La Asamblea Nacional de Nicaragua aprobó una reforma legislativa para que las Organizaciones Sin Fines de Lucro (OSFL), pasen del control del Ministerio de Fomento, Industria y Comercio (Mific), y del Conaderfi, al del Ministerio de Gobernación (Migob), lo que incluye poder cerrarlas sin tener que pasar por el Parlamento.

Parent involvement of child education

 In my opinion there are two side effects of parents involvement of child education it can be good and bad. Because some parents over supported there child, it can help to have good grades if the child cooperate with. And bad effects of parents involvement is the family relationships toward the children or its family it self.

 The good parents help there child to achieve what they want in the future, they provide all the needed of the child. Even its a material that they can't afford to buy. They educated all the good values in life they help you to become a good person in the future. Its very helpful to the child if the parents support there children education and behavior and to guide them to became a good person. But there are some parents abuse there children to do work because of poverty. Some children stop there education and and to help there parents work. Some child experience stress because of parents problems and it can effect the child

 It depends on the parents if they want there children to became a successfull person in the future, they need to show them how important the education. And to the children you must be to cooperate to your parents.

Sobre la postura de algunos sectores estudiantiles.

El asunto de la moral. Recientemente, el rapero Místico le escribió un tweet a Max Jérez, llamándole “Doble Moral”; al cual Jérez le respondió que “para hablar de Moral habría que tener una”; asimismo, de forma irónica, le dijo que le enviaba un saludo hasta U.S.A.

Místico de nombre Luis Salege se exilió en EUA, después de estar 11 meses preso, por ser opositor a la dictadura de los OrMu.  Místico acusa a Jerez de una doble moral, debido a que el actuar de Jerez, no está enfocado en hacer que prevalezcan las demandas estudiantiles, tales como el respeto a la Autonomía Universitaria; sino, que su actuar es el de un político tradicional, buscando ser partícipe de un pacto con la dictadura, con el fin de recibir ciertas concesiones. Beneficios meramente personales.

Los dirigentes de organizaciones estudiantiles tales como AUN, han visto como un sacramento, las palabras que en una ocasión les dijo Silvio Baez: “Ustedes son la reserva moral…”; y por ello, han creído que no tiene porque escuchar a otros estudiantes, que no fueron seleccionados por la Conferencia Episcopal para estar presentes en el diálogo y los cuales tan poco se han formado como cuadros políticos dentro del INCAE.

Respecto a la moral, puede decirse que es algo que debe estar vinculado al actuar político. El fin de un dirigente político debe ser luchar por el bien común; dejarse de ver como el centro de todo. Dejar de lado todo interés personal en aras del bienestar común, que es el fin de la dictadura y el fin del modelo que ha sostenido la dictadura.

Y partiendo de esa simple conceptualización, podríamos preguntarnos si el actuar  de Max Jerez y de una organización como AUN es un actuar moral; cuando como dirigentes estudiantiles van pactando con los sectores de la política tradicional, e incrustandose en ese círculo de políticos ensuciados por la corrupción y los cuales ha pactado con la dictadura. Los líderes estudiantiles de AUN, pasaron de de ser llamados la reserva moral del país, a hacer lobbys en Washington, a reunirse con el PLC de Arnoldo Alemán, y hoy a suscribir un programa de CxL, Cosep y Arturo Cruz, el cual tiene como fin el continuismo del modelo dialogo y consenso que mantuvo/mantiene a la dictadura de OrMu.

Dentro de los motivos del proyecto de ley de la Autonomía Universitaria, en los cuales como redactores se encontraban Mariano Fiallos Gil y Carlos Tünnermann Bernheim; se informó que la juventud universitaria de Nicaragua, estaba convencida de que el estudiante por definición debe estudiar, y por lo mismo encarar los problemas nacionales con conocimientos suficientes para no malgastar el tiempo en luchas y preocupaciones inútiles que hacen del estudiantado, por su inexperiencia, juguete de políticos inescrupulosos. Claro está de que como UNEN y CUUN son juguetes de  la dictadura, AUN es juguete de CXL, Arturo Cruz y Cosep.

Dicho esto, no significa que el estudiantado debe estar alejado de las situaciones políticas; todo lo contrario, los estudiantes siempre se encuentran en puestos de vanguardia en las luchas revolucionarias por la liberación de países inmersos en dictaduras, y por alcanzar una democracia (obrera/proletaria). Los estudiantes ven de manera más clara las causas que engendran la injusticia, y esto es por el alcance que tienen a centros de pensamiento como las universidades, lo cual les permite adquirir una autenticidad; y, ¿qué sería el ser auténtico en el aspecto político? 

