A nice elder model -- Citadel Eternal Champion series EC06 Melnibonéan Cavalry "Tarkin Daviy," ca 1987, with Jes Goodwin's distinctive cone-head helmet style that continued in his Warhammer high elves.

Had this ancient Elric related model made by GW ages ago painted up for a little local painting contest painted up a while back. (I came in the last spot) This is a nice little bit of lead, but it's also so slim and small, and I admit, knowing nothing of source material...I had to basically make it all up along the way...

Hip-Hop Community Advocates for Release of Rapper Who Burned Down Orphanage

BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA - Pointing out that the system is always quick to put a brother down whenever he’s on the come up, the entire Hip-Hop community is standing in solidarity with 29 year old up and coming rapper Jadavion Maxwell, better known by his stage name HotBoii Davii, rallying for his release after he was sentenced to 25 to life for drunkenly burning down a local orphanage with a Molotov after a night out at the club earlier this year.

Social media was set ablaze after Maxwell’s sentencing, with the hashtags #FreeDavii and #FreeHotBoiiDavii trending #1 and #2 on Twitter respectively. Fellow Baton Rouge rapper and longtime friend of Maxwell, 31 year old Aaron Williams AKA HotBoii Ronn, would tweet, “How u gon get mad at bro 4 setting fire 2 a building when that building was probably built from slavery ? Make it make sense !!!”

Hip-Hop mogul JAY-Z has announced that he would be helping Maxwell fund his appeal, saying in a statement, “the legal system of this country intentionally targets young black men such as HotBoii Davii. They just don’t understand our art. If burning down a building is a crime, then what is gentrification?”

Other rappers have also gone out to voice their support for HotBoii Davii. Legendary New Orleans rapper Lil Wayne would take to Instagram Live to say, “rap is a form of expression, yo. When Shakespeare ‘kill all lawyers,’ nobody locked him up. But when my boy HotBoii Davii burns the whole block down, then suddenly it’s a crime? Shit don’t even make sense, dawg.”

A GoFundMe for Maxwell titled “Justice for HotBoii Davii” has already raised over 4 million dollars for his legal fees. Meanwhile, a separate fundraiser for all the displaced orphans as a result of the burning of the orphanage sits at a mere $372. One donor, who wished to remain anonymous, told The Misinformer, “we gotta get our priorities straight. First we free HotBoii Davii, then we help those children. Those kids can get a new home at any time, but HotBoii Davii needs to get back in the studio right now.”

Despite his incarceration, HotBoii Davii still remains active in the Hip-Hop scene. Just last night he released his newest mixtape titled “Hotter Than Hell: They Can’t Cage Me,” featuring songs that were entirely recorded through the phone. Due to all the media attention that he has been getting, the tape has topped the charts and has already sold an estimated 30 million copies.
