✨FIND YOUR JOY✨I spoke to a family member from Melbourne who is finding it hard to stay positive with everything thats going on. She's one of the most optimistic people I know so it's sad to hear her experience of loneliness, disconnection and boredom. Its understandable. . However there is always going to be things thrown at us in life that turn our worlds upside down, the question is how are you choosing to deal with it? . During this whole covid period, ive chosen to switch off from all the news and media. I believe this is key to staying in a positive mindset. Checking the numbers every day is really not going to help you or your loved ones. If you run your own biz, this is certainly not going to help you attract dreams clients either! . Living in a fear mentality will crush your soul🙏. The secret is to keep finding the joy wherever possible. . ✨When I was in lockdown I continually asked myself what can I do today that I find fun. Things like creating art, going for a walk, video calling an old friend, reading a book, playing handball with the kids, making a yummy dish, playing cards with hubby, watching a movie etc. . These were the things that lit me up every single day and this fed into my energy levels and overall mindset. . My business didn't crash. My kids loved the time at home. Hubby and I had many games together and it brought us closer. .
