do u guys have dragon based ways of building buildings- like stuff is higher up since everyone can fly. if there were dragons that couldn't fly how would things go for them?
Well, using Cyber City as the prime example, building tall structures isn't really that hard when much of the workforce can fly. Builders will often use pulley systems for any materials that are too heavy to be carried by flight. The only issue that really arises is getting as strong foundation, though it seems the Cyber City dragons have that pretty well figured out.
As for accommodating flightless dragons, stairs and elevators do exist, though they're not as common as one would like as they do take up a large amount of space for such a small minority of the population. (Spamton can certainly attest to this)

Alex is known as the grumpy one, rarely smiling (so rare that it became a meme of sorts on social media of to comment when he did in 2022). This may be changing in 2023 with a change to McLaren after six years at Andretti. New season, new team, new Alex? Time will tell. He still isn't the most social of people, preferring people people (friends and family) over people (everyone else). He has a soft spot for child fans, often going out of his way to interact with them.
His conservative upbringing shows on occasion, particularly on his podcast where he and good friend James Hinchcliffe discuss the latest racing news and whatever else comes into their heads. The number of times James has said "No, Alex. We've talked about this." when Alex says something that could be considered concerning for a rational person to say (often related to those conservative views he was raised with) is numerous. Much credit to Mr. Hinchcliffe for having the patience to educate his friend.
Alex extensively researches (perhaps obsessively) what catches his interest, be it smoking meats, the PH of his pool, or weird flavored soda cocktails. He is generous to his closest friends, recently planning a "not Bachelor party" weekend for a friend. He is something of perfectionist and a (self-admitted) clean freak. He enjoys betting on sporting events, although now must do his betting through friends as he allowed James to parental lock the betting app on his phone.
Fanfic Lore
Good friends with James Hinchcliffe, James Hinchcliffe and Marco Andretti. The four could be considered a 'band of brothers'
Often paired with one of the others of the band.

2011 Aston Martin AMR-One
From one end of the spectrum to the other, we get the ill-fated Aston Martin AMR-One: a failure so spectacular neither of the two prototypes managed to put in a combined total of six laps around the circuit in the 2011 24 Hours of Le Mans.
The promise of the Aston Martin DBR1-2 had motivated the Racing Green fan favorites to build a new car fit for the changing regulations, downsizing from the wailing V12 engine to a rather shaky inline-6 that would at least give a wonderful symphony if anything.
The car's pace would be catastrophic, falling very short of the top times at the 6 Hours of Castellet and finding itself in the midst of LMP2 traffic in qualifying, then coming up short as a non-classification. It exited with a whimper at Le Mans, qualifying a staggering 20 seconds behind the R18 on pole. The #009 retired from engine troubles only two laps into the event, whilst the #007 met its cruel fate only two laps after at lap four, spending hours in the garage until they finally gave in.

Aston Martin would replace the car with their previous DBR1-2 after a handful of DNS results and would, colloquially, take the project behind the shed by January 2012. One chassis would go to the Deltawing project whilst the other, strangely, went to Pescarolo.
