This is the first time I used ink for my drawing. There were way too many people in this drawing to do otherwise. I was really a great experience!

C’était la première fois que j’utilisais des stylos à l’encre pour mes dessins. Ils y avaient vraiment trop de personnage pour faire autrement. Ce fut une expérience agréable!

We were practicing the fa’arapu in Tahitian dance class. It’s like a hoop around your hip line.

The Tahitian girls finally performed the dance they learned for the Tahitian dance flash mob. The previous date was canceled due to bad weather. It was so beautiful to see them dance together. You can see a video of them dancing here: https://youtu.be/PydTPAsx4fU

Les filles de dance tahitienne ont pu finalement présente la chorégraphie qu’elles avaient préparées pour le Flash mob de danse tahitienne, qui avait été annulée à cause de la mauvaise température. I was doing a drawing for the Tahitian dance Flash mob. It was a Tahitian dance choreography that everyone was learning across the world via internet. They were supposed to dance it at a given date in the park but it ended up raining. They did it a bit later that year; the drawing of the event is coming soon. 4 Mai 2019

Je dessinais une image pour la Flash mob de danse Tahitienne. Il s’agissait d’apprendre une chorégraphie mondiale via internet et de la danser à une date définie. Malheureusement il a plu la journée prévu donc ils ont dû reporter l’évènement plus tard durant l’année. Vous verrez bientôt le dessin de l’évènement.

I was starting the headdress for the Tahitian dance show coming up. It was easy with the help of Corianne. Thanks a million! It was so pretty once it was done.

January29, 2019 We did a sort of conga line dance in Tahitian dance class, that made me feel like we were dancing with a caterpillar. It was fun. 29 janvier 2019 Nous avions fait une sorte de danse en ligne qui me faisait sentir comme si on dansait comme des chenilles. C’était bien amusant.

January28, 2019 I was sewing my top for the upcoming Tahitian dance show. It was pretty hard, but totally worth it. 28 janvier 2019 Je cousais mon top de costume tahitien, pour le spectacle de danse tahitienne qui s’en venait prochainement. C’était pas mal dure, mais cela en valait la peine.
