I just walked into my room, spat out my water and ran to the window yelling at some gemini bitches that it was time to come get their juice and they threw their lemons at me.
Welp, when life gives you lemons!

Y/N’s POV
“Y/N…. What the hell is that sound?”
“It sounds like crying…” It actually sounded like crying of fear, someone wailing in fear. That someone had a high vocal range for their tears. I pointed my gun up and followed the sound through an abandoned house, where what looked like a skinwalker had gone rabid and attacked a young couple. I made my way upstairs and to a small sewing room, where the cries were louder and clearer. I looked at Dean and nodded before I opened a closet and pointed my gun inside. But no monster of any type was inside. Instead, a small baby, probably a year old… 11 months maybe, in a baby carrier, kicking and screaming. I looked to Dean before going to the child and unstrapping it.
“Y/N wait-”
“Dean it’s a baby okay? A scared, probably hungry, parentless baby. You can stand around and do nothing but I won’t leave this baby.” I picked up the young child and cradled it. “Hey hey shhh shhh it’s okay. It’s okay baby-” I looked across the hall at the pink and red baby room before smiling. “Girl. It’s okay sweetheart.” I cooed as Dean watched in shock.
“Dean, look for her name and get a bag of her stuff. Diapers, clothes, anything. I’m gonna get her something to eat.” I ordered before going to the kitchen and finding a can of apple-banana baby food and a bottle. I set the young girl in a high chair and got a bowl of the baby food and a bottle of apple juice ready before sitting in front of her and feeding her, not too surprised by her eagerness to eat. She was probably alone for a day or two I’m guessing. I whispered to her and cooed her as she stared at me with curiosity. I got a bag of the last few cans of baby food, a few bottles for juice and milk, along with some bowls and spoons. Dean walked downstairs with two bags, one that probably had clothes and a few toys, and a diaper bag.
“Her name is Cori Hope Sanders. She’s about 15 or 18 months old.” He said as he looked at Cori and I. “What do we do with her?”
“I guess we take her to the motel for now and decide from there,” I ordered as I slung the food bag over my shoulder and put Cori in a car seat. “I’ll take her to the Impala and get her strapped in. Get the pack and play thing for her to sleep in and come out.” I grabbed the keys from his pocket and carried her out. I popped open the back door and took great care into strapping Cori in safely as she watched me in awe. I gave her a small smile before I gave her the teddy bear I got from the living room and kissed her forehead.
Dean walked out with the bags and Pack and Play and we loaded them in, bags in the very back and Pack and Play on the floor of the backseat before we got in and drove back to The Roland Motel. I constantly looked back at Cori nervously, earning an eye roll from Dean.
“She’s fine Y/N don’t worry. A small 15-minute drive won’t hurt her.” He said calmly, earning an angered look from me.
“Dean, she has nobody but us right now. It’s not okay.” I snapped and looked back at Cori. Cori gave a small squeal and flailed the poor teddy bear around. I gave a laugh as we arrived, getting out of the car. “Dean, I’ll carry everything else in, can you get Cori?” He gave a heavy sigh and nodded. He took the baby seat out with Cori at it and sighed.
“Hey, kiddo. I’ll be nice if you don’t pee on me okay?” He whispered before carrying her and two bags into the motel. After an hour of research and one diaper change, Dean and I laid exhausted on our bed, snuggling close together as we whispered.
“What if we keep her?”
“Y/N that’s crazy.”
“Dean think about it. We have been trying for what- a year- 10 months?” I looked up at him and continued. “Dean we need to find a solution. This is our chance, Dean. Think about it, no 9 months of me being Shamu the Killer Whale, no 10 or 12-hour labor, and no me trying to kill you during said labor,” I sat up and pointed to Cori. “This is our chance to do something right. This is our opportunity.”
Dean sighed and rubbed his forehead before pinning me to the bed and whispering, “You’d never be Shamu in my opinion, baby.” He whispered before kissing me. Sadly, Cori began crying, probably from tiredness and I pulled away.
“Not all opportunities come easily,” I whispered before getting up and getting Cori from the Pack and Play. Laying back down next to Dean, I propped her on my legs and held her tiny hands.
“Dean, sing something,” I whispered as she stared at us with fluttering eyes.
“Like what?”
“Anything Dean just-”
“Ma-Ma-Mamamamamama.” Cori babbled and crawled to me before reaching over to Dean. “Dadadaadadada.”
“Dean….?”
“I don’t know Y/N.”
“What are we supposed to do?”
“Mamamamamamamamaa….Dadadadadadaaaa.” Cori kept babbling before Dean took her in his arms and traced her back, humming “Can’t Fight This Feeling” by REO Speedwagon. I smiled and rested my head on his shoulder, feeling a similarly tired state as Cori.
Third Person
As soon as Cori fell asleep, Dean moved to lay her down but earned a soft groan from Y/N, who snuggled closer in her own sleep. Dean chuckled and got away slowly, laying Cori in the Pack and Play, putting a blanket on her. He then changed into a T-Shirt and pajama pants before the sleeping Y/N into her nightshirt and shorts. He then tucked her in and laid next to her, pulling her small body towards him.
“Goodnight Momma Y/N.”
