#mad max #mad max fury road #war boys #artists on tumblr #kobocha #soooo like I mentioned prev I haven't had much time to draw but still try to spend some time in a sketchbook regularly-ish #I know it's not typical of me- butI've had a lot of odd thoughts lately like 'man if I died tomorrow no one would ever see 'x' drawing' etc #so I've been thinking I wanted to post a few things from my sketchbook....soooo #though not reflected on this sketchblog- I've had a massive hyperfixation on MadMax (esp Fury Road) the past year+#at the height of my Mad Max hyperfixation last year I was drawing a lot of warboys! though a bit older I still like a lot of them! :)#I tend to be shy w/ my sketchbook stuff-buthinking about '2 cakes' I thought I'd compile some to share with ya'll while I had a sec to do s #with the exception of the one water-colored Slit drawing- these are all basically screenshot redraws (of varying success)#I still like them and imo there's just never enough warboy content (My SONSSS)...also 'two cakes' so tada here ya go! McFeast my guys #I think my personal favs are the one of Ace on the second page and Nux's eye! :DDD

Heart of Thorns-themed Homestead (in-progress) Waypoint Entrance | March 6, 2025

Deft Lahar always looked so lonely to me when he greets you at the waypoint entrance - I knew I wanted to eventually build up this empty, barren part of the homestead. And with the last weekly reset, I had a chance to craft more plants for it and him!

Ferns and other foliage line the first part of pathway, leading from the waypoint entrance to the homestead crafting building. Eventually I'd like to have plants lining the entire pathway. :) I like how the homestead facilitates longer-term goals that can be added to piecemeal like this. It suits my playstyle a lot, and I really enjoy leisurely adding to the homestead as a way to relax.

I've been adding these screenshots and similar to a single, "compilation" post on my sketchblog, as I build up the homestead (hence the date discrepancy above). To have as handy reference, and keep track of how it progresses :D (there's an update log on the bottom of the page, noting each update)
