Thoughts on Ishan :
(and ict in general)
1. When he opted out of India's test squad before our series with S. Africa....I knew... I KNEW it will be a long time before we'll get to see him playing for India again.
And then few weeks later Rahul Dravid said in a press conference... He can come back... Just play domestic.... My heart sank.
Here's the thing, I don't blame him at all for taking a break due to mental fatigue.
I fully support his decision as well. He prioritised himself and that's good.
But my dude... If I was your friend, if I was there with you... I wouldn't have let you go.
I would have grabbed his trousers and refused to let go. This is team India. You take one step back and 10 other people are standing right behind you ready to take your place.
Shubhman gill was hyped up so much... Remember his 126 in 63 balls against New Zealand?
But he faltered.
And Today he's in reserve.
Jaiswal is going to be our new opener in all 3 formats very soon. And there's nothing wrong with that. The guy earned it.
Ishan left the South Africa Series and a month later during the india Vs England test Series Jurel was picked and he did an excellent job.
Now imagine... Imagine if Ishan was there instead... If ishan had scored those 90 runs.....he would have made his place permanent.
I'll repeat myself.... I don't blame him for leaving... But he should have thought this through. Especially when a guy like Rahul Dravid is your coach.
(he's the same guy who gave declaration during a test match when Sachin Tendulkar was about to score a century. He's not as innocent as he looks.)
Another thing which really hurts me is how so many people complain about him being benched and then dropped but Yaar....there are tons of players who have gone through this.
Even Ashwin was benched. He said in an interview that when his team would win he wouldn't even feel like going in the ground to congratulate them coz of how hurt he felt.
It happens.
.
.
.
Anyways My overall opinion on this drama is :
1. I support him for leaving.
2. But I hate that he left.
3. A block of ice would be a better coach than Rahul Dravid.
Anyways... Jo hogaya so hogaya.
What I want now is for him to focus on his future.
And He can start by leaving Mumbai Indians.
MI was the team who would pick young players, groom and invest in them and make them capable enough for team India.
The MI we have seen this year is no longer that team. It doesn't matter how many reels their insta page puts out, the atmosphere of that team is tense, awkward and a hot mess.
If Mumbai really cared about a future captain as they claimed.... They should have made Ishan their new captain...like how csk and gt did with ruturaj and gill.
But oh well.
Right now... The best he can do is keep himself fit, play domestic and leave MI at THE EARLIEST.
That team, it's atmosphere, the mismanagement and inner conflicts (believe me, they exist) will not help him at all.
Imo, he doesn't need a team to grow. He has developed a good skill set. What he needs now is a stage.
A team like Kkr, RR or Gt will be great for that because these teams don't drop Their players after 1 or 2 matches... Have good coaches, stable environment and a good atmosphere overall.
Ishan is an excellent wicket keeper + batsman and the type of cricket he plays is best suited for t20 format (one day and test also but especially t20).
Whether we win or lose this t20 world cup... This one is the last one for our senior players.
After that, our youngsters will take charge (at least they should).
Yashasvi and Abhishek should be our openers.
Gill, rutu and Riyan would perfect be for middle order.
Ishan, with his explosive batting style, would be the perfect finisher.
Also... This dumb culture of batters not learning bowling (encouraged by this stupid impact rule) that has developed in the Indian team needs to STOP.
Look at Australia and New Zealand's t20 squad. Look at how many all rounders they have.
Look at ours. We won the 2007 cup because of all rounders as well.
Also... We cage our players. We hold them back. A player like Travis head is playing with such ferocity because his style and mindset is supported by his captain, his team and his media.
Meanwhile... If an Indian player attempts to do the same and doesn't make a big score in 2 -3 matches... He'll be benched instantly.
Another thing... If we look up the stats of our players in this year's t20 wc squad...
Except virat, Bumrah and maybe kuldeep ...everyone else is on ram bharose.
