I combined all of them into one page and made it look a lot better like holy heck :'D I drew those pages only 2 years ago and this version definitely looks a lot better haa This was honestly just for fun- I wanted to do this for a while and finally got around to doing it! Gaster is ecstatic over seeing himself succeed at this, despite how unsure he felt at the start. His next step would be to slowly inject determination into them. He does have everything fully planned out already, just needs the time to execute the plan.

He feels a lot more motivated now, since he got probably the hardest part over with. He doesn't really realize what's to come though. What happens next is really going to show how strong Gaster is...

Morning everyone!  So I like the idea of Gaster having some kinda purple magic or whatnot. I never really thought into the idea of specific magic colors meaning different things, but I'll just say that monsters have different eye colors coordinated for them. Gaster's magic just happens to be purple, Sans uses blue, Papyrus uses orange.

Happy Tuesday! Super busy week this week with school and Inktober, got races to run and lots of procrastination to do for French projects afdjsfnjnfj.

Sooooo there they are! The bois are here and ready to create havoc in Gaster's life. Not really, but some interesting things do happen with them. They're only a few months old at this point and they're fully capable of walking and talking. I would think that monsters age a lot faster than humans, but end up living a lot longer. During their time in the lab, Gaster lets them do pretty much whatever they want. Gaster is much more fatherly-like in this comic, but he can be serious when the time comes.

Whoo it feels like it's been forever since the last update! ANyway, here's a day early update cause I'll be busy tomorrow.

Sooooo yeah... That's Gaster's BIG PLAN. He's giving Sans and Papyrus small doses of DT every week. He's trying to make their souls as strong as human souls by this method. Usually monsters would melt from the concentrations of DT, but they aren't really monsters.

Gaster artificially made Sans and Papyrus using parts of own soul magic and the wonders of science (Jazz hands), so that doesn't make them fully monster. He wants to use these two powerful souls to break the barrier. Although he has no idea if this is actually gonna work.

I have an update post coming soon about the future of this project and what to look forward to from me, so I would appreciate if you looked out for that.

Sans has decided to help! Gaster says he'll allow it for now, but he's still wary about the information he's giving them. He doesn't want them to know what the barrier actually is, but that they just need to destroy it.

Thing is, Sans and Papyrus don't have a very good concept of what the world is or the situation the humans and monsters are in. Despite that, Sans and Papyrus turn out to be very intelligent when it comes to science. They are also very curious.

I'm not exactly sure what the baseline of "unusual" is because Gaster literally has no one else to compare Sans and Papyrus to. They are artificial beings, being the first of their kind. Granted they are still skeletons, but maybe not completely monsters...

Admittedly, I did get a little messier with the lineart for this page, which I honestly need to do more often. It cuts down time drastically, especially when you can't see all the details all that often. Imma work on doing that more. Good practice for when I make my own webcomic.

WHOOPS, no comic update last week, but here I come with another speedpaint. This time with a tutorial on how I go about making comic pages.I explain every step as the speedpaint progresses, so if you're interested, check 

AND SO IT IS FINALLY REVEALED. Although it was probably not hard at all to guess what Gaster's "secret" project is. So the holes in his hands... the two skeletons. BAM CONNECTION. Ye, so he made Sans and Papyrus(although he hasn't named them yet) by cutting holes in his hands. It's only been a few months, but they've already grown quite a lot. Monsters age a bit faster than humans in this sense, but they do end up living longer too.

Here is a good end to a chunk of the story that went by fairly quickly. Gaster is pleased with his work for once, and he's glad to have gotten the hardest part of the project over with. When he says "Now we just have to keep this going", he means now he just has to keep them alive.

The next bit will focus on how the brothers have grown up together in this underground lab and the next phase of Gaster's experiment. He has big plans to use these little skeletons to break the barrier.

WHOOPSIE apologies for the late update, but I got it done! I really like how this one came out with the effects and glows and stuff.

After babybones, we come back to Gaster working his magic. He says he extracted the trait essence from the soul to leave only the determination. That soul was originally a Kindness soul, but Gaster literally sucked out all the kindness juices out of it to leave the DT. All souls contain DT, but others like Kindness, have both traits. Pure Determination souls(the red ones) just have more Determination in them. The amount of DT varies with each trait.

But what's Gaster gonna do with that DT?

We're skipping time! So a few months later and Gaster has done some things to his hands. There are holes now, so I wonder what he did! Gaster is at a point where he doesn't know why he's doing what he's doing. 

Most of the Gasters that I've seen are very confident in their abilities, but Corrupted Gaster is very doubtful in his abilities and struggles with believing that he can accomplish what he wants. He constantly doubts himself and is always tired of seeing himself. He doesn't really like himself, as a short way to say it.

Gaster finally decides to get up and do some work. He's been super busy and stressed over the few months we didn't see him with a super special project you'll see in the next few pages. And yeah, he wears just about the same thing everyday :"D.

I don't really have much else to say about Gaster's perspective, but at this time Asgore has already collected a couple human souls, and Gaster is getting desperate. He's glad things are going according to his plans though.

Gaster is about to do a bAD. Or maybe it's good? What he's looking at there is a photo of the royal family. So Asgore, Toriel, Asriel, and Chara. Gaster was also in the picture because he was so close to the Dreemurr family.

He honestly doesn't care that much about his own personal health. He wants to help others and do good for the world, and is willing to do almost anything to do just that.

I think this is a good time to drop in some info on my version of Gaster. He is VERY shy and has troubles with anxiety, especially when he messes up projects or doesn't do as good as he wanted to.

He doesn't talk to people very often and likes to spend a lot of time by himself. The only person he feels comfortable talking to is Asgore. So when Alphys comes in, they don't really have the best relationship. Them both being extremely awkward and all.

I'll add some more stuff next post if I remember. ANd still working on the anniversary comic.
