Cursed 2: electric boogaloo

Em in my -chibi- style. I couldnt stop laughing while making them they look like silly sausages they have every disease

It was fun to do :) I went all in. Really tried putting extra care into all of them (even if I think its pretty obvious who my fav is)

Final Fantasy VI 30th anniversary

Today FFVI turns 30!!

Today's first birthday is for Cyan Garamonde, the noble, grieving warrior from Final Fantasy 6. I've always liked Cyan, but haven't drawn much of him. He's a good example of the sort of character -- big, craggy, not a pretty woman in a dress -- that's out of my comfort zone, and stretching myself is a big part of why I'm doing this series.

(If you are still doing sketch requests no pressure if not) Something with Cyan and Sabin bonding? Maybe having tea together. Or sparring.

Technically I said I was doing sketch reqs for one day…

Realistically I don’t care and love sketch requests so send them in whenever

I overthought this one way too much, it took me 2 hours so eventually I had to stop messing with it lol.

Thank you for the sketch request tho! It was a lot of fun! The real takeaway is that I need to draw Cyan more.

I always love pictures of this found family.

I also think the artist captures each person's attitude towards combat perfectly; Sabin looks forward to a challenge, Cyan prepares with solemn concentration, and Gau looks primed to bite whatever is closest.
