This day was complicated because I was coming up with a lot of ideas but at the same time I was blank.

I opted for this famous scene from AC 3, the loading screen.

While I was drawing the scene, I noticed how everyone is in their own world: no one exchanges glances, no words, far away from each other.

In this AC, there was a certain distancing since Lucy's death.

The mails we read before her death had jokes, support between them, even going out to eat.

But in AC3 the emails were just about information, reporting something new, and Rebecca was very stressed and anxious (She no longer had Lucy's support.).

And this scene that we overlooked explains well the change of air in the group.

Day 15: WISDOM

Composition:

I drew young Ezio, out for revenge and with emotions running high. Impulsive, by the way he abruptly grabs the sword and hurts himself, but doesn't care.

Then an older Ezio, accepting his past (his hand near his past self) controls his emotions, wields the sword calmly and firmly. Flames sizzle around him, allowing him to feel but not be consumed.

Back to codextober, thank you for the support you gave me in every drawing!!! I was very happy to see that each drawing was well received by the fandom. This challenge, even though I didn't complete it all, helped me to see how much progress I've made in drawing and how much I still have to learn.

Day 9: HONOR

Charles Lee: “Why do you persist? You put us down, we rise again. You end one plot, we forge another. You try so hard … but it always ends the same. Those who know you think you mad, and this is why. Even those men you sought to save have turned their backs on you.

Connor: “Because no one else will.”

Ratonhnhaké:ton was perfect for this.

He is the definition of honor.

Well, to explain my composition.

I portray Connor's three stages.

From a young man starting his life as an assassin.

In prison, with no weapons and very low chances of survival but Connor always kept the faith and confidence that he would make it out alive. (The man almost died by hanging, and only gave himself a second to recover and take the axe to go after his target).

And the last one where he is already the peak of his bravery and strength.

The white circle represents how close Connor is to his target (That's why Connor is out, it was his training stage).

Day 4: OUFIT

“I am a tactless minstrel, I sing off-key for coins. If you spot me in the street, please kick me in the loins.”

I had three options for today:

+ Connor, but he was already drawn and I felt like I'd be copying his work. (I'm talking about @ramshackledtrickster, go give him some love to his art).

+Bayek with his towel around his waist.

+ Ezio disguised for a mission (he won).

Day 11: MENTOR

Al Mualim : Impossible... the student does not defeat the teacher!

Altaïr : La shai'a waqi'on motlaq bal kollon momken.

[Arabic for "nothing is true and everything is permitted."]

Al Mualim : So it seems... you have won then... go and claim your prize.

Altaïr : You held fire in your hands old man. It should have been destroyed.

Al Mualim : Destroy the only thing capable of ending the Crusades and creating true peace? Never.

Altaïr : Then I will.

Al Mualim : We'll see about that...

I have two things to say:

1- I just found out that Altaïr said that dialogue in Arabic, I didn't know it because I played it with Spanish audio and now I'm upset for missing something so.... Meaningful.

Day 6: POWER

The fruit of Eden has passed through many hands.

With different results: Death, conquests, evolution, freedom, order, wars.

Many people have been part of all this without even knowing its existence.

Betrayal, obsession and madness.

It was so powerful that it was not necessary to have it face to face to become obsessed with it, it was enough to know of its existence to pursue it to death.

To abandon happiness, freedom and life to go after that object.

The world is divided in two (Assassins and Templars) putting on their shoulders the weight of humanity.

You are born, you grow up, you get involved in a side, you have a family and then you are eliminated.

Your descendants repeat that cycle, over and over again.

With no escape, either by choice or because they seek you out, find you and lock you up.

No matter what side you're on, in the end you're just subject... A pawn... A medium for a message that is not meant for you...

Humans will always be involved in this unhealthy obsession with power.

Day 5: MIRAGE

*Sounds of the desert*

A moment of silence for my two intermediate blue tone markers that ran dry and I had to use a graphite pencil instead….

For this day I thought “Mirage… ah, yes, like the mirages Bayek saw in the desert”.

My mother helped me to understand what a mirage was and I had to investigate the difference between a mirage and an allusion. I have learned a lot today
