#cr 3 ep 92
Text
I love bells hells and I may have said this already but it is SO NICE to have someone whose not completely anti/indifferent to the gods here and there perspective.
This campaign that’s very god centered has had ONE character that’s not a guest be a cleric and focused on a group of people who are all connected to the god in the time where the GODS ARE IN DANGER AND PULLING ALL THERE PUNCHES is so nice tbh.
Like I love the Hell’s but man is it nice to get a different perspective on this.

CR3 92 -- A list. Spoilers? I guess.
So I normally watch the first hour or so of CR and then go to bed, because time zone and work in the morning, but of course, I had to watch ALL of it last week and by the end, I was so sleepy that I vowed to rewatch it on Friday. Then my dog got into a fight with a raccoon, and we ended up at the emergency vet at 2am (he's fine now). I realized I hadn't finished watching Kymal, so I had to go watch that, and I didn't get back to rewatching the ep until yesterday/today.
1. The growth of Aimee fucking Carrero as a player. Love it so much.
2. Aabria Iyengar is perfect. No notes needed.
3. It’s so fun to watch Matt be one part tactician 2 parts himbo.
4. Robbie is absolutely coming back to the main table. He said Dorian feels like he needs a purpose, but he’s the only Crownkeeper who isn’t favored by a god.
5. Betrayed God Champion one shot. Go go. They could be Exandria's Suicide Squad.
6. I need someone, not me, I've got shit to do, to chart out the timelines for the last IDK two months game time?
7. WHAT IF BH GOES TO AEOR AND POPS A BUBBLE AND THAT IS SAM'S NEW CHARACTER????? That's just a thought I had.
8. M9 one shot in Aeor please or just have half the table play M9 and half the table play BH. I want Caleb and Beau involved in taking down Luddy.
9. Alternately, BH could go meet HotBoi!Essek.
10. ALSO WHAT IS THIS LUXEN BULLSHIT THAT YOU JUST DROPPED AABRIA? Please elaborate.
11. Did Opal's mom know Vex and Vax?
12. Is Opal Ruidus born?
13. Are all of the PCs on the excult/exfundie side of Tiktok or what?
14. How many cults are we up to now? We've got the 420 Hive Mind in Bassuras, Ruidian stuff, Assholes who thought it would be a good idea to put a piece of a primordial entity into a child, and now Third Secret Option Luxon.
15. Ash, Imogene, and Opal need to form the "Children of Deadbeat Parents who went and got involved in a cult and caused their children a lot of heartache" support group.
I love me some comic horror, but is it next Thursday yet?

look we all have thoughts and dreams about critrole c3 but the biggest and most important is: what will sam drink out of in this campaign!!!!
the dream: he plays a large creature and he drinks out of shot glasses

one little thing from this ep of critrole that was unbearably cute was team happy speedrun looking at the books and going "for caleb?!? we bring books for caleb!! "
big golden retriever energy from them all, they just wanted to bring gifts to their wizard! they were all so cute about it.
yasha wasn't even questioning her urge to book grab, beau was like oh, ok yeah and fjord was like of course we want to bring books to caleb but we have to be careful!!
they just really love each other. its so good.

Done! I started Vox Machina on February 15th 2021, and just finished the last ep of the Mighty Nein (October 5th, 2021).
Truly one of the best decisions I made was to start watching this show of some nerdy ass voice actors playing dnd! I can only recommend! (Even if you don't feel like barreling through it like i did). This whole thing just exudes love and friendship
Can't wait for what's to come
In the meantime, on to the one shots 😅

There is a lot going in the tag, there is a lot going on in my mind.
And I think if I am to organize it and face the aspects I have to settle with, I have to acknolwedge the good and the beautiful, to say thank you.
Because I have quite a few reasons to do that.
My first real engagement with CR was when ep 28 aired, almost 3 years ago, the way people spoke of Caducues made me curious enough to skim around the episode and it remained on my periphery, coming more in focus from episodes 92-97+ and truly more so only within the last arc.
And even so, and perhaps because of that, Critical Role has brought much change into my life.
I’ve had the amazing chance to watch these people and these characters grow and change so much, I’ve learned so much about storytelling and about myself - what stories I would like to tell and how to do so, what irritates me and what makes my heart flourish.
I have learned to explore my creativity and how I engage with canon and headcanons in a way that I had never done before.
I now know how it is to fall in love with bunch of chaotic bunch in under 4 hours, enough that they live on in my heart more than most movie characters ever will.
I’ve grown in the ways I interact with fandom and energy around certain media - I am still definitely learning, but nonetheless I know myself and how to redirect and deal with things better.
I’ve found new connections and deepened older ones through this, spent sleepless nights to watch it live with friends. The tension, the joy and sometimes the tears.
I’ve refound my love for D&D and somehow, even had a chance to play some and DM some, despite all the odds and emotional hurdles. I’ve had the chance to watch these friends take care of each other, in story and outside, the ways how to be empathic and helpful as storyteller and friend both, without losing sight of one of the other.
And all of it has been and will remain important to me. For that, thank you, cast of Critical Role. Always.

United States v. Arroyo, No. EP-6-CR-479-PRM-1, 2020 WL 3512964 (WD Tex. June 24, 2020)
As I have mentioned repeatedly, some rulings do not appear on Westlaw right away and others do not show up at all.  Indeed, this BOP page on the FIRST STEP Act has updated its reporting of total grants of "Compassionate Releases / Reduction in Sentences," and it now reports 774 grants when last week the page reported 706 grants.  These data continue to confirm my sense that less than half of all the granted motions end up on Westlaw.
One final note: though there surely are lots of fascinating stories within all these grants, I was especially intrigued to see the name  David Kent Fitch as a grant recipient.  That name is familiar to me because I previously blogged about Mr. Fitch's case when he was sentenced to an extra 15+ years of federal imprisonment after a district judge decided at sentencing that he committed a murder for which was never charged. (The details are discussed in these prior posts: Punished (twice?!?) for an uncharged murder in federal court and Split Ninth Circuit affirms huge upward departure based on uncharged murder.)
Some of many prior recent related posts on CR grants:
Pleased to see growing number of COVID-influenced grants of sentence reductions using 3582(c)(1)(A)
Still more COVID-influenced grants of sentence reductions using 3582(c)(1)(A), with waivers of exhaustion/waiting period
Additional COVID-influenced grants of federal sentence reductions using 3582(c)(1)(A)
Another round of recent COVID-influenced grants of federal sentence reductions using 3582(c)(1)(A)
A dozen new grants of federal sentence reductions using § 3582(c)(1)(A), including another based on stacking/disparity/trial penalty concerns
Still more of the ever-growing number of COVID-influenced federal sentence reductions using 3582(c)(1)(A)
Another robust week for COVID-influenced federal sentence reductions using 3582(c)(1)(A)
With lots more new grants, time for another timely review of the latest COVID-influenced federal sentence reductions using § 3582(c)(1)(A)
A big list for a whole week's worth of COVID-influenced federal sentence reductions using § 3582(c)(1)(A)
Despite a short work week, still another long list of new COVID-influenced federal sentence reductions using § 3582(c)(1)(A)
Another week with lots of federal sentence reductions from judges using § 3582(c)(1)(A) ... dare I wonder about the racial breakdown?
So many more federal sentence reductions using § 3582(c)(1)(A) to report before week concludes
Though only mid-week, another long list of new COVID-influenced federal sentence reductions using § 3582(c)(1)(A)
Time for another long list of (mostly COVID-influenced) federal sentence reductions using § 3582(c)(1)(A)