When players like n. reddy, ishan, rutu, gill, Riyan, natrajan... will be groomed and given enough opportunities....their aggressive style will be supported instead of criticized.... that's when we will win trophies.

Hun_groupchat talks
Alias the one, where Milos breaks Captain Domi's infamous skull necklace.
milos: i have to tell you something
ddibusz: I already don’t like this.
milos: :’(((
milos: but promise to not get mad
szancso: Oh, Lord, help us all!
milos: i may have, sort of, accidentally, broke the csk’s skull necklace
séfi: oh.
séfi: lol.
séfi: you are so dead.
séfi: like so dead.
sallai_roli: How did you even do that?
callumstyles: No, the question we should be asking is why did you even have that in the first place?
milos: Barni dared me to steal it
séfi: lmao
ddibusz: @vargabarna You are a grown man, why the hell are you playing dares to a kid?
vargabarna: it was supposed to be just a joke!!
vargabarna: then Milos dropped it
vargabarna: how was i supposed to know he would drop it??
ddibusz: Because you are the adult in the situation. You are supposed to be responsible! Mentoring him, guiding him, not daring him to steal his captain’s necklace!
adamartin: send picture. maybe we fix
milos: *picture sent*
sallai_roli: Yeah, there is no fixing that!
milos: fuckkk:(((
milos: now what
callumstyles: Pray?
ddibusz: Milos, It’s time to face the consequences of your actions. It will be alright, just be honest and say you sorry.
vargabarna: sorry? lol, good one, kid was laughing like a madman like 10 mins ago
milos: bc im literally stressed!!
séfi: i can take you casket shopping. we will find you a nice, comfortable one.
szancso: Stop freaking him out! He’s just a kid, he made a mistake, so what? We all make mistakes, it’s not that big of a deal. We just have to move on, you can't bottle up emotions like that, that will just put so much unnecessary stress on a young player, like Milos!
ddibusz: …
ddibusz: Is this still about the own goal against Serbia?
ddibusz: Because I am telling you, I am not mad. No one is.
willi: Ja, it’s okay. Told you.
szancso: Sigh, no, I was just talking some sense into Milos.
ddibusz: Sure. But still. It’s ok. We won anyway. Happens to the best of us.
willi: Ja.
szancso: Thanks guys. <3 You are the best.
ddibusz: <3
willi: <3
milos: uhmm sorry, can we get back to ME and how im literally going to DIE?!??!?!
sallai_roli: Just tell him. Say you sorry, that it was an accident. He’s not going to kill you.
kevinute: and if he does get angry and want to kill you, you can always just blame it all on @vargabarna
vargabarna: one day, bro, i will end you.
kevinute: yeah, like how you ended your career when you signed for fradi?
ddibusz: That was not nice.
séfi: no, but, it was fucking hilarious.
milos: ?!?!??!?!? im literally crying and throwing up, what do i do
sallai_roli: Tell. Him.
szancso: Just go speak to him. If it doesn’t work out you can always hide in my room. I’m taller than Dominik anyway.
milos: <3333333333333333333 szancso
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
captaindomi: who the fuck broke my necklace?!
séfi: xdddddddddddddddddd.
sallai_roli: He didn’t tell you?! But it has been hours!
captaindomi: who?! bro, i was on the phone, then had to do press, i just got back like 15 minutes ago, and saw my FAV necklace broken, like wtf?!
sallai_roli: Oh, fuck me.
callumstyles: fuck me, indeed.
sallai_roli: What?
callumstyles: what
captaindomi: so… who was it?
adamartin: the kid.
captaindomi: elaborate??
adamartin: young.
kevin_ute: i swear bro, its like you are trying to talk to a rock
vargabarna: why do you have to be such an asshole all the time??
kevin_ute: im not being an asshole, im being REAL, keep up old man.
ddibusz: He’s not even that old!
willi: Ja. Not old.
