horror films, like musicals, are not for everyone- if someone can't connect to the genre's entire conceit (characters singing and dancing vs fear/violence as entertainment) that's fine

people who have watched too many horror movies have terrible taste (myself included)

I have opinions on what subgenres of horror are actually good but my rule of thumb is revulsion is a tool and not interesting on it's own

if I ask what kind of horror movies you like and you only list blumhouse movies then I will listen to you but I won't be taking recommendations

I keep meaning to make my Eurovision ranking post for the year and then. Not.

oooh can I ask about Evie and Aiden and Christmas? Or any other seasonal holidays they might celebrate together?

What are their favourite parts of the day/festive things to do together?

For Christmas, they love to exchange gifts, maybe decorate the house a bit, cuddle and watch favorite movies together, cook a warm meal and make hot cocoa, maybe go to a Christmas party, or have a silly Christmas sing-a-long with their friends. Also matching Christmas jammies and maybe dressing up their cats in little xmas outfits for holiday photos. It's a very relaxed and chill holiday for them.

NYE and New Years' is a lot more party-ish. Sometimes they'll go out to a NYE party or a fireworks show, other times they like to stay in and watch it on TV. They love to dress up in fancy outfits (hee hoo excuse for Aiden to wear cute outfits), dance together, do the classic new year's kiss at midnight, and stay up as late as possible before spending all of the next day sleeping.
