Desktop Support Technician - Tigard
The Oregon Health Authority is modernizing and expanding their IT infrastructure and currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Desktop Support Technician with Active Directory experience to join an excellent team and work to advance their IT operations.  What you will do! As a Desktop Support Technician, you will provide day-to-day support to OHA/DHS staff located in Tigard and Beaverton for the maintenance, repair and use of personal computers and information systems. You will enter tickets for work performed in to the unit’s ticket tracking system known as CA. This includes support for local area networks, servers, wide area network infrastructure, and common and standardized software.   This role will require you to adhere to IT business processes in performing day-to-day management and other applicable IT service management functions. You may also provide secondary/backup support to other OHA/DHS staff and partners in other parts of the state as needed. During down time, you will provide back up to help resolve service tickets or take phone calls for the Service Desk.  What’s in it for you? MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
(a) Three (3) years of information systems experience in Desktop Support.   OR    (b) An Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in information technology or related field; AND one (1) year of information systems experience in Desktop Support.   REQUESTED SKILLS:
Strong background encompassing all aspects of Information Technology that relates to desktop computers, local and wide area networks, and general computer operations.
Solid understanding of the Windows Operations System and how to fix issues that occur in it.
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
Experience with both Outlook 2013 and Lync 2013.
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (2000, 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016).
Desktop OS experience with Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10.
Experience working with Ethernet-related technologies.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Internet Explorer.
LAN/WAN Infrastructure and networking experience.
Experience in promoting a culturally competent and diverse work environment.

Alcohol and Drug Service Technician (Part-Time)  We are CODA. We are a not-for-profit, research focused behavioral health agency and the oldest opioid-addiction treatment facility in Oregon. Since 1969, we have helped adult clients and families in Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties whose health and quality of life are compromised by alcohol, drugs and mental health challenges through compassionate, evidence-based care. We value our amazing employees and show it with benefits, a supportive company culture and the opportunity to be part of a best-in-class research department.  Our Alcohol and Drug Service Technicians make a difference by:
Monitoring the behavior and location of patients, completing routine documentation and recording unusual or concerning behaviors that should be addressed by the clinical team. 
Assisting with planned and approved patient outings, providing transportation and ensuring program rules are followed during outings while serving as a positive role model for community-oriented behavior. 
Assisting patient with self-administration of medications per established procedures, including accurately recording all medication activities in the medication record. 
Performing and observing urine toxicology specimen collection following program procedures including strict adherence to protocols for testing same or differing genders.
