Anyway, my Personal Best Time is 2 min. 37 sec. on the Rubik's Cube (a literal eternity if you're an actual speedcuber.)

Next goal: 2 min. 0 sec.

#but like #it used to take me far longer #still have to work on cutting time off solving the white cross AND some of my finger tricks are abysmal #im also using the original rubiks cube which turns out is the worst version if you actually want to go fast #so im going to get one of those fancy cubes soonish with the magnets and stuff so when you cut off a turn it snaps into place anyway #playing music and solving is genuinely a delight #i get so focused that i my brain cant think of anything else and that is what we want #its very rare for me to find a hobby that allows that #also ive maintained this hobby for longer than normal???#cubing hours with zelzah #rubik's cube

Eyooo solved my very first Rubik's Cube! Always wanted one as a kid and I never got one until now. Took me watching a ton of tutorials and two hours of solving but I think I get it now! Excited about having an overly complicated fidget toy. 😆 It's such a small thing but I'm proud of myself.

Now to get faster....
