Au that takes place around 10 years after the events in reborn. I have refs of their design but my style is outdated so I have to redo it.

I'm not sure if I want to change the name, but her name is Cressilda.

Some ramblings about my 10 years in the future/Cressilda au (Passionflameshipping/kurocal au)

I have not proof read any of this so if there are like, idk, errors, rip

This is stuff that happened within the span of 10 years, it's a long post so I'll put it under read more!:

Kuro is the champion (obviously)

Cal still does humanitarian work much like in the champion Shelly future, but not as often as he has other stuff in the region to do too. He is co-sensei for Apophyll Academy and has once again become the fire type gym leader, his gym resides on top of Pyrous Mountain. If he ever has to leave the region of humanitarian work he has Bennett or Charlotte take over.

Cal and Kuro got engaged and married 5 years after the events of postgame

Cressilda (their child) was conceived/born 9 years into their relationship (might change some details about this).

Blake has adopted a child named Mika while in Johto for business, no one knows if he legally adopted him or if he kidnapped him. No one asks any questions. He is the director of the Lapis Ward's orphanage and has regained his position as the ice type leader. He uses the Orphanage as his gym, but has had a special field installed that can change into whatever field is selected, he also uses this for the kids there so they can learn battling. If he ever has to leave the region for any overseas adoption business Lumi or Charlotte takes over the gym for him. Saphira or Heather take over his position as director in his absence.

Kuro's E4 now consists of Heather, Noel (Anna takes over in his absence whenever he goes overseas for art related business), Eve + Zero and Charlotte. (Info on their teams and fields will be brought up later in the post.)

Elias owns a bar now and hangs out with Luna a lot more, Bennett and Laura have retired and live the same life as in the Champion Shelly future.

Anna is now the Psychic gym leader and Taka (Zekrom route) has become the normal type which was supposed to be temporary but he seemed to enjoy it and performed really well.

Ace is the reserve Psychic leader and Lumi is the reserve ice leader.

Taka, Elias, Luna and Ace preserve a lot of Reborn's history.

Kuro and Cal have a house (or mansion I guess) build in route 1 which has a dome as well as a portal to the new world where all of their pokemon can walk around freely.

Lin lived with Terra's parents again for a little while, but eventually moved into Onyx's school dorms as she became a student there. After graduating she moved to Agate City so she'd be close to Terra.

Both Noel and Anna live with Radomus, Luna has an apartment of her own but often sleeps over at Radomus's, Serra's and Elias's places.

Taka and Ace live together in Obsidia ward, Lumi travels the world often but lives with Eve in Ametrine. Zero moved in with them.

Charlotte has turned her old gym into a place to live (while still holding the battle field there) and has an apartment in Spinel Town so she lives close with Laura still. Saphira lives in Labradorra and Laura lives in the Belrose mansion with Bennett (They're married.)

Most other things are the same as the Champion Shelly future.

Kuro's E4 info:

Heather's trainer class, pokemon and field stays the same as currently, she is still the first person you fight.

Originally when Laura and Bennett mentioned wanting to retire Kuro knew he wanted Charlotte and Lumi on the team. Lumi insisted that she'd be unable too and prefer her role as a reserve leader since she traveled a lot as Blake seemed to have little to no intention to let his role go this time.

She insisted he'd take either Eve and Zero. Zero's battling has become greater after the events of post game and he enjoyed battling much more and Eve is a very close friend to Kuro, so he considered and after a few test battles he decided they should work together which they gladly agreed to.

They are either the second or third people you face in battle. (haven't decided yet)

Elias was the one who asked Noel to take over his position when he retired after seeing how close Noel and Kuro had become, Kuro had become Noel's training partner and saw how well the boy had improved battling. Noel becoming an E4 member allowed him to be close to one of his best friends (and older brother figure) so he accepted after some encouragement from both Anna and Radomus.

Made with Lava and Ice from Ametrine's core. Cal and Blake helped her create this field.

Core field:

Special Fire moves now have a 10% to freeze and Special Ice moves now have a 10% to burn.

