Probably Quincy! Which I think is something that'd surprise even him, at first, since it isn't something he actively pursues? But everyone who tries his cooking is immediately hooked, which is good, considering he ends up running a humble restaurant with his boyfriend. :)

30. Name an OC who has come a long way in getting better.

...Probably Lore? But that's only considering where he ends up at the end of his (very long) character arc, which... I haven't even begun to actually Write yet. But... still.

His whole story is basically just me Trying To Hold Onto Hope For Myself in the form of fiction, so... idk it's nice to imagine someone like me "getting better." Being able to properly look forward to tomorrow, instead of regarding it with dull apathy at best, and crushing dread at worst. Many such cases lol

Like this. I can't put 5 images in one straight line and I'm nowhere close to the iPad for lazy image editing (I'm.. Posting from the shower...) so imagine I did.

Sora (art by himself), -> Salem (art and design by Evan Stanley; on a technicality this isn't a "canon" representation but he's stated he's "just any Sonic"), -> Magnus (no canon counterpart, design by himself, art by cmpumkin-art on here), Maximilien (this is a Wheatley furry, design by Maxie himself and art by artyskepty on most platforms / midmith on here), -> Hoshi (art/design by Yoshihiro Takahashi, representing a facet of a subsystem hosted by a Goro Akechi fictive.)

There's also little outliers here and there, like Mephisto, who uses a humanoid persona despite being a fictive of an anthro character, but those sort of lay in the species swap area with Maxie's fursona when he's... You know. A Core.

There's a spectrum of ways we as fictives represent ourselves, and it's honestly really funny. I'll lay out some examples-

Sora's on the far left, being that he uses a persona who's just his actual source/system appearance. Then, there's those of us who don't use a sona and just use our canonical counterparts- Salem, for example. In the center, there's system members who have no canonical "self" to reference for a design anyway, so they just... Are their representations of themselves. Then, there's those of us with fictive-based fursonas, like Maximilien.

Then, there's Hoshi. One of the Crows. Who, in a full defiance of her subsystem origins (Akechi),

uses Orion from GDW:O to represent herself.