kevin_ute: well, he is older than ME
captaindomi: I DONT GIVE A SINGLE FUCK HOW OLD IS VARGA, WHO BROKE MY NECKLACE?!
baloghboti: Hello! Sorry to interrupt, I just wanted to say, that when Martin said “the kid” he didn’t mean me, because I didn’t do it. I swear, I was talking with Mr.Rossi about my time in Italy. You can ask him.
captaindomi: I know that it wasn’t you, don’t worry! <3
baloghboti: Thanks kapi! <3
captaindomi: ok, so looks like nobody will tell me
captaindomi: so, i will have to summon the big guns.
captaindomi: @séfi, who was it?
séfi: why are you asking me, like you don’t already know it lol.
séfi: we all know who “the kid” is. obviously, the youngest one in the squad. go take a guess who that is.anyway.
milos: snitch:’(((((((((((
captaindomi: MILOS
callumstyles: Wow, he did actually snitch.
sallai_roli: It’s not actually snitching, because Domi summoned him and Séfi has a free pass.
callumstlyes: What, why?
adamartin: Neuer
kevin_ute: seriously, we all are just going to pretend that Ádám does not communicate like a caveman?
vargabarna: yeah, just like we all pretend you are not a little bitch
ddibusz: Enough!
gula: Who’s yelling in the corridor? It’s nearly eleven in the night, some of us are trying to sleep!
adammartin: the kid
gula: Why?
adammartin: fight
gula: Ok, thanks.
kevin_ute: this is NOT normal

Yeah, I couldn't agree more. Only that they were hoping to pay to keep his fame when they didn't really want to use him? I don't get it at all honestly.
^^ Just saw you answer asks about the Yash vs Royals situation going on in the IPL, and came here to say actually RR were wicked smart with the timing of their snub to Yash. It does seem like Yash would want to leave after he was promised captaincy then denied it, but trust me, he won't. At least not this year. I'll explain why.
Okay, first of all, yes you're right that Yash is currently RR's only big-name player and going forward, he'd be their best crowd-puller and money-maker, so RR can't afford to offend him much. I don't think RR will tread on his toes any further either, the captaincy drama has upset him enough. But the timing of the snub is such that Yash can't really do much but grind his teeth and tolerate it at this point.
So the IPL works in the way that there's a mega auction every 3 years, during which every team is allowed to retain only a limited amount of players, the rest of the squad is dismantled and rebuilt through the players you buy in the auction. In the next three years, you're supposed to persist with the majority of your squad, there's a limit on the amount of players you can release. Mini auctions, which occur annually for 3 years after the mega auction, thus have smaller player pools, franchises have smaller purses, and overall less players are bought compared to the mega auction.
If Yashasvi left RR and went under the hammer during the 2025 mega auction, I have no doubt he would've won big there. But I'm not so sure about the mini auction. Sure, Yash is a great batsman, but he's an opener. Almost all the IPL teams have their opening combinations set. RCB just won the IPL, they're not going to change their batting order anytime soon, especially not when one of their openers is Kohli. GT struck gold with their opening trio of Sai, Shubman and Jos. The only teams who struggled with their opening combinations were KKR and CSK, so the most Yash can hope for is getting picked up by one of them in the upcoming mini auction.
There are a few teams whose number 3s did not perform great and they might be looking for replacements in the mini-auction, but I can't see Yash agreeing to bat at a position that's not his first choice.
But even if KKR and CSK express interest in buying him, he'd likely have to settle for lesser money than he is receiving at RR. Generally, players earn more when they put their names for the mega auction, because teams have bigger purses and more spots open then. During mini auctions, less teams are likely to be interested, and they don't have as big of a purse they had in the mega auction. So Yash would likely have to resign himself to a pay cut if he enters himself for the mini auction.