Both Ice and Fire type moves are boosted by 2x

Water moves are decreased by 0.5x

Grass moves are decreased by 0.5x

Special poison and special flying moves are boosted by 1.5x and do additional fire damage

Dig takes an extra turn to hit.

Moves that are increased by 1.5x

Scald, Steam eruption

If Eruption is used all pokemon on the field are receive a small edition unless the pokemon has Flash Fire or Magma Armor)

Aurora veil is enabled

Pokemon with Ice body and Magma armor get a 1.5x boost in defense

Nature power becomes Heat Wave

Camouflage makes the user Ice Type

Secret Power may burn or freeze.

Elemental seed boosts Special Defense, Defense and Speed by 1 stage.

At first she took the position as ice leader when Serra retired after wanting to focus on modeling again. However not long after Bennett wanted to retire too, and Kuro asked her to join. She said she didn't mind, but had no idea how to mix her now two typings together.

At some points Cal explained to her that when Blake had him come along to inspect something weird that happened in Ametrine's core a while after the events from the Heatran class that the field helped out both Fire and Ice types without the two of them clashing.

She had the two of them go with her to try it out and they helped her when she decided she wanted this for her field. She then also insisted that they become the new Fire and Ice leader, they were given little room to protest.

Anna uses the same field as her dad, although her team and strategy is slightly different.

Taka I'm still unsure of how his team works. He uses his Chatot and Komoala though. I might go for Holy Field and since the Sanctum is still around in Zekrom route I might place his gym there?

Anna's trainer class is still the same, Taka's and Ace's I'm unsure of still, Cal is still Reborn and Blake will become Orphanage Director probably. He switches his field from Snowy Mountain Field to Icy Field to keep trainers on their toes.

When it's Shade's turn to babysit Cressilda he sometimes secretly teleports her to everyone of their friends places and while invisible just floats her around wherever the others are to give them a heart attack because WHY ARE CAL AND KURO'S BABY FLOATING MID AIR OH GOD OH FUCK

At the end of their date Kuro and Cal come home to all their friends at their house panicking because not only can't they find Cressilda, when they do she's floating around the place and then teleports away.

Then Shade appears with a :) on his face and hands Cressilda to her dads who thank him.

Cressilda had a great time.

Black leggings kinda like Victoria’s pants and white shoes similar to Blake’s.

Cal is very soft and loving, he wants her to have the childhood he didn’t have. Kuro is the fun dad, he isn’t irresponsible but allows stuff that he probably shouldn’t.

Kuro enjoys carrying her on his shoulders while Cal prefers to hold her in his arms.

Blake is her favorite uncle. (Technically her only uncle, but she has a lot of found family)

Cal: Can I have my daughter back?

Blake, holding her close: No <3

Victoria is her favorite aunt.

Shelly, Heather, Noel, Anna and Lin are like her older siblings.

Blake, Heather, Elias, Taka, Ace, Victoria and Laura spoil her to death.

Fern claims he is not attached to her and hates babysitting her but if he thinks you even look at her funny he will kick your ass. He is not a good babysitter though he is quite bad with babies.

Fern and Blake constantly fight over who is her favorite uncle. They give Cal a migraine every time.

When it's Hardy's turn to babysit he'll play a lot of music for her trying to turn her into a little rocker.

Kuro: You three are in charge of looking after her, can you handle it?

Heatner, Lin and Anna: Yessir!

Cal: You two are actually in charge.

Shelly and Noel: Of course.

When it's Saphira's turn to babysit she almost never lets Cressilda leave her side. She always holds her and if she isn't holding her she is keeping a close eye on her.

Serra, holding a sleeping Cressilda: So when can I expect grandchildren?

Bennett: MOTHER-

When it's the circus trio's turn to babysit:

Cal, uncomfortably close to Ciel and Samson, a blank expression but radiating a VERY dangerous aura: Under NO circumstances is Terra allowed alone with Cressilda. She's not even allowed to hold her if one of you isn't standing right next to her, understood?

Ciel and Samson: Y-Yes sir.

