Cornbread cafe is a vegan cafe I would dine at again for sure. The eggfu was very good; they were a little spicy but had a soft texture and went well with the spinach and English muffins. The potatoes could have been cooked a little less to make it easier to eat. But besides that they were really tasty and good. The fruit was really fresh. I also ordered some orange juice. The orange juice went really good with my meal and I can’t say anything bad about it just tasted to fresh.

WOW! My first time here. The Cornbread Cafe in the city. Down home southern food. I got Shrimp Etouffe, collard greens and baked mac and cheese. With there specialty cornbread made like a waffle. July 11th 2017 Marked the end of my second trip to California after just 11 days I made my way into a new state, Oregon and I moved inland as I was getting tired of the cold and fog from the Pacific, the number of one lane roads on CA Rt 1 was amazing and the roads themselves amazing too, someday I want to make a trip south on Rt 1 but starting up in Washington state, probably when I start my world travels. Anyway When I got to Eureka CA I stopped at a very very busy vegan cafe called @cornbreadcafe for dinner before making my way up to Sweet Home where another ADVRider offered me a place to put up my tent next to a nice stream. I really wish I had more than 3 weeks for the trip at this point as I was starting to realize how many miles I had to cover in the next 12 days with so much to still see. #california #oregon #eugeneoregon #camping #bikelife #veganfood (at Eugene, Oregon)

Grabbed a Eugenewich, some Mac Uncheese and a piece of @bananasaurusbex 's amazingly delicious Banana and Walnut cake that I unfortunately didn't get a photo of before I devoured - 😍🙌🏽💚 Vegan comfort food heaven up in here. Forgive me @silverlynn.npc for this meal 😂 Ok, everyone, if you drive through Eugene, OR and don't stop at @cornbreadcafe you are seriously missing out. This place serves vegan comfort food at its finest in a colorful mid-century diner setting. If you wanna see some of the amazing sweets they serve, check out @bananasaurusbex - she's the baker and she's AMAZING. Her creations are colorful and delicious and the pics are drool-worthy. We stopped in tonight on our way south to #burningman2017 🔥 Grabbed some southern-fried seitan and cornbread before we hit the playa. Back on the road now and ready for the desert.
