We’re fans. So to make it more social in our time of safe distance, we’re trying to make a game out of it. Four of us will compete weekly to gain the most points.  The winner at the end will receive some sort of trophy.

MWH Constructors Awarded $23 Million Contract from Town of Eagle, Colo.

BROOMFIELD, CO, JUNE 25, 2018 — MWH Constructors was awarded a $23 million contract by the Town of Eagle, Colo. (Town) to serve as construction manager at-risk (CMAR) for the Lower Basin Water Treatment Plant (LBWTP). The new plant will provide highly reliable water service and environmental benefits, and allow the Town to pursue its vision for smart economic development and growth over the next 20 years.

The Town currently has a single water treatment plant serving the community’s water needs. The new 2.5 million gallon per day (mgd), expandable to 5 mgd, LBWTP will increase water service capacity and reliability, while supporting the Town’s peak water demands and future residential and commercial growth.

MWH Constructors will provide preconstruction and construction-phase services on the LBWTP. The new plant is a membrane filtration-based water treatment facility, which includes a lower Brush Creek diversion and raw water screening structures; raw pump station with in-line auto-backwashing strainers; treatment building; sludge drying beds, lagoon and pumping facility; and site improvements, comprised of grading/drainage, access drive, parking, landscaping, yard piping and utilities.

The Town selected the CMAR project delivery method for the LBWTP project primarily to obtain a competitively procured construction cost, utilizing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) approach. The Town also wanted a delivery method that was more collaborative, which can maximize overall value to the Town by helping it achieve its overall objectives while controlling costs.

Preconstruction was completed this spring with construction scheduled to start mid-summer. The plant is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2020.

writing that little snippet with jungkook made me go :( because poor koo and poor y/n and poor them being forced in such positions but at least our girl is able to, in some ways, open herself up a little more than before. she's making just a bit of progress allowing them (yoongi and now jungkook) to touch her and that's a big step for her

I dunno why, but I think the godfather is a new person fav character of mine now after reading cmar!! I have a feeling that he sees what she is going through and knows her much better than she thinks. I know that she has to go through trials herself, but a part of me hopes that she would get a good mentor figure in the godfather that she could not get anywhere else.

(Also, the reference to her master reminds me of kill Bill for some reason😅)

the godfather is kinda like that old man in novels and movies that just knows and understands characters by a simple glance at our mc and, well, we'll see if our y/n lets herself open up to him. it'd certainly be nice if she had an actual father figure rather than relying on mingyu all the time. just imagine the position our boy goes through while he himself is just a few years older than her but does his job so well

I have a theory (idk if you call it a theory), she mentioned how m/c doesn't know if her mind is ready to keep breaking and how the end described her eyes to be glossy and stuff

But i feel like the moment she reaches her final breaking point, is the moment she finally cries.

And the moment she finally cries will be the start of her healing (or the healing arc atleast) cause she'll finally be able to release all her pent up emotions and finally process the trauma she experienced

8. when creating the characters for your wip, what comes first to you?

i think their backgrounds: who they are, what they are. because the situation around them sort of creates their persona, their environmental influence. sometimes it can be as simple as "oh im making a mafia!au so they gotta be strong and cold" and stuff like that. so background to me can be as simple as that and then i build up on what happened when they were younger, why they are who they are, their personalities, etc.

23. what's more important? characters or plot?

it's not really a matter or importance because for me personally, my plot either makes up with characters or the characters make the plot, so both are important to me. i can't have one without the other when i'm writing
