#latepost This pic was taken last January 29, 2020 which was Craig's 8th Birthday. I brought him with at work so that we can have his bday breakfast at McDonald's Kauswagan across Save More Kauswagan. This mural simply echoes my heartfelt wish for my boy. I WANT TO GROW, BE STRONG, AND MAKE MY WORLD HAPPY. Well, he definitely made our world as parents really happy and content. He may have been diagnosed with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder Level 2 but highly independent). Even after all the worries we had on ASD, he has grown into a responsible and highly independent kid at that albeit some occasional tantrums if we force him to do something he's uncomfortable with. P. S. For parents who have kids with ASD, never despair cz Life never stops for anyone. Life moves on and we have to as well. Never hold back your kid's potential. It may be challenging at times but i never backed down from such trials. I see it as an opportunity to breakthrough and succeed in molding my child to the one we have hoped and prayed for. I know we are sensitive to the idea of having a special child but i simply tell myself that he is a kid with special needs. And those needs are tender love, care and most of all understanding. I am now confident and have gained some trust in my son's ability assimilate to the crowd. He isn't scared to venture out in this world. I thank the Lord for gift of Life and Love that he has blessed in the person of Craig Angelo B. Lustre. Yup his second name is angelic. He has been a guardian angel to our family. I am truly proud and happy to be his father and friend as well. P. P. S. This branch of McDonald's has already closed last February.
