Little C.O.W. Boys

Some remember the comic series Tales of the TMNT, specifically the crossover with the Wild West C.O.W.-boys of Moo Mesa, thinking about both the cartoon and the comic, how different could certain episodes of the cartoon be if we follow the comic version of Mirage

In this mini comic I base myself on the episode "Skull Duggery Rides Again", where Skull Duggery and his henchmen instead of aging Cowtown, what they do is rejuvenate COW-Boys, physically and mentally, with the goal of killing them more easily, Cowlorado manages to escape with them and takes them to J.R. to ask for help knowing that the ghosts are hot on their heels

every time i get into a new media i end up thinking of a teen beach movie au for it. i never do anything w these aus but there r so fun 2 just play with in my head like barbies <3

mannnnn i keep thinking abt dakota coles room. cause when u first meet them, out of all the pd, hes the one u would expect to have a Messy Teenager Room tm. and in ep 2 bizly even starts to describe it as messy. but bedrooms r important. especially when your a kid. theyre your space and often the only part of your house (or your life) you have control over. and when we see his room in the tower and then his room in his aunts place in s2 ep20 . therye very much not that . and its not jsut that his rooms arent "not messy" . its that theyre empty . theres nothing in there to reflect his interests or who he is as a person. and i think thats so fascinating for this character that carries himself so unabashedly loud and annoying (affectionate) . theres such a diffrence in his personal space and how he presents himself and i think about it . constnatly.

I was having a normal day until I remembered that tide could have fucking DIED back there btw. Like William could have accidentally killed him with that injection. BIZLY ROLLED FOR IT. It makes me insane to think about. "because his guard would never be up for you" FUCK YOUUUUUUUU BIZLYYYYYYY

because at the end of it the entire theme of prime defenders season 2 is home.

it’s finding home in a place you once feared; getting closure with your origin and learning that home is the people around you and not always a set location. sometimes home can be more than one place.

it’s fighting tooth and nail against all odds to bring home what— who— matters most.

it’s opening up about where you came from and accepting that home wasn’t always an easy concept for you, but you’re ready to try again to find it. and you’re starting to think you already have.

it’s returning to the place which you once called home despite its bittersweet, mostly haunting memories. it’s staring the fear in the eye because behind that fear is the person who needs saving most.

and it’s taking your home— your friends— by the hands and plunging into that fear together.