On top of that, Yash has captaincy ambitions, and for most franchises that is a dealbreaker because they're pretty set with their captains. Especially since Yash has no previous captaincy experience, at youth, domestic or franchise levels, an IPL team is very unlikely to offer him the captaincy. RCB won't sack their captain just after winning the IPL. Shub just led GT to the playoffs. PBKS and MI also reached the qualifiers under their respective captains. LSG aren't going to let Rishabh go despite his poor season, not after they paid millions for him. SRH would be silly to sack Cummins, an international captain. CSK have Ruturaj, DC just appointed a new captain in Axar, they won't sack him after just one season. KKR had a horrible season, but likely they'll persist with their captain, Rahane, since he was in good personal touch. Plus, Rahane and Jaiswal have beef, so even if KKR are in need of an opener, these two might not want to play alongside each other, especially under each other's captaincy.
Plus, Yash seems like he wants to be the sole star of whatever franchise he's in, so that narrows his prospects terribly, since almost all franchises already have their select star players around whom their marketing campaigns revolve. Yash would have to content himself with being in their shadow if he moves from RR. At least at RR, he's the face of the brand, which he might not get if he goes elsewhere.
So there you have it: If Yash really wants to leave RR and enter himself for the mini auction, he would either have to compromise on his pay, his opening position, or his captaincy. Honestly, I think he'll have to compromise on the captaincy irrespective of whether he goes or stays bc as I mentioned, most franchises are already firm on who their captains are. And well, if he's leaving for the captaincy and there's no guarantee he'll get it elsewhere, he'd be smart enough to stay where he is.
So RR have technically got Yash right where they want him. As of now, they're giving him a great pay, his favoured opening position, and most importantly, they're making him the centre of their marketing and ad campaign, which no other franchise will probably offer him. If he wants all that, his best bet is to stay at RR. Rejecting him the captaincy was never as big of an insult as it was painted, because even if Yash left RR, the way team combinations are as of now, it doesn't seem likely he'll get the captaincy at any other franchise either.
And actually, the deal between Yash and RR was about the vice-captaincy. The thing with Riyan getting the captaincy cropped up only because Samson, the original captain got injured. Otherwise, Samson would've captained throughout the IPL, and neither Yash nor Riyan would've gotten a whiff of the captaincy.
So what RR will do is try and pacify Yash with the vice-captaincy, since that was the deal agreed upon. He was never getting the captaincy ahead of Samson. And then they keep their fingers crossed that Samson manages to remain fit for the whole season. It's not great for Yash, but he'll take it, because if he goes to another franchise, he might have to compromise upon one of batting position, money, or stardom. At least at RR he's only having to compromise upon captaincy, which he's not sure of getting anywhere else either. 3/4 is a better deal than 2/4.
Maybe 3 years down the line, when the next mega auction approaches, Yash will leave RR because by that time, he would have greater stats than now, more experience, plus he'd probably wield more clout as he becomes a mainstay in all the international teams. Then RR as well as other franchises might be willing to give him the captaincy. But for the short-term, his best option looks like staying at RR.
Interesting

NOOO BECAUSE ONE MAN NO MATTER HOW HARD HE TRIES CAN'T WIN US MATCHES. EVERYONE PLAYED SO BADLY AND THEN THEY EXPECT MAHI TO JUST COME AND DO SOME MAGIC (which mind you he did before he unfortunately got out otherwise there was still hope that we could chase 43 off 19 down with the way he was playing) AND WIN US THE GAME. Like only if these people understand that they're playing a t20 game and not a 30 over one and that one man can't possibly come and score 40 runs of 18 balls under pressure at such a age AFTER KEEPING FOR 20 OVERS.
Ok I'm shutting the tv off, see you all tomorrow byeee

Top 5 Most Successful Teams in IPL History – Stats & Achievements
Since its inception in 2008, the Indian Premier League (IPL) has grown into the most glamorous and fiercely competitive cricket league in the world. Over the years, several franchises have etched their names in history with consistent performances, championship titles, and unforgettable moments. While every team has had its highs and lows, a few have clearly stood out for their dominance and success. Here’s a look at the top 5 most successful teams in IPL history based on their stats, consistency, and achievements.
