Broken friendship

As much as I love re-connecting with Ortega, there is this added grief, if Sidesteps has decidedly severed all ties to their past that I love. Like, imagine Ortega: they almost destroyed themselves grieving about Sidestep and Themmy. Then they start to pull their live together and continue living, even if they've grown more cynical, only to find out Sidestep is alive and has been in Los Diablos for 2 years!! Something has happened to them and they refuse to tell anything concrete what has happened!! They don't want anything to do with Rangers or Ortega! Worse yet, Ortega might suspect that their old friend is the new villain, who can send them to hospital, break their arm and Herald's knee.

Like it's such an added tearjerker, because you already grieved them, when they were dead. Now you have to grieve the lost connection, the old friendship when they are alive and breathing? Absolutely gut wrenching!!

Small Sprite Practice with some OCs of mine

Lately I've been learning to use Adventure Game Studio so I can create a game with some Ideas I have, these are the first Sprites of the characters.

Ely (The girl in the first Two) and his companion Dan (the ghost in the third one)

I made some Base ones, ones talking, and I'm working on adding Dan's Hat to Ely's sprite while she's possessed.

The idea for the Game is they run a business that consists on charging people to unhaunt their properties by helping the ghosts move on while also investing why Ely is the only person capable of seeing ghosts.

Dan can possesses Ely to interact with NPCs or objects and he has different dialogue from Ely, of course there are Puzzles that can only be solved by one of the two.

Again so far this project (Working title Hex on the Shelves) is in a very early estate, so far I want to make a prologue demo to test my abilities.
