The essentials for the usual morning train journey. You need a device so you can listen to some pretty awesome music. In this case we use a ratchet ass old ipod that's super slow. We also need a great book, I usually get to the train twenty minutes before it sets off, I just like to be early or I panic. I also like the option and time to get a coffee or smoothie if I want one from pumpkin cafe. My current train book is Thinner by Stephen King. I love reading King's books, he's a bloody genius he knows how to write a great book and I constantly have a Stephen King book on my tbr pile. This book is a reread for me but it needed to be done also these massarket paperback versions are brilliantly compact for putting in my bag. The last essential is the train ticket of course.
