#delete later#i got stuck in a mental cycle this morning#didnt get out of it properly for like 6 hours but am now out fully#i couldnt make myself do anything other than sit there. tried to eat and couldnt really#but everything loosened and something siunded actually appetising so i got stuff for ir and cooked it#and now i feel properly out of it and properly secured again#yhe food was also good!#cyckes get harder when things are changing and im stressed especially with long term stressors so it makes sense#thats also defo why im ticcing a lil more atm#but ya know we keep chugging along. and good food makes everything better
