple months before graduation is hitting HARD.

• I’ve been debating on making an interview vignette but we’ll see-

• Since this is just a birthday thing and not mixed in with something else like last year, I think I’ll just keep this one simple(r) than before.

• Hehe- Bouquet’s gonna be a surprise ^^

• I’ll admit I was a little bit overwhelmed by last year, but it was fun regardless! I still have a wish saved from last year, which for some reason Tumblr flagged and didn’t let me see until months later, but I’m overall excited to grow up on this hell site with you all.

Cloche blanked out on the picture, taken aback by how closely she was drawn with Rook. She covered her mouth with a fist, clearing your throat as she averted her gaze, “Thank you for immortalizing my …f-friendship with Master Rook— I’m sure he’d enjoy this just as much as I do.”

Her tail swished from side-to-side, bells ringing in distress. Cloche’ ears perked up, straight as arrows as she mumbled, “Oh… The artistic choice of using blush to add warmth to the faces.” It seemed the blush in the picture started to mirror reality as Cloche’ cheeks reddened more and more.

My, it seems our Birthday Boy(Girl) is overwhelmed with the love poured into this. Please don’t take her hesitance the wrong way— she’ll cherish it with all her heart, seriously. She’ll be embarrassed to fill one of the empty Ramshackle frames with it, so I’ll let you in on a little secret. Once the party is over, and all the streamers and confetti are cleaned up, it will mounted securely on her bedroom wall— polished weekly.

His voice rings out, the weight of a palm placed on your shoulder. A pair of emerald eyes glint with amusement, a faint pink playing on his cheeks. Rook Hunt, a upperclassman who’s taken a little too much interest in you.

Tilting your head, you nuzzle into the back of his palm, a purr rolling off your lips. He pinched your cheeks playfully, before pulling his hand away. Pouting slightly, you turn to face him.

“I’ve heard that it’s a special day for you today, Mon amour.”

With a flourish of his hat, he gives you a elegant bow, clutching that hat of his to his chest. Ever the gentleman, he raises a palm, asking for your hand. You relent, placing your hand carefully in his. Fingers intertwining, the ghost of a smile plays on Rook’s lips.

Slipping something onto your wrist, you wince at the sudden cold. A bracelet, silver and smooth. A simple design, yet it had the slender grace of a ballerina. Rook gives your hand an appreciative pat, fingers stroking your fingers.

His eyes meet yours, a gentle sort of gaze, simply overflowing with affection.

It was Yuliya hurriedly descending the stairs with a white package in her hands. She approached Cloche with a huge smile on her face.

"Actually, Ronsard has the second part of your gift because we teamed up to make it..." She looked at the window to see if she saw her doppelganger "... So allow me to wait for her to explain how it-"

"CLOCHEEEE~ I HEARD IT WAS YOUR BIRTHDAY !? COME HERE DUMPLING !"

They got interrupted by the sudden arrival of Sabrina Shelby who was carrying a struggling Ondina Ronsard under her arms. The witch started peppering Cloche's cheeks with kisses.

After the two Ondis managed to get Sabrina away from Cloche, they explained their gift.

"It's a little compilation of love poetry written by grandfather," started O. Ronsard while giving the first package to Cloche "Some of cousin Rook's favorites."

"And Ronsard managed to convince him to read them out loud !" added O. Shelby while giving the other package." We recorded them into cassettes, just for you !"

"Joyeux anniversaire Cloche ! " the two lookalikes said at the same time, one with a flustered expression, the other with a soft smile.
