ngl, i already had this typed up since yesterday bc i just wanted all my ideas out. at first, i had 3 different charas in mind, but then i thought why not combine all ideas into one? without further ado, here’s eleanor richards’ intro + her pinterest! note: i didn’t proofread, so if there’s info that doesn’t line up w/ dad being old money, mom being new money, etc. then my bad.

inspired by the tv show, dynasty (ngl i’ve been watching dynasty & rewatching degrassi lately so) and my love for anime/manga + video games.

eleanor is from both old and new money. 

from her dad’s side, the family generations became old money as they worked in banks, politics, and real estate with other wealthy families before her great grandpa decided to work on his own. he started off with real estate then ventured into hotels. her father, mark warner, currently runs the businesses as it was eventually inherited to him. her mother, penelope richards, grew in new money. they got into the fashion business and penelope runs her own clothing and bag line.

they soon fell in love and her grandparents, on both sides, basically pushed them to marry as they thought it was a good deal to have different rich families come into one. however, they eventually divorced. 

penelope became more greedy and showed her true colors. she was manipulative, using people, keeping shady secrets, etc. and more focused on power, trying to make the best deals, and money. her dad just wanted a nice, calm life with someone he loved and hardly recognized his wife anymore. now, her mom’s been married more than 3 times by now, which eleanor became used to.

her dad soon moved back to new york to be with his side of the family and still stays in contact with him. even decided to live with him for a few years for her middle school education before going back to mom. there, she learned money isn’t everything and to be grateful. even now, she stays on contact and visits during summers and sometimes christmas. as for the other men in her mom’s life, she hasn’t been close to them as she wanted to. she just saw no point when they would eventually leave anyway.

growing up, she became used to drama almost everyday and still wonders why she hasn’t changed her last name yet. that meant she was tired of the life her family was living. a reason why she chose to hardly be in the richards’ family business and wanted to work on her own life.

she also has a sister she used to be very close to when they were young, but her sister grew and became just like her mom, a selfish bitch. she would create schemes in school, be the most popular student, think about only herself, etc. eleanor couldn’t stand being with more people like mom and became distant.

to deal with anything her mom was doing and to get away from reality, she turned to anime, manga, cartoons and video games. she felt these things kept her sane in her wild family. her room is decorated with anime posters, shelves of manga, and watches anime almost everyday. she’ll also go to multiple cons every year and will cosplay once in a while.

another interest she took up was baking. specifically french pastries and sweets. it made her realize she wants to become a pâtissier and her goals are to be world-known and have her own bakery company someday. she started baking around the age of twelve when she was with her dad. he bought her baking books and supplies. since then, she worked on improving her skills and sharing desserts she made with others around the neighborhood to hear feedback.

although, that’s not the only hobby she decided on. when it came to video games, she would play in arcades and at home with console and handheld ones before going into pc games. one game she fell for was overwatch. she’d end up staying all night playing and getting her rank up. soon enough, she was able to be in a team of professional players.

being into two different hobbies, she became torn because of how much time either one took. she wanted to continue playing overwatch and being able to meet so many new people, but she also enjoyed baking and loved seeing how her sweets made others happy.

she was already in college for baking, but when overwatch appeared in her life, she felt, and still feels, conflicted.

more may be added as i continue to think because the family certainly has a lot of secrets.

she has mixed feelings about the disappearances of everybody else. she’s sad to not see her mom and the staff around the house anymore, not being able to talk to her dad, and not being in contact with the team. however, she feels oddly calm about the situation too. for some reason, she just isn’t freaking out entirely. sure, she finds it strange that everyone else is gone and wants to find out more about the situation, but she feels there’s really not much she can do, so why stress over it?

the reason she’s in kitchen help is because she’s already used to being in a kitchen for so long and feels that’s what her most useful skill is right now.

one thing she truly dislikes is having people sleeping in her home. she feels uncomfortable sharing the space with those she hardly knows and argued about it for a while before giving up. eleanor continues to feel uncomfortable, so she kept a few important pieces in her own room away from others.

