I've been prioritizing everything except my health. That stops today‼️ Working a full-time job, launching my business Connected & Respected Consulting & handling my responsibilities has been very frustrating, challenging & disappointing at times. I fumbled my health & myself in my pursuit to help others achieve their goals. It's time for me to reclaim my mental, physical, emotional & spiritual health. Since October of last year I've gained 50 pounds. I haven't been motivated nor committed. I've been trapped in the valley of severe depression & my faith has been on life-support for quite sometime now. Earnestine always said, "Every time Joe sets his mind to do something, He always does it. Joe can do anything." In the past 3 weeks I've dropped 10 pounds. Now I got 40 more pounds to drop.