Tumblr media
1. Mumbai Indians (MI)
No conversation about IPL dominance is complete without the Mumbai Indians. The franchise, owned by India’s biggest conglomerate, has built an empire of success in the league. With five IPL titles to their name (2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2020), MI is the most successful team in terms of championships.
What sets them apart is their knack for peaking at the right time. While they often start seasons slowly, their ability to deliver under pressure in the latter stages is unmatched. Led for many years by the calm and tactical Rohit Sharma, the team has boasted match-winners like Lasith Malinga, Kieron Pollard, Jasprit Bumrah, and Hardik Pandya. MI’s core has always combined international firepower with domestic reliability, a formula that has brought them sustained glory.
2. Chennai Super Kings (CSK)
The only team that can rival MI’s legacy is the Chennai Super Kings. With five titles as well (2010, 2011, 2018, 2021, and 2023), CSK is a symbol of consistency in the IPL. What makes their story even more remarkable is their ability to bounce back after setbacks. Whether it was a two-year suspension or being written off due to an aging squad, CSK has silenced critics time and again.
Under the legendary leadership of MS Dhoni, CSK has made the playoffs in nearly every season they’ve played. Their success has come from building a strong team culture, backing experienced players, and delivering when it matters. Players like Suresh Raina, Dwayne Bravo, Ravindra Jadeja, and Ruturaj Gaikwad have been crucial to their journey.
3. Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR)
With two IPL trophies (2012 and 2014), the Kolkata Knight Riders have had their share of glory. Led by Gautam Gambhir during their successful years, KKR transformed from a struggling side to a formidable unit. Their 2012 and 2014 wins were defined by all-round performances and strong bowling attacks.
Though they haven’t won a title in recent years, KKR has remained a competitive team, often reaching the playoffs and staying in contention. Their ability to scout emerging talent—be it Sunil Narine, Andre Russell, or Venkatesh Iyer—has kept them relevant in the ever-evolving IPL landscape.

4. Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH)
Sunrisers Hyderabad may have just one title (2016), but they’ve been one of the most consistent sides post-2013. Their strength has always been their bowling attack, often considered one of the best in the league. With names like Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Rashid Khan, and T. Natarajan leading their bowling charge, SRH has often defended modest totals with grit.
Their 2016 title win, under David Warner’s aggressive leadership, was a masterclass in balance and determination. They’ve also reached the playoffs several times, showing they’re not just a one-season wonder.
5. Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB)
RCB is a team that has long divided opinions. Despite not winning an IPL title yet, they’ve finished runners-up three times (2009, 2011, 2016) and made the playoffs on multiple occasions. Their popularity and loyal fanbase are unmatched, and their star-studded lineups over the years—including Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers, and Chris Gayle—have lit up the league.
RCB’s journey has been more about moments than trophies, but their impact on the IPL narrative remains significant. With recent improvements in team balance, their long-awaited title might not be far away.
These five teams have shaped the IPL’s identity, each bringing their own style, legacy, and fan culture to the league. Whether it’s CSK’s calm consistency or MI’s ruthless dominance, these franchises have left an indelible mark on the tournament’s rich history.

All-Time Highest Run Scorers in IPL – Legends of Consistency
The Indian Premier League (IPL) is a stage where power, precision, and passion come together. Over the years, while many have dazzled briefly, only a few have delivered season after season, proving that consistency in T20 cricket is not just rare—it’s legendary. These are the batters who have not only scored runs but have done so relentlessly, across different conditions, against world-class bowling, and under intense pressure. Let's take a look at the all-time highest run scorers in IPL history—the true titans of the tournament.