Amy, along with her twin, is the youngest of her family. Amy and Andi have always been very close but the disappearance of the rest of their family has brought them closer than ever

Amy is usually a nice person, she’s friendly and trustful up until the moment you screw up, and once that trust is lost it’ll be extremely hard to win it back, and even if you, she’ll always be wary of you and your intentions

I know this is kinda cliche but idc. Amy loves to sing and most things related to music (except for how toxic the music industry is). She can play both the guitar and the piano

Even if she doesn’t particularly likes you, Amy is a perfectly pleasant person until you hurt/insult/do anything bad to someone she cares about. If you do anything to Andi... sorry son, you dead.

She’s a really stubborn person and usually stands by her point until the bitter end. If she absolutely has to admit she was wrong, she will, but she will be very salty about it.

So in all honesty I haven’t actually written a biography for Keisha because I made her up on the fly when I first found the main, lmao. I’ll be writing a full bio later but I’ll give a quick rundown of her stats and a general description for y’all. 

She’s the youngest of the Beaumont kids and has four elder siblings. (I might be open to making connections out of them at some point!)

Her family are lower middle class; nothing extravagant, but she’s never had to go without.

In a loud-ass family like hers, the atmosphere is the typical ‘you have to shout to be heard��� kind you might expect from a household with five children. Keisha didn’t really bother to do that. Instead, she spends the majority of her time with her imagination.

She’s big into old-school fantasy stuff. Lord of the Rings is her shit; she played World of Warcraft and she definitely ran a Dungeons and Dragons club at school without giving a single fuck about any teasing or bullying that might have occurred as a result.

Once, she tried to get into fencing. It did not work out. She’s decent at archery, though, but it’s not something she really did outside of her own yard until everyone vanished.

Keisha is an out and proud lesbian and doesn’t have time for heterosexual shenanigans. That said, she’s never actually had a real girlfriend. She assumes other girls are straight -- because, y’know, heteronormativity -- and tries to treat everyone the same, despite the fact that when she meets pretty girls she’s 100% imagining herself as a knight rescuing them from tall towers.

Given that she’s both gay and a massive nerd, she’s dealt with a fair amount of shit throughout her life and has always managed to come out pretty well on the other side. She’s accustomed to shrugging things off and continuing to be herself, even if she has to do it alone because nobody wants to listen to her providing another dramatic rendition of Aragorn’s battle speech.

For the most part she’s treating the disappearance of most of the town as a big adventure. She’s always wanted to see how she’d fare in an apocalypse, after all. Deep down she’s scared that she’ll never see her family again but seeing as she didn’t spend much time with them anyway, it’s not something she lets herself think about too often.

Cheryl can come off as cold, unfeeling and mean, but that’s mainly because throughout the course of her life she has developed a very thick skin, which only a selected few can see through.

Be her friend, which is challenging, and you’ll find yourself with the fiercest protector you could ever imagine.

Be her enemy, which is also very hard since she mostly just doesn’t care about people, and you should be very careful.

reagan is the youngest sibling of two — peyton being her older sister

she showed signs of high intelligence at a pretty young age ; more specifically, in mathematics. so much so that she actually got placed in a slightly higher class than the rest of her peers

reagan quickly bonded with her older sister. following her around most of the time as a toddler and eventually becoming a miniture version of her ; a copy - cat , if you will

both of her mothers constantly encouraged reagan to look after her sister. being the younger one, she felt this was a bit unfair. but she would grow to become protective of peyton - maybe a little too protective

her personality came out pretty quickly, especially during middle school. she became a little spitfire ; sarcasm just poured out of her mouth. she spent a lot of her class time just observing people. she was a genius - she got her work done very quickly & there was still a lot of time left in class… what else was she supposed to do?

she never really had a lot of friends ?? but that was her own doing. she’d always been a pretty skeptical person when it comes to meeting new people and never considered herself a ‘people person’. she’s much rather spend time on her own - studying - than be alone at a party with a pounding headache and a tummy ache from the smells

from the moment she understood her sisters illness, reagan figured she was a sort of ‘replacement’ for her sister .. which eventually made her sad to think about. despite her parents saying they always wanted 2 kids, part of her can’t help but still feel this way

Again, I haven’t written an actual bio for Rowan because I’m lazy and I’ll do it later, but here’s some info about him. :9

He’s 22 and probably went to high school with a lot of the other muses in the group, where he was definitely a stereotypical popular kid and prom king.