In the end Alistasia is the one that loses the baby.

Interview with Gardevoir:

Gardevoir: Ma'am, are you aware that you are tiny?

Cressilda: Ga.

Gardevoir: Remarkable.

Elias is so gentle with her… Holds her close, tells her all kinds of stories…

Taka and Ace are the go to babysitters. They will often just offer themselves up so Cal and Kuro can have date nights, ect. They are like a second pair of parents.

Cal’s Magmotar and Medicham are Cressilda's favorite Pokemon. Kuro’s Arceus is also a babysitter in a way.

She once rode around reborn on it, Kuro allowed it while Cal almost had a heart attack after he found out.

Aqua/Magma gang are fun uncles to hang around with, but Kuro makes sure he’s always around and does not leave them alone with the baby.

Shade, surprisingly good babysitter. They don't know what he does but she's always very happy and healthy.

Julia is also not allowed alone with Cressilda. Florinia is a bit awkward and not the best with babies but if ever necessary will gladly look after her.

Thinking of when she’s older she might have a preference for using bunny pokemon. Probably has either a Meditite or Magby as well and an Eevee gifted to her by Kuro.

She’s a very calm child, unfortunately she can cause quite the chaos as she has disappeared on her babysitters on multiple occasions only to return when her parents come to pick her up. Only Saphira and Shade have not experienced it.

Adrienn is usually never picked to be a babysitter because xe is always busy and Cal and Kuro don’t want to bother xem with the troubles of babysitting, but they do invite xem over/visit xem a lot so xe can play with the baby and bond with her!

Arclight is a very laid back and cool uncle. Usually just takes her to a playground and other fun places all day and then plays music for her until she falls asleep. He also has a lot of conversations with her. She cannot speak because she is a baby but it’s good to talk to babies.

Sandy is not allowed alone with the baby either.

Cal often visits Kiki’s grave with Cressilda. Telling Cressilda about Kiki and telling Kiki about Cressilda, even if she isn’t here anymore her legacy lives on.

Fern and Hardy had attempted something fun but dangerous with Cressilda and both hadn’t been seen for a few weeks. They refused to speak about what happened.

Cain and Aya make sure to babysit together. If something happens they don’t have to face the wrath of the dads together.

You’d think two dads means twice the dad jokes? WRONG. My STUPID little brother does not have a single funny bone in him so I’M forced to make the dad jokes for her. -Blake, to someone while Cal is standing right next to him.

Hardy, turns to look at Cressilda: You're gonna have a safe and fun time with uncle Hardy, ay?

Hardy: Yeah yeah, come on you have places to be!

Cal: Alright... (He kisses his baby goodbye) Thanks Hardy, see you later.

Hardy: No problem man!

Random Facts about Cressilda maybe <3

Baby time!!

-Doesn't cry too often for a baby, but when she does she cries for a long long time.

At first her dads were worried that something was wrong because she didn't cry at all since she was born until she finally did.

Sometimes they don't get to sleep because she'll be crying all night and they have to take care of her until she's calm.

-I think I said this before, but when she gets older I can see her really being into bunny pokemon and using them a lot. Especially Azumarill

-When growing up she does enjoy reading and learning, but is more of an physical activity kinda gal.

-Hates bitter food, but loves sour food.

-When she's slightly older (Not a toddler, more like a 5 or 6 year old) and she gets angry/upset she'll hide under a table or bed until she feels better. This can last from 5 minutes to 2 hours.

Her dad or whoever is babysitting her will sometimes leave food if she'd hiding for a long time and tell her that if she needs something they'll be right there for her.

-Kuro and Cal don't force her to talk about her feelings if she doesn't want to, but do encourage it. She usually always does talk about her feelings.

-Loves her cousin (Mika/Blake's kid) a lot! She's younger than by a few years yet when they're older she'll be the more social and outgoing one of the two.

-Can't read maps to save her life (She shares this trait with her dad, Kuro)

-She loves d being carried. Although when she's older she can't really be carried anymore she does try and get piggyback rides from people.

-Will use puppydog eyes to get what she wants.