Tumblr media
1. Virat Kohli – The Undisputed Run Machine
At the top of the mountain sits Virat Kohli, the face of Royal Challengers Bangalore and a master of modern-day batting. Kohli has amassed over 7,000 runs in the IPL, a staggering figure that speaks volumes about his longevity and dominance. What's most impressive is that he has achieved this while playing for a single franchise his entire career—a rarity in today’s T20 landscape.
Kohli’s 2016 season remains iconic, where he scored four centuries and nearly took RCB to the title. But beyond that one magical year, it’s his ability to score across formats, conditions, and match situations that cements his place as the league’s most prolific batter.
2. Shikhar Dhawan – The Silent Accumulator
Often flying under the radar, Shikhar Dhawan has quietly built a mountain of runs in the IPL. With his smooth stroke play and calm presence at the top, Dhawan has consistently delivered for teams like Delhi Capitals, Sunrisers Hyderabad, and Punjab Kings. He’s crossed the 6,000-run mark and has been one of the few batters to average over 30 in multiple seasons.
Dhawan’s strength lies in his adaptability. Whether it’s anchoring an innings or accelerating when needed, he reads the game brilliantly. Two back-to-back centuries in 2020 showcased that even after a decade, he was still evolving as a player.
3. David Warner – The Overseas Titan
Among foreign players, David Warner stands tall as the most successful IPL run-scorer. With over 6,000 runs to his name, Warner's record is even more impressive when you consider his aggressive style of play. He has won the Orange Cap multiple times and was instrumental in Sunrisers Hyderabad’s title-winning campaign in 2016.
Warner's ability to start fast, build an innings, and dominate both pace and spin makes him a nightmare for bowlers. His leadership combined with his batting made SRH one of the most consistent sides during his tenure.

4. Rohit Sharma – The Hitman of Mumbai
While Rohit Sharma is widely celebrated for his captaincy, his contributions with the bat are just as significant. With well over 6,000 IPL runs, Rohit has played countless vital innings for the Mumbai Indians. His elegant timing, effortless six-hitting, and experience at the top have often set the tone for Mumbai’s success.
Though he hasn’t scored as many centuries as some of his peers, Rohit's consistency and ability to perform in pressure matches, especially in playoff and final situations, highlight his value as a batter.
5. Suresh Raina – Mr. IPL
Though not active in recent seasons, Suresh Raina remains a defining figure in IPL history. For years, he was the leading run-scorer in the league and was the backbone of Chennai Super Kings. Known for his fearless middle-order batting and explosive stroke play, Raina was the player every team feared when he got going.
His contribution to CSK’s consistent success was massive. Quick fifties, agile fielding, and a strong cricketing brain made him one of the most complete IPL players ever.
These players have shown that while T20 cricket often celebrates the quick and flashy, true greatness lies in consistency. They have not only topped the charts but have done so over time, across eras, and through changing team dynamics. They are more than just high scorers—they are the heartbeat of the IPL’s rich batting legacy.

IPL Winners History – Who is the Real Champion?
The Indian Premier League (IPL) isn’t just a tournament — it’s a celebration of cricket, competition, and legacy. Over the years, several franchises have lifted the trophy, each adding a unique flavor to the league’s history. But amidst all the celebrations and heartbreaks, one question remains:
Who is the real IPL champion?
Let’s explore what sets each title-winning team apart and how their journey ties into your fantasy cricket game strategy on platforms like Vision11.
Mumbai Indians – The Trophy Machine
With six IPL titles (2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2020, 2024), Mumbai Indians have been the most successful franchise in the league. Their squad has always boasted of match-winners, and they know how to peak at the right time.
Fantasy cricket users on Vision11 love MI for its consistency — players like Rohit Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah, and Suryakumar Yadav often deliver big fantasy points.
Chennai Super Kings – The Kings of Consistency
CSK has lifted the IPL trophy five times (2010, 2011, 2018, 2021, 2023) and have always been the team to beat in high-pressure games. Led by MS Dhoni for most of their journey, CSK thrives on strategy, structure, and calm execution.
