A soft headcanon I have for Communications case 2:

During the 4 years that Kennith and Stephanie spent as best and closest friends, until their falling out (and, subsequently, Kennith's broadcast and death), Stephanie would often let Kennith play with, brush and style her hair. It was pleasant for her and Kennith found it very calming, enjoyable and a distraction for him when he felt miserable. This led to him becoming super good at making nice braids and other pretty hairstyles for Stephanie.

I have an au where Kennith lives, doesn't get arrested cuz the police actually believe Stephanie, Kennith gets to the hospital in time, and Evelynn some how got stuck in the garage and was the one arrested by police cuz Stephanie had proof they did it. Don't need to make sense, it's literally communications who cares.

Kennith, in this au, slowly ends up making up with Stephanie and renewing their friendship, Steph goes to college, and Kennith remains in town. The two keep in touch the best they can for being in two different places. Kennith ends up opening some loser store where he repairs and sells electronics, like tvs, phones, radios, and all that and movies cuz he might as well. He and Greg end up being in a relationship like a few years after the broadcast cuz Greg ends up being a traveling artist and ends up returning to Calumet after he goes everywhere. I have an au branching off this where they have a kid singular, and Kennith is trans, but its like.. For me... Cuz I literally could never see Kennith ever wanting any, he would never have kids ever.

I have another similar where Kennith joins Greg traveling, and they get into a relationship sooner. I like to make them romantic faggots or like queer platonic faggots. Either one cuz Ghost literally cannot decide what they wanted with them. It's just dependent on my mood that day
