i bagged on mid-20s sayin they felt old and doubledumbass on me for it -

hey as a self-identifying Old Person who's sometimes pooh-poohed mid-20-somethings when they're like "I'm getting so old!", I was just thinkign of something and I wantd to share a hardy "BACK OFF JACK" to that sentiment cuz one DOES get/feel old along the way (while yeah agreeing generally if "old" makes you feel like "IT'S TOO LATE TO [X] [Y] OR [Z]", That form of Old is something you should never have to sweat too much) --

i was just thinking about the time in the bus shelter when I was probably 27(?) and being awkward around a crush and building up to a kiss, and thinking "Hesus Friggin CrispyCreme, this teen shit is still part of me when I'm THIS old?!questionmark?" --

sure it is; your early teens IS a long way off in your mid-20s. (I mean being awkward and queer and stuff means a GOOD teens that you feel served you well may have been on the event horizon of a gravitational impossibility but that's another story). Feel ABSOTOOTLY FREE to feel old and funny at times - ride that motorcycle and pop wheelies on it (or ride them shoes and pop heelies, adjust as appropriate).

just don't swet too much the "TOO old" cuz Gob Willin and The Creek Don't Rise, there's plenty more comin.

I think I was possibly the only human on the planet to never have had a #crispycreme donut but after a #fail of a trip to #tacobell in #woking which daughter thought was open but wasn't yet, we ended up getting a free box of donuts☺️ Half of Woking seemed to have a box so I stopped someone to ask why and was pointed in the direction of a huge queue. I expected to see a shop but there wasn't one, just a lady with a trolley handing out the boxes. We were lucky to get one of the last ones! Currently enjoying with a cup of tea, so fresh tasting, "like something from the funfair" my daughter says☺️ After yesterday's cream tea perhaps a carrot stick is in order tomorrow! #donuts