They remain one of the most dependable teams when it comes to selecting fantasy picks — be it experienced all-rounders or consistent openers.
Royal Challengers Bengaluru – The Redemption Kings
RCB finally won their maiden IPL title in 2025, putting an end to years of frustration and near-misses. Led by Virat Kohli, their victory was more than just a trophy — it was redemption, emotion, and belief coming full circle.
RCB’s 2025 campaign gave fantasy players new match-winners, with balanced performances from both top-order batters and pace bowlers.
Kolkata Knight Riders – The Explosive Giants
Two-time IPL champions (2012 and 2014), KKR are known for their fearless cricket and ability to spring surprises. Under Gautam Gambhir’s leadership, and with explosive players like Andre Russell and Sunil Narine, they’ve always been a hot pick in fantasy leagues.
Whether you’re chasing big-hitting batters or mystery spinners, KKR often brings value in fantasy sports lineups.
Sunrisers Hyderabad – The Bowling Kings
SRH’s only title came in 2016, but they’ve consistently punched above their weight in playoffs. Their strength has always been bowling — from Bhuvneshwar Kumar to Rashid Khan to emerging talents like Umran Malik.
SRH bowlers remain fantasy gold, especially in low-scoring games or death overs.
Rajasthan Royals – The Original Dream
The inaugural IPL champions in 2008, Rajasthan Royals are known for creating stars and playing fearless cricket. Shane Warne led a young, underrated squad to victory in the first-ever season.
Since then, they’ve been a factory of fresh talent — from Sanju Samson to Yashasvi Jaiswal — making them a go-to for fantasy users scouting breakout performers.
Gujarat Titans – The Fast Starters
Entering the league in 2022, Gujarat Titans won the title in their debut season, followed by a strong 2023 performance. They’ve shown what a well-balanced squad and calm captaincy can achieve quickly.
Their rise has been rapid, and their key players are often featured in top Vision11 fantasy cricket lineups.
So, Who’s the Real Champion?
That depends on how you define greatness:
If it’s about the number of titles, Mumbai Indians take the crown.
If you value consistency and loyalty, Chennai Super Kings top the list.
If emotion and redemption matter, RCB’s 2025 win was the ultimate storyline.
If you admire resilience, strategy, or surprises, KKR, SRH, RR, and GT each have left their mark.
Every champion has played a role in shaping the IPL’s legacy.
Fantasy Cricket & Team Legacies – Vision11 Insights
Understanding a team’s identity can help you craft smarter teams on Vision11:
Bank on consistent run-scorers like Virat Kohli, SKY, or Jaiswal.
Invest in all-rounders such as Hardik Pandya, Jadeja, or Axar Patel.

Ab toh RCB bhi jeet gayi yaar... Pataa nahi Delhi kab jeetegi!
Even, RCB has won the IPL after 18 years but, Delhi still waiting for one. We had players in the past like ABD, Warner, Russell, DK who go on to become superstars in other franchise and start performing better after Delhi left them, even Sehwag, Gambhir and Zaheer who were legends of the game and core part of the Indian team throughout their career. Also, team management never backed the players and maintained it's core like RCB does who has kept faith and keep believing in Kohli and he go on to become generational legend, we also lost him in 2008. Every Successful franchise like CSK, MI has a core and their whole team built around them but in our case we left players like Iyer & Pant who literally grow in our team from the start and made their name. Things needs to be fixed as soon as possible in DC management and in way of their team selection and need to back players for long otherwise, we would be left as only team start from inaugural IPL till forever that never won because Punjab looks promising in this cycle and they can have one if not this then in upcoming couple of years. I wish and hope that DC could won and keep faith in the players and back them with patience in near future. As, a Delhi fan we also deserve a trophy like one of our Delhi boy remained loyal for RCB and finally won a trophy for them and he will play till his retirement for that franchise. That's for sure. How can our team management fix them so that we can start to qualify for playoffs regularly and ultimately win.