Ser auténtico políticamente es ir a una investigación profunda sobre las ideas políticas con las que simpatizo. Los políticos tradicionales no tiene ni la menor idea de las ideologías que profesan su partido, partidos como CxL, PLC, no son auténticamente liberales, se han enfocado en ser pactistas únicamente, con el fin de recibir concesiones; otro caso, podría ser la falta de autenticidad, en los sectores supuestamente de izquierda como MRS/Unamos o AMS, perteneciendo a un bloque político sin ideología, el cual violenta las demanda de la izquierda, pero, permanecen ahí, todo con el fin de recibir ciertas concesiones.   

El dirigente estudiantil Lesther Aleman nacido del RINDANSE; pasó de querer seguir los pasos de Carlos Fonseca Amador, a seguir los pasos de Arturo Cruz y terminar suscribiendo un programa de derecha. 

Retornando al asunto de la moral, claramente se ve que no hay una moral revolucionaria, y que el actuar de sectores estudiantiles como AUN tiene que ver más que todo en asuntos con el fin de obtener beneficios personales, producto del oficio más lucrativo en Nicaragua: La Política Tradicional.

The meeting that was attended by 23 presidents of business organizations of CEIB-OIE and SEGIB and by the Ibero-American Secretary General, Rebeca Grynspan; the Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, Reyes Maroto; the president of the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE), Antonio Garamendi; the president of the International Organization of Employers (OIE), Erol Kiresepi, and the president of the Council of Ibero-American Entrepreneurs (CEIB) and of the Andorran Business Confederation (CEA), Gerard Cadena and aimed to strengthen and support the business fabric of Latin America and listen to their vision of the new challenges that the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) has presented.

It was the first meeting - and the highest level - held by Ibero-American authorities and business organizations since the start of the crisis. During the meeting, the presidents analyzed the priorities of the companies to emerge stronger after the crisis and the role that their organizations are fulfilling in the common objective of reinforcing and promoting Ibero-America, especially in these difficult times.

The leaders agreed that it is time to join forces and undertake a crusade for investment promoted from the highest level to get out of the crisis.

During his intervention, the King stressed that “we need a more united Ibero-America, with greater ambition; an Ibero-America much more aware of its links and opportunities as one of the great regions of the future, which is grounded and sustained by factors as evident as our human capital - the most educated generations in our history - and advantages such as its natural resources; but, above all, for a shared culture and a fundamental element that unites us: our great related languages, Spanish and Portuguese ”.

Don Felipe reminded the attendees that due to the common past and present, the cultural and economic relations of the Region are and will always be very strong, and "now I add that they should be even more so in situations of extreme difficulty such as the one we are currently experiencing, due to to this global pandemic ”and added that as the evolution of this health crisis and the spread of the virus is not parallel in time in our countries,“ I believe that the experience accumulated by our institutions and professionals in recent months can be useful to you. As a brother country, we are at your disposal to collaborate in these complex and painful moments ”.

Before finishing his intervention, HM the King stressed the importance of continuing to work for the continuity of all this great work and its empowerment, as well as for the defense of an open economy, in which exchanges allow all agents to benefit from international specialization and global value chains. And in this way, employers will continue to carry out fundamental work for the benefit of society as a whole, creating wealth and generating jobs in all of our countries”.

For her part, the Ibero-American Secretary General, Rebeca Grynspan, highlighted the importance of "committed leadership and social dialogue" in these difficult times and called for "a new social pact that will serve not only to get out of this crisis, but also to enter a more promising, just and resilient future.”

During his speech, Antonio Garamendi, President of the CEOE, thanked HM the King for his presence at the meeting: “It shows the strong support for the strategic relationship between our countries and their companies, always helping to build bridges between the economies and cultures”.

In turn, the President of the OIE, Erol Kiresepi, highlighted that “opportunities have emerged for digitization, innovation, for investments in research, science and technology, for productive linkages and access to new markets”. Finally, the president of the CEA, Gerard Cadena, assured that “cooperation, open innovation and the entire multilateral architecture must be reinforced; in other words, Latin America must come out reinforced”.

Magic Words (breaking a spell) 

I highly recommend this documentary to understand what was happening in Nicaragua before April 2018. Political Violence is not new. 

In 2006, the Sandinista Front for National Liberation (FSLN) lead by Ortega rose to power through an alliance with the corrupt leaders of the liberal parties, the hierarchy of the churches and the entrepreneurial bourgeoisie. Ortega began to destroy the government apparatus, destroying the democratic institutionality and creating a system that supports him as a figure and the dynasty of Ortega-Murillo. This is how he consolidated the power around his figure (which is spread to his family).