Rowan’s family are wealthy and fairly influential in Coldridge. He never wanted for anything; it’s fair to say he was incredibly spoiled, always had a nice car, designer clothes and the newest iPhone, etc.

High school Rowan was very much an asshole. He had ‘friends’ and even girlfriends, but he didn’t exactly care about them a whole lot. They were more like props and accessories for him.

After graduating, he moved out to California to go to college, but ended up dropping out in the middle of his second semester due to being offered a modelling contract.

Since then, he’s skyrocketed in the modelling world. Catwalks, fashion week, magazine spreads, access to lingerie parties -- and as far as Rowan is concerned, he deserves it all. He may not have kept in touch with anyone in his hometown because he thinks he’s above them, but he expects that most of them have at least heard of what he’s been up to.

He’s actually polite to industry professionals lmao but he definitely has a reputation of being difficult to work with.

Rowan has always thought of himself as being better than others, and being a successful model has only reinforced his opinion of himself. He’s good at pretending to be humble when he needs to be.

He happened to be in Coldridge by chance when everyone disappeared; he’d gone back to visit his family after being in Paris for the Men’s Fashion Week in June. Needless to say, he’s not exactly happy about everyone vanishing.

He’s also not the most helpful when it comes to actually contributing to the new society, oop.

I’m happy to give him plenty of connections and stuff, so just hit me up if you want any kind of established relationship with him!

i finally decided to type up my intro. so here’s some info on robin acosta! you can find my plots page here + her pinterest.

she was inspired by imogen moreno (degrassi)

her fashion style is very eccentric, but also owns grunge outfits. she’ll wear both black and colorful patterned tights, patterned collared tops, shorts that have paintings on the pockets, colorful striped bottoms and tops, mismatched socks, ripped black tights, black leather jackets, plaid tops with a graphic shirt underneath, and more.

parents fought a lot before getting divorced when she was still in elementary school. at first, robin didn’t take it well. she became isolated and quiet, hardly talking to anyone, but that only lasted for two to three years. she eventually grew to realize that it’s for the best. she just wanted her parents to be happy. she’s also closer to her mom than dad.

owns a dog (haven’t decided on breed yet) and a blue parrotlet.

she was living by herself before. after she graduated college with an art degree, she decided to live in an apartment and took webcomic artist as her job. she was a freelancing artist too, taking commissions and making collab comics with others.

her traits are confident, loyal, determined, open-minded, immature, silly, stubborn.

she can be labeled as the activist too because she cares about peoples’ rights and people in general. she just wants the best for everyone.

that’s why she wanted to be a part of the council. she wants to make a good change within the citizens that were left behind, wants to make sure things are running smoothly, and that everyone is living well.

even though her style and behavior can be seen as childish and goofy, she’s very serious when it comes to important matters. she’s quite into debates too and stands up for her beliefs, but is willing to hear what others have to say and consider their opinions.

she’s calm in confrontation and argument moments, but dislikes seeing conflict. she would prefer to see others getting along or at least being civil among each other. she thinks it’s because she watched her parents argue so much in the past.

robin’s also very sad about the current situation, but keeps it inside. she wants to keep a cool, calm, and relaxed attitude since she doesn’t want to make those around her sad or worried just because she’s sad.

a reason why she also tends to be silly and immature is because i guess she feels life still needs to move on?? like yes, the situation everyone is in sucks a lot, but she feels she doesn't want to be sad 24/7. so she'll make a joke every now and then to keep the mood light.
