a 10th grade kipper to go with the percy from last night. and also to go into my OC Extended Lore that's subject to change but i want to put it out there.

kipper and percy actually go to joseph wardell hs (aka biamile's school) because I Can Just Do That. after [unspecified thing to be determined] happens, this lands both of them in biamile's office. said thing is so bad that biamile-- who's famously the type to do a slap on the wrist when it comes to punitive measures-- actually considers suspending them. their respective guardians eventually talk it down to just having several month's worth of detention.