A capitalist economic model was established, which obeys the guidelines of the IMF, allied with foreign capitol, big transnationals, the national private sector (COSEP, which does not represent the small businesses), free zone enterprises. So there was an economic growth, but within a neoliberal model.

The social programs impulsed with the funds from the Venezuelan cooperation such as Zero Hunger, Zero Usury, Productive Bonus, housing improvement plans, school lunch, etc. only served to patch the real causes of the problems, without dealing with the structural poverty. These programs fed a patronage and assistentialism structure. They established like never before a socioeconomic regime in which the poor are doomed to seek for a life chance in informal, precarious jobs, working on their own or for miserable salaries during long working times, forced to emigrate to other countries in search for a job and to get precarious retirement pensions. This is a social inequity regime, with an increasing process of welfare concentration in small groups of people.

Ortega also changed the constitution into allowing him to stay in power and committed electoral fraud to achieve that, which was an easy task for his party because they have absolute control of the supreme court and the electoral council.

That’s how we got to the point of having an administration characterized by corruption, a normalized illegality and a government that functions around the entrepreneurial project of the ruling couple, but which has been sold under the slogans of a “Christian, socialist, and solidary” Nicaragua, and a “blessed, prospered and victorious” Nicaragua. A leftist speech was maintained through an anti-imperialistic language that clearly reflects the rupture between what’s real and what’s official.

Also, the Ortega-Murillo administration took control over popular political and civil organizations and created various tentacles from which they could control the people. Instances of auto-critic within the party were continuously eliminated, movements and organization that represented an opposition or alternative to the official narrative were dismantled, room for opinion was closed and repression towards protests and other ways of manifesting discomfort slowly became normalized.

Ortega took control over the party, the police and the army, as well as the threats that the media daring to denounce the country’s situation had already received all guaranteed that almost nobody protested against them for many years and that barely nothing was ever mentioned in the exterior about it.

La richiesta, secondo quanto emerge già dal titolo dell’articolo, è che i richiedenti asilo vorrebbero avere l’abbonamento a Sky. La richiesta sarebbe arrivata da una quindicina di richiedenti asilo che lunedì si sono radunati davanti alla questura dove avrebbero presentato tre richieste: Sky per le partite di calcio, l’aria condizionata e le carte d’identità. Richieste che sarebbero quindi state rifiutate dalla questura. Secondo quanto riporta il Corriere della Sera, però, questo incontro c’è effettivamente stato ma i temi discussi sono stati ben altri e nulla di tutto ciò sarebbe fondato. Smentisce anche la prefettura che tramite la cooperativa ha ricevuto le richieste dei richiedenti asilo. E in questa lista non risultano esserci né l’abbonamento a Sky né l’aria condizionata. Al contrario, i richiedenti asilo avrebbero effettivamente chiesto le carte d’identità. Per il resto si è discusso delle problematiche generiche legate al cibo, oltre che delle richieste di residenza. (...) "Siccome non ho un cazzo da fare, dopo aver letto questa notizia ho chiamato la Questura di Vicenza per avere informazioni sulla vicenda presentandomi come giornalista. Il responsabile comunicazione della Questura mi ha fatto sapere che il Questore non è a conoscenza delle istanze dei richiedenti asilo durante la manifestazione dell'altro giorno consigliando di rivolgermi alla Prefettura E così ho fatto. La Prefettura di Vicenza mi ha detto che le richieste rappresentate dai richiedenti asilo tramite la Cooperativa sono relative alle iscrizioni anagrafiche, ovvero ai certificati di residenza. E che a loro non risulta nessuna richiesta in merito ad abbonamento Sky: 'Lo abbiamo letto sul giornale anche noi' dice il vicecapogabinetto che si è occupato della questione. Allora ho pensato di sentire il collega del Giornale di Vicenza che ha scritto l'articolo, il quale mi ha detto di avere una sua fonte che non può rivelare. Alla domanda se si fosse premurato di sentire anche i protagonisti della vicenda (I richiedenti asilo) mi ha detto che non c'è stato tempo." fanpage

El anuncio hecho por el presidente del Cosep de que la central eléctrica que la estadounidense New Fortress Energy (NFE) construye en Puerto Sandino, comenzará a operar hasta abril de 2023, generó dudas sobre la viabilidad económica (pero también técnica y político) de la obra proyectada para generar hasta 300 MW, quemando gas natural licuado (GNL).

En febrero de 2020, Salvador Mansell, titular del Ministerio de Energía y Minas, y Wes Edens, cofundador y codirector de NFE, anunciaron que Disnorte y Dissur habían firmado un contrato de venta de potencia firme y energía asociada (conocido en la industria como Power Purchase Agreement, o PPA) de 25 años de duración, con planes para que comenzara a trabajar en el segundo semestre de 2021.
