I like to make like, super rich and concentrated hot chocolate on the stove so I can store it in my fridge and then like, dilute it a bit, reheat it and it's the perfect richness balance for whatever I'm feeling that day. It's one of those things i don't really measure ingredients for because it's very difficult to do it wrong- it's just about making sure you like the taste. So, uh, I got distracted while I was making it (because i have a mouse in the walls of my apartment and a dog who loses his mind every time he hears said mouse and insists on telling me about it) and long story short there is like a gallon of hot cocoa concentrate in my fridge now whoops

I swear, the only good part of summer for me is not having to put on a thick layer to walk the dogs at night. even then my thickest hoodie is easy to put on/take off, and it's super comfortable in winter, both outside and for lounging around the house

Ya know those are all watsonian explanations right? You aren't disproving anything, the issue isn't in the story reasons themselves but the fact writers keep making characters based around wanting to change the status quo and fight for their rights then making them evil bastards or "misguided" for no fuckin reason other than the writer trying to showcase their own views and beliefs.

Even though I’m an avid baker I almost never make cakes. And even on occasions when you’d need a cake I usually opt for cupcakes instead because they’re so much easier

But even then, it’s crazy how much stuff it takes to make these things. For 12 triple chocolate cupcakes, it takes 500 grams of chocolate that’s used throughout the cake, chocolate filling, and the chocolate buttercream. And the buttercream uses an entire pound of butter. What the hell.
