Today's cheer me up out of my blues is this top I made to go with my Kelengele Belle skirt (lined) The skirt I had already made but I didnt have a top for it. I ran out of the skirt fabric so rummaged in my scrap fabric to use two different fabrics for this #johannaortiz inspired bandeau top.
